One of my favorite shops in the desert to go shopping, they have amazing items that are very exclusive and some high-end stuff. This is one of my favorite consignment stores in the in the valley with some great values. Be sure to look at the tags and if the items been there over a month it gets discounted 10% all the service people there are very helpful and very nice. We furnished most of our condo with items from their location. They also can arrange deliveries through a third-party service for you if you find something you like you might wanna grab it then cause it might not be there next time you go everything inside of the store is set up beautifully and everything's ready to go. I recommend that at least you go there for a visit cause you'll find something you'll like for sure. support small business. read more

Misty's is not the same without Misty- Some advice based on 3 recent experiences. -Drop the attitude- you sell consigned used items- not Birkin Bags. Your art specialist has no talent for doing her job- she's rude and ignorant. If she can't google it she can't and doesn't establish a value to anything. She has no knowledge of art valuation, which allowed me to buy 2 under valued pieces, and prevented me from selling several others. -Stop damaging items entrusted to you for consignment. I saw the movers damage a coffee table, and laughed and said "oh man...oh well." And find a vendor that will AFFORDABLY transport consigned items to sell and when purchased- your relationship with S&D movers is a rip off! $175 hour + a two hour min. $350 just to drop off a consigned item. I emailed you to verify if that was correct, and the unsigned response ignored the question entirely- and asked "Have we approved the items you wish to bring in?" Again- drop the attitude and answer the question. Lastly, your customers are your best consultants- you are becoming a carbon copy of The Estate Sale Company. read more

I love this place. It's an adventure to be sure. I can't think of anything they don't have in the home furnishing arena. All really good quality too. A thrift shop it's not! It's not cheap, but it's good stuff. The assortment of artwork, painting and sculptures is second to none. And the service is fantastic. Everyone there is super nice. It's like watching a busy ant hill, workers moving stuff in and out all around I can't believe the level of activity, think early mornings at the Fulton Fish market in the Bronx Pro-tip... if you see something you like get NOW it will be gone when you come back if you don't... ask me how I know LOL. read more

Have gotten so many lovely things here over the years. A few nice pieces now but mostly junk in poor condition. Misty was always great, daughter can't be bothered and gives you the bum's rush. Off to Consign Design, where they couldn't be nicer, have great things and actually help you. read more

Price reasonable and beautiful items and furnitures. Well recommend to friend and family.

We've had wonderfully positive experiences here in the past but today suggests a shift toward a much less customer-friendly approach, We learned that consignment is no longer accepted on a walk-in basis even during the hours that was previously possible. Consignors are now required to submit photos online in advance and wait for a minimum of 48 hours for approval. We weren't aware of this change and were told at the front desk to take our item back home and photograph it despite it already being in the store. After pushing back, front desk staff did finally confirm with someone else that they aren't accepting chandeliers at this time, which was the information we ultimately needed. Still the process felt unnecessarily rigid and was poorly communicated. Since this is Misty's new normal, consignors should plan accordingly. read more

Always new stuff. Seemly everyday. Every time I go I find a treasure, reasonable prices if you can use it. If you can't use it, then don't even look at the price. Lots of rooms and corners to search. Some of my best finds have been somewhat hidden. That's my only secret I'll disclose. Shhhh! read more

We've been doing business here for years now and it is consistently a quality experience. Each time we drop in we typically find something very unexpected and cool. The staff is incredibly supportive and helpful - and patient, I might add. They never mind answering the simplest of questions and helping to coordinate things like delivery and more. When we've sold items, they have been informed and thoughtful on pricing and placement, ultimately getting us what we were expecting. Of all the consignment stores we've done business with in SoCal over the years, Misty's is the Gold Standard. read more

Misty's Consignment's store is fantastic! It doesn't look big when you first walk in but there are so many rooms filled with so many surprises furniture jewelry things from the 60s and 50s and 70's and today's treasures. We have bought a few things there one was a RCA 1972 television set. We are in the process of seeing if we can get it fixed but it looks so great and so cool just sitting in our living room anyway we love the 60s and 70s. The people who work there are so nice and so helpful if you're looking for art or that special thing, I would definitely recommend Misty's Consignment some of the things are expensive, but the quality is even more valuable. I also brought in some things for Consignment it's real easy to do. Give them a call and they'll tell you how to do it. The parking lot is big and there's always a spot but it gets pretty busy sometimes it's fun and an adventure each time we go I recommend Misty's Consignment 100%. read more

If you are looking for something in particular OR window shopping...Misty's is fun and meets all your needs! I compare it to a mid-century modern museum of sorts. Could spend hours in there dreaming and imagining where I could put all the cool furniture and art in our 1300 square foot house. ‍ We have purchased many items from Misty''s and completely happy with everything about our shopping experience read more

This place is AMAZING so many things to browse. Great prices, friendly staff and beautiful unique pieces. It is VERY busy and frequently visited by designers, locals, tourists and serial shoppers. Walls and walls of ART. We spent several hours browsing. Items do not stay around long but if they sit more then a month a 15% price reduction is applied every 30 days. Some people were waiting for trucks to be unloaded as nee items were brought in. Designer brands, custom pieces but also PB, Restoration Hardware stuff too. Cant wait to go back and shop/consign. read more

We went a little crazy trying out furniture consignment stores and this was one that showed the most promise. It was huge and bustling with drop offs, sales and people moving furniture all about. We were looking for Mid Century modern and it was there. Nothing quite right enough to want to ship it to Minnesota, but the prices were fair and it was fun to browse. read more

I went to Misty's consignment store in Ranch Mirage yesterday. Misty was very kind to me helped me take it to the register and set aside for me. I was ignored by three register people. no one said a word to me. I waited for at least ten minutes and no response.if I were doing something wrong, I don't know. Nobody spoke to me. I had another great buying and selling experience today at Misty's. When I came into the store, I showed Sabino a photo of my dining room, and asked if he knew of a pair of chairs that would look good at the ends of my table. He immediately found the perfect chairs, and they were 60% off the original price. Later, I got a call asking if I would accept a 15% discount on a sofa and love seat I have wanted to sell, which means all 10 pieces of furniture I hoped to sell at Misty's were sold in less than 30 days! Thanks again.... read more

I had a great and easy experience with Misty's as a consignee. This was my first time consigning furniture somewhere and I was a little anxious about finding the right place I could trust. I took my time scouting locations and reading reviews. I finally landed on Misty's and submitted pictures of my items via their website for approval. When I dropped off my items I was a little worried because they didn't tell me right then what the items would be priced at. However, a woman called me about 30 mins later to tell me the prices. I thought the prices were accurate and was happy with the prompt communication. They then followed up with an email and access to a customer portal where I saw those same prices and my items accurately itemized. I would get email updates as my items sold and was able to walk in and pick up a check halfway through the consignment with ease. At the end of the consignment I had some items left and they called me constantly to make sure I would pick up. I understand that, because they don't want to turn into a free storage unit. Everything was very smooth and all employees appear well trained to run an efficient business. Throughout the consignment I had called and asked questions, and they never made me feel like I was a bother. I highly recommend them to sell your items, because they will treat you right. read more

I am giving Misty's four stars because the selection of merchandise is awesome I can't say their customer service is all that great. Misty isn't just a store; it's a vibrant gallery and a vital community and business hub! When I brought in my unframed canvases, Mary kindly suggested paying attention to the outer edges of the canvas for added appeal--an excellent tip! Stephanie guided me away from the "no-no" of combining purple and red in a painting for home decor. Sabino has been wonderfully welcoming and encouraging, checking in on my sold pieces. With the support of the fantastic Misty team, I've sold over a dozen pieces and even transformed my outdoor space with a fantastic 10-foot-long table.
