I love me a good thrift shop. And finding one here and there is always a good thing. It's like treasure hunting not knowing what your looking for but hoping it's good. Just be prepared to scale through the racks. The store was good. Items were placed in the appropriate location. This store wasn't that big so selections were limited but plenty of it. Plenty of homeware and clothes. Furniture was a little limited. They did have an amazing armoire but was already sold. I don't know what days they normally have new delivery. Or how often people donate items. If your into hunting and looking for fun one of a kind piece or vintage items. This place was great. It's fun finding things that no one else would have. Mix old with new, vintage with moder. Your style is your fashion.

Lamp is from Angel View! $10!!!

They closed our local DHS store and you have to drive 30 minutes for lower quality stuff than they used to have.

While there is a slew of things in the store, at least on the men's side, there was very little upscale label finds.

These items are donated 100% free of charge, yet many are priced as if they're brand new--or even more expensive than buying them new on sale at a retail store. The whole purpose of a thrift store is to make secondhand items affordable while supporting the community. Instead, it feels like someone with no understanding of value is pricing these donations based on wishful thinking rather than reality. I've seen chipped home décor, worn clothing, used kitchen items, and damaged furniture with price tags that made me laugh out loud. At these prices, I'd rather spend a few dollars more and buy something brand new with a warranty and the ability to return it. Goodwill has forgotten what made people love thrift stores in the first place. Until pricing becomes reasonable again, I'll gladly take my business to local thrift stores where donated items are actually priced like donated items.

At…read morefirst I didn't realize that there's another location just past downtown Palm Springs tucked inside a strip mall. Then there's this location, which I believe maybe a bigger one. Just off the main strip of East Palm Canyon, you won't miss it. There's plenty of parking which is always a major plus. Right when you walk in, of course you can tell it's a thrift store. One side is where all homes goods and furniture is located and the opposite is where the clothing are. There's quite a big home section which I was quite surprised. Deals were great for some of the things I saw. Pretty much loads of items and well priced. But right in the middle of the store, there's more furniture but it seems to be more of the higher end collection. A good selection on mid century and modern pieces which looked pretty new. They're a bit pricer than you would normally think for a second hand shop but still pretty affordable. Clothing wise, I didn't scan through it as I was just browsing the furniture and accessories. You can score some gems there if you look around. Some things looked amazing but prices were a bit on the expensive side for what it was. It's a pretty cool place to just pop in to see what they carry. Who knows, you could find some amazing gems.

It was pretty busy for a weekday, but this store had the 70s music playing and me - and a few other Boogie Souls - a groovin'! So many cool MCM pieces - both new and used - and great prices. I'm thinking these must come from liquidators and estate sales, as well as donations. There are SO MANY items I loved with nowhere to put them. Thankfully, we also had no room, save for a couple of nooks in the car we managed to cram the books and silly trinkets we found to bring home. I told Hubs, 'We are DEF coming back here with a large vehicle, A LOT of donations, a budget and no common sense!' LOVE that I'm supporting a charitable organization and local community outreach programs by shopping at these Revivals stores. No wonder they are award winning! Cheers! "CC"
