Upon arrival, we are met by the Blue-dyed hair woman that couldn't have been more rude, unhelpful and certainly couldn't have cared less if we wanted to help their cause, or not! This was not just 1x, it was 3 separate trips!! Shame on us for not learning our lesson! The third time was the breaking point! We simple got back in our truck and will gladly donate our things somewhere else!!! Times are tough and sadly, the one's she hurts by her HORRIFIC, unprofessional and totally unacceptable attitude are the recipients of the services and proceeds from this company! Take your things to a more deserving and appreciative cause. Absolutely shameful!! Go find another job girlfriend , because you're really only hurting those you supposedly are there to serve!!! *Send Me an Angel*…read more My family & I have donated lots of household items, clothing, furniture, and nick-knacks to this Angel View store thru the years. Angel View has saved us from more hassle than we had already encountered, if Angel View didn't pick up some of the big heavy items -- opposed to other items we boxed up and brought to this store ourselves. I've read some negative Yelp reviews claiming Angel View overcharges for merchandise, sold to the public at the store. I don't agree with those comments. Their prices are very reasonable. Some are even too cheap. Tho everything is secondhand and used, you get what you pay for, and they offer great deals on mostly everything. What I do know? Angel View has lots of overhead running a business and their charitable organization. Just because they're a "non profit" doesn't mean they're not entitled to cover all their costs and expenses. When you contact Angel View to pick up heavy objects for donation, you speak to live human beings who are not working for free. Angel View gladly sends out one of their big trucks to your home or place of business, to pick up your heavy objects -- saving you the time & effort of having to do it yourself or barrow a bigger vehicle or rent your own truck to get rid of all the larger items you don't know what it do with. Angel View has to pay for those trucks, the gas, the maintenance, the auto insurance, the workers driving the trucks that do all the heavy lifting, so you don't have to. Angel View stores have team members & employees who work there for a living. Running any business no matter if it's a "non profit" or not, ain't free. They have rent and bills to pay, along with utilities, supplies, workers compensation insurance, and several other expenses that most don't realize, who never owned or ran a business of their own. This Angel View store is larger than some of their others, it's very clean and well organized. And their staff is friendly and helpful. I've made a purchase at their other location in Palm Desert that I will write a separate review on their Yelp page. I'm very grateful & thankful for Angel View because they're providing a much needed service for a charitable cause. Shop till you drop... Revivals is a fairly large thrift store that is in the elbow corner of the center it is in. On one side they have very art minded/stylish furniture and home furnishings, then they have paintings, lighting fixtures, and sporting goods in the back, books and CDs on the left wall and clothes in the middle. They have some designer clothes and other collectible items and those are in showcases in the front of the store. Everything is reasonably priced. The store is very well organized and spaced out. They carry mostly used items, but they do get random lots of new items donated to them. And hey, it is Palm Springs. Where else would you find a rack of jock straps for sale? Me? I looked at Comme des Garcones that were too big for my feet and passed on those. I exited with a couple of DVDs. I will find something else here next time I visit Palm Springs!

We have bought a few things there one was a RCA 1972 television set. We are in the process of seeing if we can get it fixed but it looks so great and so cool just sitting in our living room anyway we love the 60s and 70s. The people who work there are so nice and so helpful if you're looking for art or that special thing, I would definitely recommend Misty's Consignment some of the things are expensive, but the quality is even more valuable. I also brought in some things for Consignment it's real easy to do. Give them a call and they'll tell you how to do it. The parking lot is big and there's always a spot but it gets pretty busy sometimes it's fun and an adventure each time we go I recommend Misty's Consignment 100%.

Your art specialist has no talent for doing her job- she's rude and ignorant. If she can't google it she can't and doesn't establish a value to anything. She has no knowledge of art valuation, which allowed me to buy 2 under valued pieces, and prevented me from selling several others. -Stop damaging items entrusted to you for consignment. I saw the movers damage a coffee table, and laughed and said "oh man...oh well." And find a vendor that will AFFORDABLY transport consigned items to sell and when purchased- your relationship with S&D movers is a rip off! $175 hour + a two hour min. $350 just to drop off a consigned item. I emailed you to verify if that was correct, and the unsigned response ignored the question entirely- and asked "Have we approved the items you wish to bring in?" Again- drop the attitude and answer the question. Lastly, your customers are your best consultants- you are becoming a carbon copy of The Estate Sale Company.

It was about 10 minutes before 2pm. I'm a realist, it's a long holiday weekend-they want to leave early too so they can enjoy it, rightfully so & it's just like the other Assistance League boutiques, they randomly close 15-20 minutes Saturdays all the time anyways. My husband said he could've sworn one of the ladies had a smirk on her face, and really who cares? So we ended up going to all the Revivals and spending money there as it's a much worthy cause. My screenshots reflect the business hours listed on their website & we didn't see a sign stating they're closing early because of the holiday but it should just be assumed & I'm sure all loyal neighboring patrons were aware. 5 stars for looking like a nice boutique.
