Opened in Fall 2021, Elder Love is a little hole in the wall with super friendly staff, an awesome playlist, and (as it's street name would suggest) an eclectic mix of vintage and current brands. The assortment of clothes was small as of November 2021. But it was a nice mix of vintage designer and cool trendy styles, for both men and women. For such a small space, it also packs in a wonderful assortment of pictures and artwork, furniture, and dish-ware. It's location is also ideal for a multi-store trip. You can hit Elder Love, Collector's Corner, Goodwill, and the ACS Discovery Store in rapid succession since they are all 5 mins away or less from each other. Flash 50% sales in Mondays. And they also serve sparkling wine on Fridays so, plan accordingly. :-) Store is open daily 10 AM to 5 PM. Phone 442-274-2191. You can also DM them on Facebook to check on holiday schedules.

About Families is a wonderful organization providing community and support to new moms. We took a…read morebirth class which educated and prepared us very well for labor and delivery. The warmth and kindness of the doulas and staff made us feel safe and cared for. We were able to meet our doula Joanna, and then met with her several times before labor and delivery. She helped answer questions, ease worries, and support decision making every step of the way. So thankful to have her with me there at the hospital through my very long labor, helping keep me (and my family) calm and advocating for me. Once our little girl arrived, Joanna continued to check in, coming to our home to insure breastfeeding was going well. After recovering I was able to start attending the moms' group hosted by Elizabeth. She has been there each week to answer questions, ease worries, and facilitate new friendships with other moms, all while letting our little ones interact, learn, and grow. An absolutely wonderful organization that has made my journey into motherhood empowered. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so very much!

I am new to the Coachella Valley and expecting my first child this September. I googled Prenatal…read moreYoga classes in the Valley and About Families came up in my search engine. I checked out their Facebook page, website and Yelp reviews. I could not have any more positive things to say about Joanna, Elie and the organization. Elie teaches Yoga at 5:30 every Tuesday. Classes are $12 or $10 if you prepay four classes through PayPal. I use PayPal because it makes things so much more convenient. You have to take your own mat but occasionally they will have 1-2 loaner mats but nothing beats taking your own mat. My fiance and I also took the Informed Childbirth classes with Joanna on Wednesday evening. The class really is what it is, Informed Childbirth. The baby books can only teach you so much but being in class with other expectant couples and Joanna who is a certified doula really has enlightened the child birth process and options that I will have at the hospital when my little guy decides to make his big arrival. I joined prenatal yoga in hopes to meet other expectant moms in the area and get to know some new friends. I have met some pretty awesome people and look forward in continuing to see About Familes grow. You really need to check this place out if you are a family or mother to be in the Coachella Valley.

However, it did take a few follow-ups--about three times--before I was able to get the specific details I was asking for. In terms of pricing, their quote was comparable to other companies in the area. That said, I ultimately chose to go with a different provider who was slightly more expensive but stood out in terms of responsiveness and overall value. They answered questions promptly on Yelp and made it easy to schedule an inspection, which made a big difference in my decision. Since I did not move forward with this company for the actual service, I can't speak to the quality of their work. However, based on my experience, communication could be improved, even though their pricing is competitive.

We called Quick & Easy to come and repair our washing machine, icemaker and microwave…read more Konstantin showed up on time and quickly repaired the washer. He took a look at the ice maker and knew the problem almost immediately. A new part was ordered. The microwave display was not functioning correctly and we had another company come out twice before and couldn't get it working although they changed out several parts. Konstantin ordered the part according to the part number but when it arrived it did not match. Part number was correct but part was different. He did some quick researching, ordered another part that looks exactly like the defective part but with a different number and now works perfectly! Konstantin had a situation and found a solution! Konstantin was very professional throughout the whole process. Call Quick & Easy and request Konstantin!

The money collected by this organization is not reported to its members. Furthermore most of the parties they promote are linked to businesses owned by their members thus consisting in a conflict of interest. The membership of $ 150.00 goes mostly to parties and they emphasize their efforts in participating of the El Paseo Fashion show, were they can display their lavish clothes and apparel and, of course drink more alcohol. They will exclude you from most of their own parties because they tend to put themselves in a pedestal of selfishness. The charitable contributions are not chosen by the members but only by a few whose interests are to make sure they can continue to promote parties where alcohol is consumed. I left this organization deeply concerned that they are actually running a wine club on the guise of "charity " and also promoting their own businesses utilizing the funds that should go to real causes.
