What a fun store! Stopped in on a whim and spend 30 minutes there! The boutique is filled with small home decor items like textured pillows, pillows with mid century modern prints, throws, faux topiaries and orchids, wall mirrors, small pieces of furniture, kitchen items, books, candles and even some fashion jewelry. Also some cozy sweaters and women's tops. I would shop here constantly if they had a store in Portland! They had lots of coasters, dish towels and aprons with funny sayings, the kind that actually have you laughing out loud, no emoji necessary! The women that work here are super friendly. They provide the level of assistance you need or want and let you browse at your leisure if that's your thing. My favorite is their collection of Waxing Poetic brand jewelry, a collection of mixed metal necklaces and charms that enable you to create your own piece of jewelry as each can be purchased separately. They have one of the few collections in the Palm Springs area. The charms come in different sizes, many celestial, and all have a saying on the back. Just love! This store is on my must visit list for my next visit to Palm Springs area. Covid, please go away so we can get back to traveling! I want to get back to the desert! read more

I love this store and all the gals that work there. The owner is really great too. But you never know how they will be if there is a problem. Now I know,,,, they're incredible!!!! Today I returned with a purchase that they charged me the wrong amount, no problem would you like a credit or refund. I knew I loved this store and all they're funny quirky beautiful things but they really do love what they do and all of their customers too. Went to visit for clever gifts and could not have had more fun! So many unique and well priced items. Lots of laughter so go even if you don't buy...but you will! Abby and Julia were the most gracious and helpful sales people and they will put your gifts in cute leopard paper and bags. We spent a lot of $$ and got enormous value for it. What an adorable store! I absolutely love Trestle, such a fun place to shop. If there was one near my house, I'm pretty sure I would buy every single birthday and Christmas present there (plus a few dozen things for myself). I bought myself a pink wristlet, but had my eye on a big wall mirror and some fun tunics that would be perfect for lounging poolside. I'm already planning a return trip, my house is desperately in need of redecorating! read more

Trestle has been around for a few years and I frequently found fun gift items there. It is under new ownership and the store is nothing short of fabulous! I could have spent all afternoon there, and had to walk around twice to take everything in. There is very cool furniture, lots of accessories plus candles, floral items and tons of 'girlfriend' gifts. I plan to go back next week when I can take my time and start Christmas shopping! read more

We stopped in Desert Springs on our drive from So Cal to Scottsdale. Walked around El Paseo and found Trestle. Beautiful decor for your home and reasonable prices. The best part was our interaction with the owner. She and her co-worker were super friendly. We have two kids 5 and under and she used the power of distraction to ensure they didn't get into any mischief and my husband and had relaxing shopping experience. read more

Prices were in the upper end thrift store pricing or low vintage store pricing, so you can find good deals here. I chatted with a super nice salesperson named Andy who had great energy and very pleasant. A delivery was being brought in while I was there and the guys unloading the truck were super nice and saying to stay and check out the new goods. Overall great shopping experience!

The shop was founded by interior designer Jeremy Taylor together with his partner Niels Kosman, and you can really feel that designer's eye throughout the space. Every piece feels intentional, from the furniture and lighting to the artwork and wallpaper. Nothing feels random or mass-produced. It feels curated. Palm Springs has such a strong design identity and PS HomeBoys captures it perfectly. Walking through the store feels like stepping into the kind of home you see in the iconic desert architecture that made this city famous. It is easy to imagine how these pieces would work in a stylish desert home or even a vacation rental, which makes sense because they also help stage and design homes around the area. For anyone who appreciates great interior design, mid-century style, or just wants to browse something different from the usual furniture stores, this place is absolutely worth visiting. Something similar to the Northridge or even Burbank mall when I first walked in. There's plenty of parking and a covered structure which is a major plus out here in the desert. The summer heat and walking back to your car after it's been sitting out, no bueno. For the two main departments stores, Macys on one end and JC Penny's on the other end. Macys also has a home store which you don't see as often. The other bigger stores, Dicks and Barnes and Nobles. Then inside you have the usual stores, nothing fancy. There's your usual H&M which is decent size, Victoria Secrets, Hollister, American Eagle, Tilly's, Bath and Body Works, Express and a few other retail store you would expect inside a mall. Nothing fancy but the usual. Then there's some small business which seemed like they're family owned. The mall isn't that big, a good length from one end to the other. I walked in on Mother's Day's for the first time which they were hosting afternoon tea right in the middle of the plaza. It was cute and raffles were given with prizes offered from the retail insides. In my opinion, it's a mall. Nothing major or special about it. You would think that if it is the only main mall in town, it should be worth it. But I guess it'll do.

The first thing I saw was how FRESH and HEALTHY everything looked. The ingredients were vibrant and clearly prepared with care. After speaking with the owner, I learned this is a FAMILY OWNED business that recently opened, and I was one of their early customers. That made the experience even more meaningful. For my first visit, I tried the tuna wrap and it was AMAZING. The owner was PASSIONATE about the food and took the time to explain the menu and the value is great. You can tell there is real pride behind what they serve. They also offer WRAPS, FRESH SALADS, AND BURGERS, so there are plenty of options depending on what you want. The atmosphere was FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, AND FAMILY ORIENTED. If I am back at the mall, I will definitely come again. IF YOU ARE AT THE SHOPS AT PALM DESERT, GO UPSTAIRS AND CHECK OUT IT'S A WRAP. This wasn't just any poodle either. This was a fully groomed, cloud-like creature with a level of confidence most people don't have. The kind of poodle that looks like it has opinions about fabrics. It walked into the store like it had an appointment. There was a brief pause at the entrance... a moment to take it all in... and then a slow, deliberate stroll past the displays, as if deciding between classic monogram or something a little more understated this season. And the best part? No one reacted Everyone just... accepted it ..... As if this poodle had been there before. As if it had a purchase history At one point it stopped near a display.... looked up ever so slightly, and I swear it gave off the energy of "this one, but in a different color." I didn't see what it left with, but I have a strong feeling it wasn't empty-handed. Only in Palm Desert do you find yourself watching a poodle casually browse Louis Vuitton... and somehow, it makes perfect sense.

Trestle is an absolute gem on the El Paseo. The product is wonderful and ever-changing - I can always find something new, fun, and fabulous to update my home.
