It is a smaller location than others, but customer service is great. The shop blocks off almost all the space for official events, but then barely anyone even shows up for them. You look around and see rows of empty tables reserved for nothing, while regular paying groups who actually brought people have absolutely nowhere to sit.We even asked nicely if we could use the empty space, but the staff just told us we should rent out the private room instead. What a joke--that room is already booked solid anyway, and it costs a ton of money.
