When it came time to replace it, we didn't hesitate to go back to Carpet Exchange. The owner, Mack is phenomenal, he's kind, honest, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. He truly goes out of his way to help his customers and make the entire process as easy as possible. It's refreshing to work with a local business where you feel genuinely valued as a customer. We will absolutely continue to recommend Carpet Exchange to family and friends. If you're looking for someone you can trust who provides great service and truly cares about his customers, this is the place to go!

He came over promptly, appraised the job in moments, and shared a great variety of samples to choose from. He said "lifetime" and I was sold. Two days later they came. There are no bump, or lips on the floor and the finish on the trim work and transitions in excellent. I'm a DIY'er. And I was considering it, but even doing it myself, I couldn't compete. Mack, the owner provided it all. Excellent price. Excellent communication. Excellent timeline. EXCELLENT results. No shenanigans. Best money I've spent on my house? I imagine you understand by now. Our experience with this contractor was very disappointing. After the project, we found nearly an…read moreinch of dust in the bathroom cabinets and on the window screens. There was a heavy layer of dust throughout the attached bedroom. Personal items--including jewelry, books, the TV, and bedding, etc. --were all covered. No protective coverings were placed on the stairs to the third floor bathroom, and both the contractor and his crew consistently walked through our home with their boots on. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). At the completion of the job the contractor also left two buckets of watery grout in our garage for us to dispose of. This reflects our experience and is offered to help others make an informed decision."*

I am sure they do great work but for me a bad start. First impressions matter. I will go somewhere else.

Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. Horrible company, do not do business with these people. Completely ruined my floors and left my…read moreproperty with damage! I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!
