They had a guy over within an hour and he got it taken care of right away. Really appreciated that, especially on a weekend. It did cost extra for the after hours call but honestly it was worth it. Was just glad to have it fixed that night and not have to keep calling around. Would definitely call them again.

Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.

I have nothing but great things to say about QP Plumbing! Oscar is very responsive, professional,…read moreeasy to work with, and an overall stand up guy with a high level of integrity. Last year we had a water heater installed by QP Plumbing. There was one part of the installation that was overlooked and caused us some issues. When I told Oscar, he took complete accountability and offered to give us monetary compensation. I told him if he could just provide us with a credit on future service that would be great. Fast forward to present day, we had leak with one of our pipes. Oscar was able to come immediately to diagnose the issue and got his crew here the next day to get the issue resolved. Oscar did in fact give me the credit we had discussed over a year ago which I appreciated. I certainly plan to use QP Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs moving forward and I would highly recommend them.

For the last couple months, Nick has helped my apartment complex with a wide variety of repairs and…read moreimprovements, and he has consistently done excellent work. After every tenant turnover, he is the first person I call because I know the job will be done properly, on time, and at a fair price. He repaired a ceiling in my own unit after a water leak caused by the previous owner and completed the entire repair in a single day. He also patched numerous holes left behind by a former tenant, repaired damaged cabinets and doors, installed new windows, laid waterproof flooring, mounted a ceiling fan, and completed several interior painting projects. Every project has turned out great, and the quality of his work has held up well. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. He also researches materials to help us get the best value. Small touches, like leaving behind the extra paint after completing a painting job, have been incredibly helpful for future turnovers. Nick communicates clearly throughout the project and works efficiently without sacrificing quality. During renovations, we trust him enough to give him keys directly to our units without supervision, so he has access to the property whenever work needs to be done. I highly recommend Nick to handle everything from repairs and painting to flooring, windows, and general property maintenance. His workmanship, fair pricing, and consistency have made him an invaluable resource for my complex.

He also gave good advice when it came to installing a new shower valve. Since there was no way to access where the valve was without cutting the tile, the waterproofing would have been compromised. So according to him, it would be best to either redo the shower or we would have to use a bigger plate than the one that came with our shower valve to cover the big hole in the front in order to make space to work on the valve. Even though in the end we didn't touch the shower, it was mainly because of Ruslan's detailed explanation of what the work would entail.
