First and last time fir us!! Worse than Taco Bell - Absolutelt NO FLAVOR whatsoever. Glad we tried it when the tacos were on special or it would have been more $$ down the drain. Can't believe ANYONE thinks these are great. Worst ever! How do you screw up rice?? Totally flavorless, also Don't waste your time or money!! They obviously have no spices in their cupboard!! Plus, the cheese & lettuce were super scarce, also! read more

I had the spicy pork burrito and wife had the enchiladas plate both were on point! Definitely be going back and not expensive at all.

Best service & food EVER! There chips and queso are to die for and the customer service is impeccable!

I hate to give anything less than 5 stars but my first and most likely last experience here was very disappointing. I ordered the chicken salad and added shrimp and when i went to get my order, they didn't add the shrimp nor add it to my ticket. They said they would bring me the shrimp and the employee was very rude so i apologized because i clearly asked to add shrimp to the salad and knew it wasn't their fault. Moments later she brought a cup with 3 small shrimp in it. The salad was nothing special and neither were the tacos we ordered. The avocado ranch dressing had basically half an avocado submerged in ranch. Not mixed at all. I want to hope that this was out of the norm for them especially with all of the hysteria going on, but my experience was less than pleasant and i will probably never go back read more

I've come to this establishment multiple times and loved it ...my most recent visit I dealt with an rude waitress. I was questioned by an employee or manager or a cook. I honestly don't know who he was. I felt targeted. It was such a bad experience I really don't know if I'll come back. read more

Based on the appearance of the place, I expected the food to be much better. The environment is lively with a huge bar and lots of sitting areas. After ordering we made our way to a table that we had to clean ourselves because there was no staff to be found. Food took forever to arrive even though we only ordered 2 tacos with some beans and rice. Taste of the tacos was underwhelming, salsa was bland, and the avocado was browning a bit. Beans tasted like they came straight out of a can but the rice was decent. There are much better places in Gilbert to get tacos. read more

Great tacos and burritos...sometimes. Usually my husband and I have a great experience here. Our food is typically tasty and good. Unfortunately, the past three times has not been to standard. This place is hit or miss now depending on the day. read more

This was our first time eating at Fuzzy's and we really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. I had the brisket taco and fajita beef taco with an ice cold Dos XX's. My wife had the shrimp taco and chicken fajita taco along with the frozen Fuzzy Mango. We enjoyed the chips and queso appetizer prior to the tacos main course. I read some reviews that mentioned some customer service concerns, but our experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. We truly enjoyed everything and recommend you give them a try! read more

This should be 2 1/2 stars.... tacos were not good, there was 9 of us and we all agreed. Such a let down... they do have a full bar with some fun drinks, and have to say it was clean. read more

We ordered food for Cinco De Mayo a few days ahead. Didn't really make pick up faster, but oh well. Pick up was a tad unorganized but the young man running the door figured out how to streamline it. On a busy day like that, you would think more people could have been working. Despite all that, the food was delicious and we have been enjoying the leftovers since then read more

Not at all the same quality as their stores in Colorado. Fish Taco was Luke warm and I had to look hard to find the fish. It was shocking. Shrimp Quesadilla was bland and nowhere as tasty as the locations in Colorado. My guests were not impressed with their hood either and they said that the margaritas were horrible. Apparently some serious training and quality control is needed at this location. read more

Great tasty food! Large serving portions. Margaritas and beerritas are tasty! Lots of big tables, paper towels on table. Lots of choices on menu read more

My husband and I absolutely love Fuzzys on Mill sp we were really excited when the Gilbert one opened. We went twice to give the benefit of the doubt but nope! Don't bother. The tacos arent the same as the Mill location, no flavor and the staff are rude and uninterested. Shame as it could have been great. read more

First time to this place today for dinner. Such a fun spot. Ordered the queso and chips. The queso needs some more flavor. I like a little kick to it. It seemed pretty bland. But perfect for my kids! I had the tempura shrimp California taco and it was a bit salty. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I also had the grilled mahi taco and that was amazing. Soooo good! I will be back for sure. And the staff was super friendly. read more

Every time I go here the service is great and the workers are so nice! Food is awesome and drinks are amazing

the service sucked. workers had an attitude and the food was hardly room temperature. very disappointing... thank god I had a gift card and didn't spend money read more

Went to Fuzzy's for the first time and was very impressed! Brisket tacos are delicious and their chorizo burrito was really good. Robby, the manager, did a great job taking care of us! Can't wait to go back! read more

I have mixed reviews about this location. I have been a few times. One time the food has been cold and another time an employee wasn't as kind as they could be. Both of those times the managers on duty have treated us well and I felt they tried their best to amend the situation. I love Fuzzy's and don't want to drive to ASU, but I also think they could improve on this location. Love the tacos and food-when it's warm which most often it is! read more

Today was my first time to Fuzzy's & will definitely be my last. The queso was actually pretty good. The tacos here are garbage & the shrimp in my tacos were cold. There was also cheddar cheese dumped on all portions of my food. Mexican rice?? Not a chance. The barbecue brisket burrito was just bland shredded beef. It was so bad that we couldn't finish anything. I know it's not an authentic Mexican restaurant but they are setting the bar LOWWWW. Very unhappy with this visit :( read more

I was so excited to try this place, but it was not what we expected. Our order was made wrong and when I brought it up to the staff, the guy wasn't very pleased. We were told they will bring the food back to our a table, but they never did. We got tired of waiting and left. read more

I thought this place was awesome. Really good, fresh food. I had a shredded chicken burrito. I would definitely eat here again

Very bland food. The Queso tastes like they opened a can of nacho cheese and added a gallon of milk to make it more bland. Tacos lack flavor so they add extreme amounts of cilantro, sour cream, and cheese. Rice, potatoes, and chicken quesadilla were average at best. read more

Service has deteriorated since Covid-19. I went in the other day actually looking forward to eating there. The service there was horrible. The manager did try to make it right which is why I gave 3 starts. He seemed to be the only one there that cared unfortunately read more

Took my wife to Fuzzy's for lunch while at San Tan Villsge. It was our first time there and won't be our last. The tacos were fresh, tasty and well prepared. This restaurant has a nice bar, the service was extremely good and was clean. We will be back! read more

What's there not to like here? Any kind of taco, plates, some of the best drinks, especially the margarita combos. Fun atmosphere and vibe.

Great little spot. Such happy employees! You can see them smiling even though they wear masks! Felt like something light and easy ordered their specialty taco with shrimp tempura! The one taco filled the whole basket! I should have asked for two more soft taco shells! I could have made them all from the one, okay maybe one more slice of Avocado per taco and that would have made it perfect! Lots of cheese and peck and the spice on the tempura shrimp... lip licking good over and over! The cilantro lime rice was very good not quite as flavorful as I've had but I finished it! Almost ordered one more of each to go (with the added shells and avocado) but decided against it because it's never as good at home. The lad behind the bar was personable and friendly and suggested his favorite changes! I love taking staff recommendations! They know what sells and they know the small tweaks that make a difference. What a great stop and was able to see the rest of the game! read more

My wife and I started eating at Fuzzy's when the stay at home order started. The tacos and margaritas were fantastic. We've gone inside to eat twice now, and the service and quality of food is poor. Last Friday, I was served the wrong burrito and my wife's tacos were also wrong, (ordered directly from the menu). Today, the food was not great, and the trash can behind us looked like it had dishes and plates from last night on it. I want to love this place, but they're making it hard. read more

Came in with my daughter today who has a disability and she ordered a kids meal. The server forgot to give her the drink cup that came with the kids meal. She goes back up to get the cup and the manager would not give her a drink cup as he told her the drink cups come with the kids meal and she is not a kid. Keep in my mind she was sold the kids meal. Even after explaining to the manager the situation he did not care, I went to go buy my kid a drink and the server who over heard the concerns gave my daughter her drink cup so I appreciate that but the manager was rude and disrespectful and never should a customer be treated this way and never should a an adult with a disability be treated as such! I will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate office and we won't be back here! read more

I've tried three types of comida thus far. Here's the ranking: tacos (any) with feta are the tops. nachos and burrito (smothered) are tied for next. brikset is a pretty solid meat choice. chicken is pretty decent, both fajita and shredded. chips are a bit too weak for all the nacho goodness and tend to wilt under the load they are called to bear. read more

Have eaten there four times now. Tried different food items each time. Even tried breakfast last week. Food and service great each time.

Extremely friendly upon entering! Margaritas were Awesome food was fantastic! Very fast. Food was delicious, fish tacos were the best!

Loved the hard shell chicken taco and the fajita taco! Fun atmosphere. Great staff gave suggestions for my first visit.

We saw this placed was now open and decided to check it out and I am so glad we did! We had the spicy pork and brisket tacos, the pork is amazing. Both had loads of meat, definitely a full taco. Their hot sauce on the table is also great. Nice place, friendly staff, we will be back!! read more

Food was so good and great service as well! Our bartender was Kenna she was so attentive and made great drinks and so much fun! I will definitely be back! read more

Delicious food. Quick and simple. I got the chicken nachos and I like how they seperated the cheese from everything else so it won't get soggy. read more

First time....Prime Time!! Riding our bikes and we spotted this place. They have locations all over the states. Tries the shredded chicken and brisket tacos....YUMMMM! Also had the Grilled Mahi Taco, yum too. Wife got the burrito bowl and said it was super fresh. Everything was more than reasonably priced. Manager came by and said hi and had a great attitude. No doubt we will be back!! read more

Today was my first time ever eating at Fuzzy's. Based on this experience, I will never go back. I ordered the fajita steak bowl. I felt that the steak was overcooked and chewy and that the bowl was overall too salty. I had my 17 month old grandson with me and ordered him the chicken sticks. In my mind, I was picturing something similar to a mozzarella stick. Boy was I wrong... What we got were little fried balls that were mostly crunchy breading rather than chicken. He found it difficult to chew and kept spitting it out. I had to dig out the tender pieces of chicken and feed them to him but it was not sufficient to satisfy his appetite. The rice that came with his meal was good and he ate most of it. I feel I get a much fresher meal at Chipotle for a similar price. read more

We were excited to try this new, fast casual -restaurant. Unfortunately, it was highly disappointing. We ordered tacos: fajita chicken (Heavily salted - 2 bites, could not finish), shrimp (bland, no flavor), brisket (teenager thought it had some flavor), Mahi (bland, no flavor), refried beans (had flavor). Surprisingly, we were told we had to purchase salsa??? It tasted like marinara sauce mixed with Tabasco. We ordered limes from the bartender(friendly young man) and believe they may have been defrosting, as they were hard as a rock - we barely got any juice out of them. Service? Nobody stopped by our table to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. None of the workers were smiling. The TVs appeared to be the only quality thing in the establishment. On the brighter side, there was a very handsome male doctor standing in line behind us! read more

Terrible, flavorless food. The worst meal we've had in a long time. Spicy pork taco has zero spice and my taco had two bones. Too many taco joints locally in the area to spend your money this place was not good. read more

We had the best experience at Fuzzy's Taco Shop the other night! The management here is incredible. While waiting for the soda machine to be filled with Dr. Pepper, the manager noticed I had been waiting a while to fill my drink. He fixed the machine and made sure to walk me over a souvenir cup full of Dr Pepper! Not only that, since I got the drink toward the end of my meal, they made sure to bring over free dessert as another apology for waiting so long for the soda machine. It's little things like this that make me want to come back to a business! They made sure to make our experience unforgettable, even after being slightly inconvenienced. Amazing service! read more
