The weather was super nice and the garage door open and the place was just airy, light and inviting. I had the only Kolsch beer available and bartender was really nice and gave me a taste of it. It worked for me as everything else was either IPAs, or sour, or something with more IBUs. The beer was nice and I chose to sit outside and soaked in the last rays of sun for the day and daydreamed a bit. Sunsets are my favorite and when I can also daydream also, its the best combo in life! Really nice brewery and would love to return again! Hopefully with more lighter beers or wheats available.

The staff member said it had horseradish, so that explains it. - Burger of the Month: My coworkers pick, and she raved about the burger itself and the onion rings. Though sat for easily 10+ minutes waiting for our server to notice us to flag for a box to take my food to go, we still were pleased with the food and the experience prior to that. Despite having water misters on the patio, no one was sitting outside because of the extreme heat (August, 2025). I like craft beer, but I don't drink it as much as I used to. I'm not the biggest IPA drinker, however my friend told me that the Church Music Juicy IPA is a favorite. She said that all of her friends that have tried it, liked it. For my flight, I ordered: Church Music, Coffee Brown, Lumberyard: Knotty, and Crispy. Unfortunately, I didn't care for any of the beers. I can usually find at least one craft beer that I like, but none of these were that great to me. They have quite a few beers, so maybe I need to try one of their other flavors.

My favorite was called tigger. It was honey and habanero. So delish. They all were good but it was my a delight. We also ordered some pizza from the Mykes pizza located at the same place. They have couches inside as well as a nice patio with chairs and some umbrellas for shade. Staff is always friendly and can answer any questions or make recommendations for whatever your preference is. This might be my new go-to brewery in Gilbert!
