Love this pharmacy. I have used for three months now. The whole idea is absolutely brilliant, and PATIENT service oriented. Such a huge difference. Chats are answered super quickly and customer service really couldn't be any better. Highly recommend. I don't regret switching and have switched my whole family! read more

FuzeRx - A candy with every delivery! - Pharmacy Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

I just set up an account on Wednesday and Alto had all my prescriptions moved over and my first delivery on Friday afternoon. Alto has made this remarkably easy. Thank you for all you do and doing it so well. read more

I don't know who the last party was that delivered our last medication. But it looked like an Uber driver. I did not appretiate that delivery method. read more

Alto is the best. Great prices and service. I highly recommend. I just learned about them, and when Amazon discontinued my medication, I switched to Alto. Cheaper and faster. read more

The delivery was prompt. Ordering was easy. Love this pharmacy.

this is the first time I tried this prescription delivery service Alto. it was recommended to me by one of my health provider. It's really convenient and it's really personal. You tell him what time you want it What day you want it and it's there, hand delivered. It's not going through the USPS or FedEx or any commercial delivery service It's personally delivered by an individual delivering directly to you. If you're planning not to be home just tell them a safe spot to leave your package and they'll follow your instructions to the letter. It's very convenient and secure. read more

I appreciate the service to the house - they always deliver on time when they say they are going to! The package was left in a perfect spot and easy to get to! read more

Friendly, same day delivery, excellent delivery tracker so no meds are left in the rain!

Highly prompt, responsive and supportive team. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with their continuous support and prompt help whenever I needed it. read more

I had the best experience! I was supposed to get my medicine from a different pharmacy but they couldn't get it to me on time. I called Alto and was able to have a same day delivery AND the price was cheaper. Everyone I talked to was amazing; I would 100% recommend using this company! read more

Always on time never late. The lady who delivers to me is very sweet.I love seeing her whenever she brings my meds.

Wonderful service and so convenient to track my delivery in real time. Thanks for making it so easy!

I switched to Alto Pharmacy this past summer because I kept seeing the ads pop up on my FB. I thought, "that's a service only people with good insurance can take part in." I was wrong! Switching over to Alto has been incredibly easy and I've only had to talk to someone on the phone maybe once or twice. A lot of legwork I can get done using the chat feature in the Alto app, which I prefer since I am always multitasking a lot of things. My prescriptions have been correct and delivered to my safe spot at my house. I get text updates when my prescription is on the way, as well as when they are nearing my house. I had a med that I had run out of and thought wasn't going to renew in time and I had a quick chat session with an Alto rep and they looked into the arrival time and it was far sooner than I expected. I was using Postal Prescription Service before (and Rite Aid and Safeway before that) and would have to call in to the automated voicemail to renew prescriptions. I really like how everything I need is in the app, which takes a lot of the guessing out of prescription fulfillment. It was also easy for my PCP to put in a prescription for a med I needed in the same day. She put it in and it was at my house by 9pm. I highly recommend Alto. They have managed to make it user-friendly and easy to access via the app. read more

Smooth and easy transaction. It was quick and simple and all my questions were answered. I got my medicine delivered same day!!!

Amazing service! Dropped in parcel box outside of house. Very easy ordering and delivery. I had issues with my prescription and they got me all taken care of ASAP. I will use Alto forever going forward. They know how to take care of their guests too. read more

Very sad and disappointed with my last delivery! They came in 36 min late ( at 9:36 pm) for my delivery time of 6-9 pm! Me prescription is as such that it needs to be refrigerated, and the prescription box was completely warm, inside the package, the ice packs were all melted! So as per my understanding in this scorching hot weather of Seattle of the day if the delivery (90 degrees) my medicine was compromised! Really looking for some answers here! read more

They are FANTASTIC. Super on it - I never waited on the phone when I called, and they have an excellent email/text updates process in place. You can always reach a pharmacist, everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and solution-oriented (rare these days). Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Alto. read more

This company is the best thing that's happened in 2020. I had a huge dental procedure today and so I was sleeping when they attempted to deliver and I missed letting them into my building. I woke up to missed calls from them. I didn't even have to explain what happened, they just made sure that I had my prescription today so they have a courier deliver it right to me at my door! I'm like is this for real!!! They are seriously one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I almost feel guilty because they've made my life so easy and I barely had to do anything. LOVE THEM, please don't every go away. Thank you guys for all that you do to help me! read more

Absolutely love! They are quick, efficient, and easy. The app is very transparent, and it is so much easier to use Alto compared to my old pharmacy. Totally recommend :) read more

Quick efficient, friendly, and reliable! Picking-up medication and taking medication is never fun, but Alto makes it so easy! The cute little caramels in every delivery is the highlight of it all! :) read more

Love the tracking as the delivery approaches. I live in a hard to locate place (as well as it being dark, rainy, and rush hour traffic) and was able to wave to the driver. read more

The Alto team is patient, knowledgeable, caring and on time. Their communication skills has a lot to do with their success.

Alto was actually recommended by my physician's office. At first I was a bit skeptical but after thinking about all the calls and coordinating this with that then the RX's. Well, why not? Alto is so cool. They will take care of you for sure. It's user friendly. They will help. Go for it. read more

Alto pharmacy is incredibly attentive and provides first class service. First time using this pharmacy. I chose it because it did free deliveries. Everything was handled perfectly. The transfer of all my prescriptions went very smoothly, all I had to do was tell them my old pharmacy's contact info. The staff was great and the delivery was " no contact". read more
