This is the WORST customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were all happy and attentive during the installation phase but once the install took place it's as if I was on my own. System issues during the first month of use basically increased my electrical bill $130. I had to pay the entire APS bill because the system was not producing electricity and then I had to pay these people the $130 monthly fee. I was contacted by their "escalation department" and they wanted me to send in a copy of my APS bill to help. I talked to them on the phone, emailed three times and have yet to receive a return call in the past three weeks! I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! I am taking my contract to a lawyer to see if there is a way to terminate. read more

Salesman gives a good presentation about what to expect from the company........ "fusion power handles everything from plans, to permits, to the HOA, install, inspections ...... all seamless...." (Paraphrasing) but in reality none of that is true. Originally agreement started in April, system installed late October and yet system is not operational .Payments on loan began immediately after install even though system is not operational because system failed inspection with utility company. As of the date on this review, fusion power still has no idea when the corrections for system failure with Utility company will be corrected, when new inspection will be scheduled, or when system will be online. It's a shame...... all talk. No one is taking responsibility and there has been accountability. No resolution in sight. Outstanding work and attention to detail! there were a few challenges, based on the previous homeowners installing an undersized solar panel system from a now defunct business. Fusion power was awesome, working extra hours to make sure they can tie it in and incorporate the wiring and DMS. This morning two young men (maybe 19 or 20) rang my doorbell. This is during our stay home order but I was expecting a drop off delivery. When I opened the door they were standing not two feet away without masks in their blue polos. I backed up quickly and asked them to leave. This is not good business sense or good common sense. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company who I have done business with. I had questions regarding my service and solar output, so I called my sales rep, Luke Ward, to see if he could help explain. After leaving 5 voicemail and 2 emails without a single reply, I decided to call the corporate office. I spent 2 weeks being told by someone named Karen, that they were very busy and that someone would call me back. 2 weeks, zero phone calls. I finally got Karen to connect me to a higher up. I spoke to Jason Gallagher, COO of the company, and shared the lack of response from Luke Ward. I also asked him to set up a call between myself, the COO, and Luke Ward , in order to get some answers. Mr. Gallagher said, "I will see if Luke is open to that". I was shocked and told him that I would hope the COO of the company could get a sales rep to take my call. He also told me that I would get a call back the next day. It has now even another 3 weeks, (now a total of 7 weeks) and I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. There are many solar companies out there to choose from, my suggestion is to steer clear of Fusion Power and their pathetic customer service. On a separate note, Luke Ward told me at our initial meeting and contract signing that I would receive a $5000 refund check when I did my tax returns. That statement was not true. It is a credit against your tax liability. Being self employed and having many write offs, I received a tax credit of $151 this year and there is very little chance that I will be able to use the rest of that credit before it expires. read more

I have contacted the BBB (they have 2.89 stars) and FCC as it is illegal to call someone in which I haven't contacted nor done business with in the past 18 months. Went with Fusion Power for solar in my new home. They did a great job of getting everything taken care. I had zero issues with them. Fusion Power offers a free Aeroseal with the solar installment. Fusion Power should fire whoever they hire for the aeroseal. The first day the Aeroseal people came out, they said they would have to comeback the following day because they couldn't get a good seal. The second day they had the same issue. The third day the "supervisor" showed up to get the proper seal. I was told their machine was malfunctioning after spending 3 hours setting everything up. I kindly told them to just install my vents back (missing screws) and informed them that I didn't want the aeroseal anymore. Fast forward to summer time... My home is not cooling. Hire Chas Roberts to come out and they had me go up to the attic with them and showed me how the ductwork was all messed up. Had the aeroseal people come out and attach everything back up. Fast forward to this year and I'm having the same issue. They did a crap job zip tying the ductwork. If fusion offers the aeroseal, STAY AWAY!!!!!!! read more

I am never the person to leave a review but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and I will never work with this company. Two salesmen came to my house and informed me that I needed to have my husband present at the meeting for them to discuss installing solar panels at my house. They said that this is a policy they have where both owners should be present. I called the customer service line to hear more about this policy that requires both homeowners to be present at the meeting. When I explained that my husband and I work separate shifts and getting us together during the day would be a challenge, they explained that he could be present on the phone or zoom for the meeting. When I asked if it would be possible for my husband to do the meeting without me present, the representative said "that would be fine." I then asked to speak to the customer service representative's supervisor about this "policy" who apologized for my "misunderstanding," not how their policy is implemented, and that as I'd cancelled my appointment with the technicians, it wasn't an issue. I'm flabbergasted that they would call something a policy that somehow only applies to me and not my husband. I will absolutely pay more money to work with another company that does not have these discriminatory and sexist practices. read more

If you don't like unsolicited robo calls to your cell phone and aggressive and smart mouthed telemarketers on the other end when you answer one of their many calls, then don't use this company. My cell phone number has been on the national Do Not Call Registry since 2020, but this company called me anyways, repeatedly, and left voicemails when I did not answer their calls. They used an autodialer (robocaller) to call my cell phone in violation of the TCPA. I told them both verbally and in writing to put me on their Do Not Call List. They kept calling me anyways and got very sassy with me on the phone. They are unethical, unprofessional, and not nice people to deal with. Their outgoing phone number keeps changing making it nearly impossible to block their calls if you still want to be able to get calls from outside of your phone's contact list for businesses purposes. I did not like them tying up my phone line with their robocalls about something (solar power) that I do not personally want. That does not seem to be a good enough answer to them. They will not take " No " for an answer. They just keep badgering you and trying to force you into dealing with them. Until you start filing complaints against them. We'll see if that keeps them from calling. read more

I live in SRP utility. I got a quote from Nerd power and elevation solar. The quotes were all pretty close, but Fusion explained more to me why they designed the solar system they did and why the SRP has different solar plans and the theory behind saving the most money. 7 months of frustration, outright lies, miscommunication, no communication, and stress, but finally if APS will ever get someone out to our home and inspect, we should have solar. 1st I can tell you that if ANYONE from Divine Energy ( supposedly a subsidiary of Vector Energy, which Fusion Power Co is also) contacts you, hang up your phone and run. Divine Solutions Energy are dirty dog liars, 100 percent, those guys should be selling junk used cars off of Van Buren with a side of dope and hookers. But instead they will use the President of Divine Solutions, Brandon Sanchez', service in the US Marine Corp as a sales tactic ( its to bad this guy did not learn anything about morals, customer service, or ethics while he served) to sell solar. After months of run around, calls ignored and unreturned, no communication from Divine at all, I finally got ahold of " Trevor" who was my "new account manager" and "going to get this project moving forward ", I informed Trevor that my solar finance company, Mosaic, was fairly animated about the fact that my first payments were coming due. He told me not to worry, as the solar had not been installed yet, no payments were due. Mosaic however had written the check to Fusion Power Co. and that check had been cashed, so solar or not, my payments were due. It was at this time I was given no other choice than to begin speaking with an attorney. My wife, who is pretty savvy in the legal field herself, got Trevor from Divine to cough up contacts for Fusion Power Co. ( mind you we had attempted contact with FPC via the contacts available at the website several times prior). She was finally able to make a direct contact with an engineer named Mark, Mark then walked into CEO of Fusion Power Co. Jared Gillespie's office with my wife on the phone and informed him that there was a problem. Jared and his team seemed quite caught off guard that this project had gotten so far off track and were under the impression that it was us, the customer, that had been the wrench in the gears. We were moved to the front of the line immediately. We were finally given the information that the location of our array could not be used due to the slope of the hill it was to be ground mounted at, something Divine had assured us from day 1 was not an issue. We then came to terms on a different location and began moving forward, dealing with Fusion rather than Divine. Fusion Power agreed to cover our loan payments until our system was installed, however the accounting department had their own troubles and could not seem to navigate the differences between physical and mailing addresses. On 12/22/21 I met the install crew in my driveway and refused to allow access to my property until I had the 2 payments that were owed to me in my hand. The install crew were GREAT!! Mike and his guys were very good, fast and professional. Dominic, the coordinator/super for the install was very good, especially under the circumstances, e.g. he handled an irate and armed customer face to face very well. We will have to see how the next 25 years goes now I suppose, however I do not have high hopes, thus I have an attorney on retainer just in case. Would I recommend Fusion Power Co to my friends and family? No. Am I still considering my legal options with Divine Solutions? Yes. Did I ever receive any of the "perks" that were supposed to be a part of my transaction? No. read more

If their door to door sales reps are any indication of character of this company I'd be very Leary. At 3PM today two reps knocked on my door. I have a very obvious NO SOLICITING sign right on my door. I open the door say hello and ask them to respect my wishes to not be bothered. "We aren't selling anything" is the response I get. So we continue the back and forth and after about 30 seconds one of the guys starts swearing at me. Four letter words that's start with F. This is all happening right on my front porch, yelling at me because I don't want whatever they're selling. This continues for a few more and after they yelled that I should "Go down to the elementary school and gets some girls" and went inside and called the police. Yes it got that bad. I actually called the police on them. I called the company as well but, as you might expect, I've gotten no response.
