I do not recommend this company. While they installed the panels and Tesla modules, the Salesman said we would have things that we didn't get, remote monitoring. The company said too bad and charged $800 per module. Then found out they didn't install enough or right and had to come back out. I went outside and saw what they did and l am shocked! They ran a cat5 low volt cable from inside the 400amp main panel to one of the Tesla modules. It is just laying on the ground and not even long enough. Horrible work and most likely not only a code violation, but also dangerous.

Stay away from this company. They do not follow through on issues. It's always some other team member that conveniently left that dropped the ball. The leadership does not care about resolving issues with their customer. If you have any warranty issues or other concerns, they will state they will address it but it never happens. Stay away, clearly major financial issues. Go with a gold level installer installer who may still be around when you have issues and need support. Their corporate office is under eviction notice.

Due to age and the recent rains (leaking inside the house) we decided to replace our 25 year old concrete tile roof on our single story 2700 sqft home. Problem was we have 24 solar panels (micro inverters) and all the associated hardware and wiring on the roof, which all need to be removed. We got four quotes from reputable roofing companies, which ranged from $17k to $31k for the roof only. They all said they could remove and reset the solar system, with several sub contracting that part of the job and two of them doing it in-house. The solar pricing ranged from $6k to $10k, in addition to the cost of the roof. Our original solar contract with Fusion Power provided for a one time removal and reset at no cost as part of the original deal. Turns out Fusion also does roofing, so even though their roofing arm was relatively new and unknown, we went with them after they finally responded to my inquiries (there's a story with all that as well). Their roofing quote was not the least expensive (middle of the pack), but they did do the solar work for no cost as part of the original contract, so the whole job cost us about $21k. That included all the new tiles (80), wood trim (15 feet), decking (1 sheet), soffit vents (2), and what painting was required (I provided the paint. Nothing was added to the original quote. They came out and removed all the solar panels and hardware, and two days later the roofing crew came and replaced the roof in three days. A couple days later the solar crew came back and reset all the hardware and panels and got it all working again. The roof looks pretty good, although I had a punch list of minor things I could see from the ground that needed fixing/adjustment, and all that was taken care of in a timely manner. They worked hard, did a good job and cleaned up well. Communication with the Fusion roofing guy (Robert) was responsive, and he did what he said he would do throughout the project. He did all the coordinating with the solar side of the Fusion, which was a good thing. I just had to talk with him to get everything done - one single point of contact. Robert is new to Fusion and tried really hard to make everything happen and make sure we were satisfied in the end, which so far seems to be the case. Of course, it hasn't rained for a couple weeks, but it will. Oddly enough, about the time the solar panels were removed the circuit to one our HVAC units fried, along with a small transformer and another relay in the ground unit, and we initially thought it might have been caused by something related to the solar system removal, but it now appears that wasn't the case. So, all is good and all that is behind us, I hope. Once I was able to make contact with Fusion, things moved right along and were happy.

How much are you charged for solar panels?

I have SRP, 16 panel system, you don't want to sell power to SRP as there is no money in it! Always purchase- never lease! Financing for solar is at 1%! We paid 26k- but we get a 6k refund that goes back to finance company and $90 per mo. My… Read more

The team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive - any questions were answered instantly. Quaility service is ongoing. It does not end with the inital installation. The installation process was smooth, and everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Their warranty stood out immediately as being far superior to the others, which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. What really set them apart was their full-service approach. They handled everything--from HOA approval and permitting to system design--making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Unlike other companies I spoke with that rely heavily on sales reps and subcontractors, Aneva completes all work in-house, which made a big difference to me. The installation team was outstanding--professional, polite, and very respectful of my home. They kept the work area clean throughout the process, and even went the extra mile in small ways (one of the installers even brought cookies for my dogs!). Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The installation quality, communication, and follow-up have all been excellent. I highly recommend Aneva Solar to anyone considering going solar.

When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.

He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Honestly if you're looking for solar installers the Valley area Green Muscle Solar is the only company you should go with!!! They are beyond amazing and so great at what they do and knowledgeable. Beyond helpful and just honest and hardworking! They were super communicative dealing with scheduling and working with our busy schedule and planned vacation to help us get the system installed and up and running!!

Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

I was told upfront that I would still have an APS bill but it would depend on my usage and since I didn't pay cash, I have the financing bill on top of it. My bill dropped from hundreds per month to less than $30 per month (even in the summer). Sunsolar Solutions has saved me thousands of dollars over this past year. My bill for financing is equivalent to what my regular energy bill was in the winter before going Solar. So it's still a huge savings especially in the summer. My house is 1600 sq fr for reference and we have a Tesla battery. I truly believe my experience has been so positive due to this battery. It automatically kicks on during on peak hours so I don't have to worry about the energy bill while making dinner in the evening. It's truly been a blessing. One of our lights was acting up this week so my husband disconnected the power to try to fix it. The battery automatically kicked on so he had to disconnect the system to fully shut off the power. After he swapped the light he turned the power back on but forgot to turn the system back on. Within 24 hours Sunsolar Solutions was notified that my system was not connected and they had a service technician out the next morning. I did not need to call them. I had already realized the issue and turned it back on but they are on top of it and still had someone come out to troubleshoot and make sure it was running smoothly. The technician was awesome and knew exactly what he was doing. Great company all around. I've read the other reviews. The company reads all those reviews too and gets better every time. So the issues you read about from months ago, they're not issues anymore. If your system goes out and you don't realize, they already know and are sending someone out to fix it. Don't want to keep track of on peak/ off peak hours? They automate that so you don't have to even think about it. Want to know how much your system is producing? There's an app so you have track its output/input. They truly are the solution to solar energy.
