I thought the pan-fried part was a little too thick for my liking but overall was great. 5/5 Steamed lamb dumplings - This was steamed perfectly, but I'm not the biggest fan of lamb as a filling. We tried this place on a whim, while in town. My friend wanted to try a hot pot, so this was the place we chose. I appreciated that they had non meat options, such as mushroom and vegetable potstickers. We definitely ordered way too much food. However, their advertised "crab" lo mein was weakened by its showstopping presentation. Because they are presented on a tower and the sauce is poured over them, all the noodles stick together, making it very difficult to dress them with the sauce (which was 99℅ tofu). Got the Princess (chicken) Wings and pork potstickers to go a couple of weeks ago, and haven't stopped thinking of it since. This place sells a lot of different regional Chinese cuisines. The sauerkraut beef rice noodles has nicely flavored sauerkraut, but the beef cut is not suitable for this dish. Usually it comes with fatty beef belly slices. Also the noodles were not chewy and kinda soggy. The soup dumplings have a lot of juice. However, they're on the sweeter side for my liking. Also the dumpling skin is a little thick, which is not ideal for soup dumplings. Service is nice. The meat of the xlb were probably store bought ground pork because the texture of the meat were mushy not very fresh. The interior is not like any restaurant in china town, it gives out a warm and welcoming feeling. The area is also very safe. The service are super friendly, they explain everything on the menu in full detain (especially when they have a lot of Chinese special dishes) The food are absolutely amazing.
