I've had the food here twice now. The first time was delivery--pad see ew and rare steak pho. Both were very tasty and flavorful! The pho was better than some pho spots! The pad see ew was great tasting, but it had too many different veggies for my liking. It had regular broccoli, carrots, and a whole lot of cabbage. I'm a Chinese broccoli type of pad see ew eater. Second time I had them was in person. I dined here with my boyfriend around 8pm and we wanted the oxtail pho--of course, it wasn't available. So we decided to get a few things because we couldn't decide and really wanted to try everything. We decided on egg rolls, crab fried rice, pho w meatballs, shrimp pad thai, and finally the fried chicken leg quarter that came with fried rice and pickled veggies. Hubs & I stopped by here to meet up with some friends on our way back from LA. I was craving something on the lighter side since we'd had a big lunch earlier, and the wonton noodle soup was just perfect. Light, savory and warming on a rainy day. We all shared some popcorn chicken, which was nice and crunchy, and we liked that they give you seasoning and sauce for dipping. They do have a good sized space, and they were so helpful in putting tables together for our group to sit together. Despite being pretty busy, they kept our orders coming out quickly too! Went here on a weekend to snack and have some pho. Parking wasn't too bad, just be sure to park in an appropriate spot that's not for the resident parking. The service was very nice and accommodating. We ordered some fried cod roe balls, popcorn chicken, fries, and pho. I love ordering from here because 1) they give free milk tea with your entree purchase 2) their pho is HUGE to-go. Like 2 meals (for me, a shorty girl) or for two people. Fusion Corner is located in Stanton near Teaspoon Cafe. It's not necessarily in a big plaza. There are a few shops nearby though. If you are concerned about parking, there is ample parking in the back. Their pho is so good and served to you steaming. They give lots of meat and this is definitely a place to share food. I'd recommend their lychee rose tea because it's so . It can be on the sweeter side so depending on your preference you can ask them if they can make it a bit less sweet. One thing I was surprised to see is their take on a lomo saltado. It was tasty, however, I will say I've never tried it with garlic noodles before. I think plate is well balanced in terms of different kinds of food. This is definitely a cool place. It's more on the smaller side, so maybe for like small to mid size groups would be perfect. Depending on what type of meat you get it can be either really tender or more on the chewy side, but their food is quite flavorful and portion sizes isn't too bad. read more

What a great find! What's better than a bowl of pho on a rainy day? Initially tried to go to the pho place in Rodeo 39 and it seemed like a million people had the same idea as me, luckily this place was down the street. Parking was pretty easy and we got seated right away. I thought I knew what I wanted, which was a bowl of pho, but I saw the Bulgogi fries and wanted it so bad. You probably guessed it, I ordered both... and wings too. Everything was really good, but the Bulgogi fries blew my mind. Vietnamese Bulgogi fries just hits different, it wasn't really Bulgogi, but steak. The place is really clean. No sticky bottles of hoisin or sriracha! Been seeing some posts about Fusion Corner and decided to check it out. It's mainly Vietnamese food with some fusion dishes on the menu. Tried the Fried Roe Fish Balls and the Popcorn Chicken and they were pretty much what I expected. They were both fried nicely without being too greasy which was great. Plus they were good-sized servings. Their version of Lomo Saltado was definitely a dish I was curious about. It's not the Peruvian way - it definitely had the Vietnamese cuisine inspiration. The fries were nice and crispy and the shaken beef was a nice twist - I enjoyed the flavor of this a lot, especially when mixed with the cilantro cream-ish signature sauce! Then came the pho... I'm not really a fan of pho but this was pretty good, and it was HUGE! I also really enjoyed how it came with ribs because that's not an option that I see everywhere. The ribs alone made me enjoy this pho that much more. As for the drinks, we had the Thai tea and lychee rose tea. Thai tea was cool but that lychee rose tea was different and delicious! Overall, the menu had a good selection and I liked the stuff I tried. Nothing too different but I enjoyed it all. Got our group together to check out Fusion Corner and it did not disappoint! This place is super clean and modern and had plenty of seating. We tried sooo many things and everything was exceptional. We started off with the Bulgogi Fries and Spicy Wontons. The fries are a showstopper and great for sharing. The fries themselves are some of the best I've had anywhere; super crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. The beef is generously portioned and the sauce is flavorful. They add the perfect about too; everything is well coated without being soggy. The wontons are great too; flavorful without being overwhelmingly spicy. For the entrees we all shared the Lomo Saltado, the Wagu beef with egg and mushrooms (with a perfectly crisp baguette for dipping the incredible sauce), and pho. Everything was piping hot, incredibly fresh, and generously portioned. In addition to the food, I got to try the lychee rose tea and the milk tea. Both were stellar. Service was fast and friendly. This weekend was my 3rd time here. My friend loves this place and whenever we want pho she takes me here. The pho is incredible, amazing broth, super fresh and premium ingredients. To start it off we started off with the lemon pepper wings and damn that garlic chunks!! I'm usually not a fan of lemon pepper but I loved these- and that the garlic on top was lightly fried not deep fried so it wasn't as strong of a garlic flavor it was so good that it didn't need the ranch it came with. We wanted some Asian food and found this cool Asian fusion spot. It is mainly a Vietnamese restaurant, but have some Thai dishes, and a tasty Lomo Saltado dish. It has more of a Vietnamese flare to it than traditional the Peruvian dishIt came mixed with fries and served with garlic noodles. We also ordered the Bulgogi fries and grilled chicken and Bulgogi with garlic noodles. Both were very tasty and the portions were pretty large. The grilled chicken and Lomo Saltado came with this light green sauce (maybe their take on Peruvian sauce) that was savory and had a spicy kick to it, so good! The service was great, very attentive waiters. The restaurant was pretty big inside with lots of tables & they also had outdoor seating as well. The restaurant was very clean and they are open late!
