I meant to write this review sooner but had to find somebody who could do the work that Stan claimed him and his business partner, Linda could do. First off let me begin by saying that I hate having to deal with anything where I have to rely on someone else doing something for me. I contacted this company late October 2015 inquiring about getting a 3D hat done. When I called an individual by the name of Stan answered. I asked him if they did 3D work in which he stated yes. He asked me what I wanted done and I told him. He claimed it would be expensive "$35" just for one hat (with me providing my own hat). I told him it was a gift and that the price was fine. I went in a week later and brought in a photo of the work we talked about. He then says that he miss understood me and that he quoted me the wrong price. How can you miss understand someone and you repeated back verbatim everything they said? I give him the don't play with me look and he then tells me that since he quoted the said price he would stand by his word. He writes down my order and I pay an additional fee for a digital image as well because he didn't have what I needed in stock. He asks me when I need it done and I tell him because it is a Christmas gift he could take his time and there was no need to rush. He tells me a woman by the name of Linda will do the hat and that it should be ready by the end of the month. Fast forward a month It had been a month and I hadn't heard anything so I called Stan to check on the progress of the item. Stan answers the phone. I tell him who I am and his first words are "can't do it." At that moment my mind is trying to comprehend what I just heard as the anger begins to build. All I could remember thinking is "did this jackass just say what I think he said." He then puts "Linda" on the phone who states that they have been trying to contact me. REALLY?!!!! Where is said phone call/email? Come to find out, Stan wrote down the wrong number. She then proceeds to say the same thing Stan said "can't do it." She goes on about how she would have to send it out and this long process in which I quickly realized that "can't do it" was really "won't do it" because she was not getting paid for her time which is STAN'S fault!!! They would have did better just calling me and telling me that after consideration they could not do it at the stated price (by Stan) and would have to charge more if I wanted it done. After all this I knew it was the devil trying me as I was about to let loose (I could feel the cuss words coming). Being the Christian that I am, I could not unleash what they deserved so I simply hung up. I sent someone to retrieve my hat and refund. Long story short I found a company that is just starting up (his wife has been in the business for 20+ years and is now starting her own business). They had my hat ready in a few days NOT a MONTH (and still no item). I am glad I found this new company and will happily take my money to them and not this incompetent company. This new company quoted the correct price ($63 first time fee $18 after if I want additional items done in the format I selected) and I was in and out. Review on them later. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE JACKASSES!!! read more

Stan, the owner, was super helpful and accommodating. I called the store for information about customized aprons as the store was about to close, but Stan informed us that he would stay open for as long as needed. I had looked for customized aprons all over Riverside and most of them said it would take 7+days and were $60+. I needed it done by this Saturday, so that wouldn't work me! Stan was willing to do it for $45 and in a quick and timely manner (to be completed in 1 business day). A+ store, will definitely come again and support this business. read more

I will definitely be bringing all my business here from now on! My wife and I needed some last minute Sweaters with personalized print done for Christmas gifts. This kind of friendly Mom & Pop service is hard to come by, and it's good to know it still exists. I highly recommend EmbroidMe! read more

This has got to be the most generous place I have ever been too. Stan, was seriously the best! I am in a sorority and I rushed into his store asking if he can do big and little shirts, but I needed them done with in two days. Stan was so nice enough to sit down and helped me through the design and best of all he got them done within the NEXT day. He seriously was a live saver. The quality of the shirts came out to be awesome and the price was so worth it. I'm am very shocked that Stan even pulled through to get them done asap for me. This place is seriously 10/10. Definitely would go here and I encourage you guys to go get your letters done here ! This place has Excellent customer service read more

I went here for the first time with an order of six shirts and I had requested for a rush delivery within a couple of days, however, I received the shirts that same day! The customer service here is excellent and the quality of the digital printing is great as well because the print does not wash off or come off even if one tries to scratch the print off. Stan, the owner of the shop, is very genuine and a reliable guy because he truly cares for the products and will do what he can to promote one's brand. For instance, he took a picture of my shirt and promoted my brand on his blog and on his Facebook! Due to this amazing customer service, the high quality digital printing, and of course the VERY REASONABLE prices, I most definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in need for t-shirt printing services! read more

This is the place to go! Great advice, fast and easy, and nice to boot. Thanks for making my favorite Christmas present this year!

Stan is truly amazing! I called him and told him what my vision was for these shirts I needed made for a special event. He had me come right down to meet with him about my idea and to my surprise he actually took the time to sit down with me at his computer and we designed the T-Shirts together. It was so much fun!! I had the idea, but it was his expertise that really made my vision become a reality. The quality of the shirts was fabulous, he completed the order by the deadline we had discussed, and the price was a lot less then what I had expected. The shirts were a huge hit; they were super hero shirts. Then I had another vision of getting red capes with our logo on the back. All I had to do is tell Stan my vision and give him a copy of the logo and he made it all happen! I will order all of my stuff from Stan in the future. As far as customer service goes, my experience has been outstanding. Stan is very professional and extremely nice. He took the time to talk to me to understand what I really wanted. Whenever I called him to get an update, he was always available and once again so nice. Stan is the Man if you need embroidering! Thanks Stan for helping to make my event a huge success!! read more

I walked into Stan's shop this past October (after reading some really nice reviews) with an idea in mind for developing individual baseball jerseys for my wife and I as a Christmas gift as we continue our MLB stadium tours. He said "it wasn't a problem" and gave me a website to go to to start the design. I had some other ideas during this visit that would require getting his artist involved in which she said they would have to make a "vector file" but with the $40 per file charge he would also give me the vector file. He did say it would cost a few hundred dollars each to do these individual pieces because he normally has bigger groups. He told me he could do it and it wasn't a problem. I could agree to all of his terms, no problem...Or so I thought. I sent what he asked for in an email and hadn't heard anything after a couple weeks, so I called him at the shop and he clearly hadn't read the email yet but said he would start to look over it and get back to me but he also started backtracking from his original kindness and started trying to almost talk me out of doing this project because "I have 1500 pieces to work on and doing these onesie-twosie can be difficult." (I wish he would have said this originally). He told me he would get back to me that weekend. No response...so I called him towards the end of that next week and he said he was sorry and GAVE ME HIS WORD he would get back to me by the end of that next weekend. Well, you guessed it- no response. Now where I come from, if you give your word, you follow through because your integrity is all you have. 2 more weeks go by and still no response so I call him and he is in a meeting in LA but says he would call me back later that day. Another 1 1/2 weeks go by and I call him again and he says the same "onesie-twosie" talk again and I ask him if he doesn't want to do the project but he emphatically says he does and he would get me a write up that weekend "that's the best I can do." Needless to say that was over a month ago. I guess it is a common thing with how he runs his business. It's really too bad because I would have brought my medical practices needs to his shop if I wasn't mistreated. Would love recommendations to trustworthy places. read more

To give this company a 5/5 stars or to say that they are beyond excellent is the world's largest understatement. I called Stan at Embroid-Me on a late Wednesday afternoon in a panic that our naive plan of using iron on transfers had gone awry. With a distantly optimistic google search of t-shirt printing companies in the area, I found my newest BFF (which, when you meet Stan, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about). We showed up with the most basic of designs and little hope that anything could be done in the 1/2 hour left of "normal business hours". It turns out that this business wasn't normal at all. We left with designs far above what we could have imagined and huge smiles on our faces because of his overwhelming kindness. Stan had stayed so much later than he should have and gave us a great discount because of the cause we were making the shirts for. I will always remember his kindness and because of that we are going to collaborating this week to order a bulk of t-shirts. I'm so happy with our result and look forward to seeing what we can come up with this time!! read more
