Mediocre food and mediocre vibes. This buffet is such a missed opportunity. However, given the limited on site food options at the casino, they seem to have a steady stream of customers. We waited in line for about 30 mins, which wasn't bad. The crowd was giving mostly Karen and male-Karen energy, which was made us want to get-in and get-out by the time we got seated. I ended up eating general tso tofu, clams, and mussels mostly. I also tried some pecan pie and peanut butter mousse. The tofu was good and had a little heat. The clams and mussels didn't seem very fresh, so I knew I was taking a risk in eating them. I did check out both the Asian and Mediterranean sections pretty carefully and didn't find much that looked exciting. I almost struck gold when I found the guacamole, but quickly realized that it was the shelf stable (not fresh) kind. Our server was good at bringing drinks, but didn't clear plates until late in our meal. Overall, I would avoid this place in the future unless I truly had no other options.

Watery pasta from the pasta bar. Wasn't worth the attitude and 10 minutes it took

Had the buffet package w/ crab legs which is a $20 up charge for 3 of the smallest most terrible clusters ever. The food is so lack luster and the pasta bar server had a terrible attitude. I stood there while she had no customers and then after 2 minutes she said you want pasta? You need another plate. Ok well isn't your job to help customers??? Especially at these prices. Never again

First time here since they closed during covid and then remodeled. Seems like the remodel included new lighting (which I do like), painting, removing walls, and opening up the space a bit. It 'looks' a bit more upscale than before. However, the increase in price, which has more than doubled, is not justified with the food. They seen to basically have the same food stations. Though the Asian station, which was always my favorite, seemed to be lacking the normal variety. We were there on a Friday night, shortly after opening for dinner. I'd expect the food to look 'fresher'. It didn't taste bad but certainly was not exceptional. And no crab legs! There's nothing there that would draw me back. 2023-95

First time at the Seneca Niagara Casino Buffet since before the pandemic and the restaurant remodel. In my opinion all they did is reduce the food selection and super jacked up the price. The one star is for the piece of prime rib I had. I will never eat here ever again and I highly recommend you don't waste your money.

We enjoyed dinner here on a Saturday night. The space is large and open, with great furnishing and lighting. Once we were seated, our waitress was very friendly and added to our experience. If you judge a buffet on its cleanliness, then you will not go wrong here. I was impressed to see staff cleaning the food line areas constantly and quick to answer questions to patrons and re-fill salad dressing bottles. We really enjoyed the food and feel like we got our money's worth. We started with egg roll and dumplings as our appetizer with hot sauce + soy sauce. We tried the prime rib and went back multiple times. The brussel sprout mixture was a little soggy, but we enjoyed a few bites of it. In between we tried several other dishes including pasta, wonton soup, mac & cheese, baked potato, a clam tomato dish, and more. The dessert bar has lemon tart and we enjoyed 2 plates of it with vanilla ice cream. My only complaint was the check-in experience, they need to come up with a more efficient way to get people in to pay and be seated. There were 6 workers standing around the payment area not directing, not providing us information, and letting the line get up to 10 people who had no clue what was going on and why we weren't being helped. Eventually someone ushered us toward the payment area, and even then the cashier was not very friendly.

We are two families with 4 adult and 4 kids (8,6,5 and 2 years old), and we were charged $181.96 for the dinner. 5 minutes after we paid at cashier, there came a tall, thin and elder guy who said he was the manager come to us, tell us by their "policy", any group over 7 people, they must charge a mandatory 20% Tips in advance before we can have our dinner. Thus, we had to go back to cashier and paid another $35 for their tips. Most food was cold, looked not fresh and tasted below average. The service almost equal to none, just one refill of drinks after we asked for several times. The waitress stood at their service station which was only 3 feet away, watching us eating with an expressionless unhappy face, which makes our dinner experience very uncomfortable. If there is a policy to charge mandatory service tips in advance, why don't they let us know and pay in the first place? Furthermore, the subtotal is $174.96. What is the additional Transaction Fee of $7 charged for since we paid in cash? If you really really want to try this buffet and have a group over 7 people, just break into 2 or more groups to avoid their "in advance 20% Tip charge policy". Or, with this money and tips, sure you have many better dinner choices in the area.

My first time back since the reconstruction, there is still lunch and dinner options to choose from with speedy service and a smile. The have the pasta, seafood,Asian, pizza and soup and salad bar areas, plus favorites like potatos, baked beans, veggies, wings, nachos, French fries and stuffing .Many choices are available at the delicious dessert station where you can get many choices of ice cream or gelato, cookies, pecan pie, coconut cream pie,Boston cream pie lemon cake and German chocolate cake, so definitely save room for these incredible desserts.

I've never smoked, so I notice cigarette smells easily, and wasn't bothered by it in our room. It *did* reek of cigarette in the lobby and around the casino however. Unpleasant. The bathroom was amazing with a large shower. Very spacious. Room key was needed to access the elevator and your floor, which was great (*cough* The canadian side Doubletree needs this right now *cough*) The US side of Niagara Falls is super sketchy and just for that I wouldn't be in a hurry to return - I also have no interest in casinos so there's not much for me to do here. Staff was polite. Overall I would stay here if I was on that side of the border.

From a hotel perspective, Seneca Niagara has the potential of being a five star destination. This…read moreis our third time staying at this hotel, and things have certainly gotten better since they first opened, but they have not yet achieved the excellence that I expected. The physical structure is very well designed. The hallways and rooms are magnificent. Heavy doors, cash safe in the room, adequate closet space, tastefully decorated with a Native American theme that pays homage to the elements of nature. The building materials used are such that you don't hear noise from adjacent rooms. There is plenty of parking and an inexpensive valet service if you don't care to look for your own space. The front desk staff are well trained and helpful and efficient. Their WiFi is fast with sufficient bandwidth that I was able to get some work done, sending and receiving large files without a problem. The rooms are nicely climate controlled, the shower is spacious with immediate hot water and the pressure is very good. The bed is comfortable, with good quality linens and blankets and firm mattresses. The housekeeping staff are thorough. The elevators move efficiently. They have tight security throughout the premises. All of the above is what they do right. I tried for two days to book a foot massage at the spa. No one answers that extension, so I'm not even sure if their spa has anyone assigned to answer the phones. The front desk - which also doesn't answer their phones so I had to physically go to the lobby - told me to just keep trying which I did without success. One of the reasons we booked at this hotel was because the website talks about their massages. Disappointing. There was no working electrical outlet next to the bed. The outlet that was part of the working lamp was dead. I had to pull my mattress away from the wall to find a working wall socket. There are electrical outlets over by the desk. The restaurants associated with this hotel are just fine. Three Sisters in the lobby has a very nice Buffet breakfast with excellent sausage. Everything else on that buffet is more than adequate. The wait staff do their best to keep your coffee cups filled and to bring you your check and even if things take a little longer than one would expect, we have no complaints about Three Sisters. The Western Door is a wonderful restaurant and we come here frequently and independently of the casino or the hotel for fine meals and properly mixed drinks. There are many little things that this beautiful hotel could do and should do to earn a fourth or fifth star, but perhaps their occupancy rate satisfies their balance sheet so they have no motivation to bring it to the next level.

I'd call this a little below decent and terrible variety. The buffet has less choices than a hotel breakfast. There was one small table and both sides has the same thing. There were pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, chicken nuggets, some type of cake thing I didn't eat, plain yogurt, jello, rice pudding and toast. Again it was ok. I had the waffle and French toast. Soggy. The sausage was not very good. Bacon, have to find the good pieces. Same with the eggs. Toast was strange rice pudding was good as well as the little Greek bun things. All in all would probably not return. If the dinner was cheaper maybe try that but if it's anything like the breakfast quality I would say not worth $26 and not cheaper than other options around. Service was friendly though.

They were nice but definitely rushing us, even to pay. Ambiance was okay. Bright and peaceful. Also, I did not check the reviews before going.
