Showed up 40 minutes late and then proceeded to PRETEND like he knew how to open the lock to our front door. 2 hours later, we were still locked out and the door and paint were chipped off. It got to the point where the locksmith had to call "backup". Then he had the nerve to ask me if I am PREGNANT (I am not). And then he had the audacity to ASK for a tip. ZERO STARS. read more
