Fryers have some of the best fries around, perfectly crispy and flavorful. Their burgers are honestly the best I've ever had juicy, well-seasoned, and loaded with flavor. The only reason I'd give it a 9/10 instead of 10/10 is because the burgers are huge, and it's almost hard to finish in one sitting. Definitely worth it though highly recommend! read more

I would never in my life go here again. I wish i could truly give less than one star. This place is on the corner of 27th and fon du lac where John's Red Hots used to be. The renovation of the building looks nice and secure unlike how Johns used to be. Now, I'm all about supporting out local businesses and all, but now when its not right. The cashiers, cooks, owners all of them were so rude. While i was waiting on my food there was music being played in the lobby so to speak that was extremely profane. What if i had my kids with me? Is that age appropriate? Is it courteous? I think not. The final straw was that i waited for nearly 25 minutes on 6 pieces of chicken. To make matters worse when i asked the cashier guy what was up with my food he said its coming up right now, i looked over his shoulder to take a peek at the cook and i was shocked. Good food, good prices, horrible caveat: you might not receive your order. I've ordered from Fryerz online twice. The first time went well, everything was great! The food came on time, it was as ordered, and it was delicious. The second time Fryerz failed to deliver and could not be reached. We tried their number from multiple different phones several times and we could not connect with them. At no point did they call us, at no point did they cancel the order. After over three hours of being 'on the way' (over four hours since we'd ordered) we contacted the online order provider and they cancelled and refunded the order for us. There's little reason to take gamble on receiving food when there are so many other good restaurants in a similar price range in Milwaukee, so unless you like gambling I would recommend that you pass on Fryerz. read more

My family usually has a good experience with you. Today I tried calling to place an order for delivery and it took 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. When I did call the young lady was very short and not very professional. I was told my order would be delivered in 45 minutes when I called at approximately 4:45PM. I called after realizing that our food had not been delivered and was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to see if our food would be delivered soon. My husband tried call as well and neither of us could get an answer. We got in our car to drive to the Fond du Lac location and the delivery guy calls me at 6:08 telling me he was in front of my house. I called my home to let my other family members know they were there. I really do not think we will order from your business anymore if this is the way you treat customers. Customer service is of utmost importance and if the customers cannot be served in a timely manner and if you cannot answer your phone, then that for me is absolutely a deal breaker. read more

Despite the fact it says on their web site "We deliver to the ENTIRE north and east side of Milwaukee" (emphasis added) they, in fact, do not deliver to the entire North side. I am 4 miles away from them (essentially right down Fond Du Lac) and they cancelled my order. I can see by the post on my right, they deliver 4 miles away, but for some reason they decided not to take my order. I wish I could give less than one starr. This place is horrible and ghetto NOT fabulous. For starters, it took over an hour for my food to get delivered. A driver by the name of TG had my food and was very rude. When I called and asked about my delivery, he threatened to throw my food on the porch! The manager Lina is no better. She is very rude and bitchy! This may be the reason why her driver is that way. Monkey See Monkey Do. Their customer service skills are horrible and they need to try it all over again. Fool me once... Ok, I knew my the low prices that I wasn't expecting gourmet, but I went for it... Twice. The nachos are made on Doritos, which was unexpected, but fine in my slightly (very) buzzed state. The burgers (fresh, never frozen!) are marginally better than fast food, and only slightly more costly. Honestly, if I had never learned about food safety, I *might* have given three stars due to munchie goodness, but I ordered banana pudding. The banana pudding could be homemade, or it could be scooped out of a tub from Costco. I'll never know, because the handwritten date sticker says 4/12. Today is 3/26. Ordered a double cheese burger, 4 chicken tenders, and a 2 liter of orange soda on a Sunday at 8:30pm. Didn't get my good until 11pm. They also forgot the 2 liter. When I called the restaurant, the cashier (who completely didn't care about my order being 2 and a half hours late) said my 2 liter would be taken to me in 30 minutes. Never got the 2 liter that I PAID FOR. Never will I ever order from here ever again. Fryerz is not only unprofessional, they are disrespectful and do not care about their customers one bit. UPDATE: Called the next day at 11am about the 2 liter. They said it'll be 30 minutes. Wasn't until 1:20 that I received my 2 liter. I am a regular customer and today when I placed my order they got it wrong. I asked to get a 10piece whole wing combo with bbq sauce on the side, along with some other food. I also asked if they could have change for a $100 and they agreed to do so. Food get here and the driver tells me he doesn't have change for a $100, so he had to wait while we drove somewhere close to get change. After I finally got my food it's not what I ordered. They gave me a 10 piece bbq boneless wing combo. I called to see if they could take the food back and bring the correct order, the man said that it would take an hour for my food to get here because all of a sudden they got busy. So he gave me an option of waiting an hour for my correct order or to get a $3 discount off my next order. I order the same thing every time and the price sums up to about $30. Not to mention while I was talking to the man he hung up on me. Now this isn't the first time this place has hung up on me, and it's usually the same guy who hangs up. A male with an Indian accent. He was also rude, when ever I would try to respond who would talk over me. So after he hung up I attempted to call again so I could speak to the manager, because Fryerz didn't bring change for $100 like they said they would, they got my order messed, leaving me to deal with it, and the employee I talked too was rude and hung up on a customer. So I called back and they didn't answer but when my mother called they picked up, so they knew who was calling because like I said I'm a regular customer, so they had my phone number. I gave it 2 stars because of there horrible customer service. And it's weird whenever a woman answers the phone they're nice, polite, and cooperative. I wish i could give no stars to them because this how bad their service is. I placed my order through Grub Hub and called to confirm my order with the restaurant. They had informed that I was out of their delivery area and that they had canceled my order after i had already been waiting for 30 minutes. So the guy "Mike" or whatever his name is informed me that I would get my order late and I said fine because I was hungry. I called GrubHub because I wanted to make sure I hadn't been charged twice. The rep reached out to the restaurant and assured me that I hadn't been charged twice and the food would be delivered soon. I then get a call from GrubHub again, saying no we are cancelling the order even though I had already paid and had been waiting for over an hour! So I called the restaurant and asked to speak with "Mike" which apparently is a fake name of some sort because he didn't exist. The lady said that there was some miscommunication between them and grub hub and that I would still get my order as promised at 1:00. 1:00 am comes and goes and it's already 1:25. I called the restaurant and a guy tells me rest assured my food is going to be delivered. I stay up to 2:00 and they never showed up! Don't ever order with this place, they try to take your money but claiming grub hub already cancelled the order, then say they're going to come and never show up! I ordered a gyro, fries and a sprite and I got crusty old, cold fries and a soggy gyro with dried up meat and no cucumber sauce with a Mountain Dew?!
