I really like the neighborhood bar doing 7am breakfast on weekends experience because my neighborhood doesn't have anything like this. The foreign bartender with the the music to my ears accent did a wonderful job taking care of me. The spicy Bloody Mary is always a treat with breakfast here. This time I ordered the lakeside egg burger rare with hash browns mixed with onions. The burger came with a over easy cooked egg so some yoke spills out. The burger was cooked perfectly rare and the bun was fresh and soft, the burger meat and the buns are sourced locally. Today's breakfast was definitely better than my last and it's probably going to be an occasional breakfast stop.

The bartender who could not leave her phone alone did not seem to care so I asked did the cook make a mistake and she replied she did not hear me say sausage. She offered to remake it and I said no. The crust is crap and it was over cooked. Others have said the same. I was watching drag racing (auto drag racing) on the main TV in front of me and another server changed the channel. I said what are doing?! She smiled and said Bingo Tuesday, 7pm. It was 6:40pm. So for 40 minutes it was a static photo. I moved to watch it on a smaller crappy TV. She walked over and kissed her, I assume, physically, gravitationaly challenged lover. Asked to cash out. Prior to walking there I checked the online menu, typical bar food but I had a taste for pizza. Online a personal two topping was $10 and I was charged $12. She looked online and adjusted the price for me. This is not the first time I came across the buy-1-get-1 beer coupon and if another comes along I will pass.

I'd skip the pizza next time and try something else. Another thing that happened on two occasions is that two separate bartenders responded by saying, "I don't know, I'm just a bartender".
