I appreciated his patience and transparency, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They completed the installation within a couple of hours, and everything worked without any issues. Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. The product itself was great, and it saved me over $2,000 compared to what the Toyota dealer quoted me for replacing the factory infotainment unit. They spliced cables that they did not need to they cut cables that they did not need too... all because they did not have the proper adapters. I had to spend an additional amount of money so they can get the stock radio working properly again. I wish they would have told me that they did not have parts they needed and then gone back when they did. I know some shops survive on the services they provide but when you dont have the parts just let the customer know so they can make an informed decision.
