They spliced cables that they did not need to they cut cables that they did not need too... all because they did not have the proper adapters. I had to spend an additional amount of money so they can get the stock radio working properly again. I wish they would have told me that they did not have parts they needed and then gone back when they did. I know some shops survive on the services they provide but when you dont have the parts just let the customer know so they can make an informed decision.
