I found them on a Groupon, so drove from Del Mar to Santee to have them refurbish/restore the headlights on my 2009 Acura as they had oxidized so much it was reducing nighttime visibility. WOW... The headlights are as clear as when I first purchased my car and I also purchased the 5 year warranty, so they guarantee them to stay this way or redo them should they oxidize within that time. May 2021 Headlight Restoration work. January 2024, warranty work on same. Super duper friendly, inviting even, and got the work done on my headlight restoration with NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!!!! What more could I ask for, did I miss something...LOL? They also asked if I wanted to touch up the tint (for free, still part of the warranty as well) but I honestly did not see the need, its an old car anyway. But the tint certainly does lower the temperature inside the cockpit of the car. And significantlyhelps with the bright hot sun on the drivers side window in particular. They repaired and painted baseball sized dent in back bumper, replaced and painted entire front bumper and matched paint perfectly with a lifetime warranty all for less than 1/2 the price Toyota Dealership wanted to charge. They told me it would take 2-3 full days to complete the work. I took it in Wednesday at 8 am and Thursday at 2:30 pm, they called to say my car was done. About 2 weeks ago, my wife and I noticed that the plastic trim above the front right wheel on her Fiat 500X was coming off and that the mounting point under the vehicle was damaged. When we took her car to BumperDoc for a quote, they said that it looked like we ran over something but that it was an easy fix as no paint work needed to be done. It was just a matter of removing the old plastic trim piece, fixing the mounting point under the vehicle, and installing the new piece. I ordered the part from DCH CDJRF in Temecula, picked it up, and brought it with me to my appointment yesterday. I dropped the vehicle off around 8 AM and a little before 11 AM, I received a call saying that the vehicle was ready. This review isn't necessarily about the actual work done, it's moreso about the service/conflict resolution of the shop. I purchased a Groupon to get my windows tinted and contacted the shop to schedule the appointment. I took the first available one which was about a week and a half out on a Friday at 11. I got a call the day before from Angel confirming I would be there for my appointment to which I confirmed I would be there. An hour before my appointment, I get a call from Angel again letting me know I could come early since the 10am person cancelled their appointment. I thought it was odd that I was being called to come in an hour early when my appointment was an hour away, although I appreciated the option. I arrived at my appointment, picked my tint and signed over all the paperwork. Everything was fine. The tinting process took about 3 to 4 hours which I was fine with. I am happy with the tint job. What I am not fine with is how my vehicle was treated. They left their dirty ass floor mat on my driver seat side, they unplugged my rear dashcam and left it hanging and they also took all three of my rear headrests off and just threw them on the floor. I also had some belongings on the floor in the rear which they just threw in the front seat with no care. I'm of the mindset if you move something, put it back to where it belongs. Leaving that dirty ass mat in my car and not putting the headrests back to where they were is not only rude but extremely unprofessional. The biggest problem I found after having the work done is that my rear backup camera is no longer secured in place. I noticed it the same day that something was off with my camera. Initially, I thought maybe there was some water or spray that covered the backup camera as I noticed the view was off. I inspected my trunk to find that my rear camera is out of position. This enraged me because it was 100% not like this beforehand. I contacted the shop the following Monday when they opened to let them know about how I felt like my property was not respected. I spoke with Angel again and told her that I liked the work but the service was lacking for me. I went down the list of all of my concerns that I had. Instead of apologizing for any of it, she just justified why they did what they did. I understand that they needed to unplug my rear dashcam to apply the tint to the rear windshield, a simple "Hey we noticed you had the dashcam back there and we needed to unplug it to install the tint. Also, the tint needs to set for 2 weeks so please leave it unplugged until then" would have sufficed. It's all about clear expectations and communication. When I brought up my major concern about the rear backup camera, Angel denied that they did that to my vehicle and said they don't have any reason to do that to my car. I take care of my car very well and know that it happened at their shop. Angel said I could bring it back to have them look at it to see what they can do, but honestly, I don't feel like that will serve me well at all. I did not receive one apology for the basic things they did wrong like leaving the dirty mat in my car, throwing all my stuff around my car without care and the headrests being thrown on the ground and not put back. So if I am not going to receive any customer service over those simple concerns, what makes me think they're actually going to address the issue with my rear backup camera? Owner Brandon is the coolest guy. We brought one of our cars into bumper doc several years ago after causing some damage ourselves. He and his team fixed up our infiniti within a couple of days and made it look good as new. Last night, an unknown person backed up into the same car at a Santee parking lot and knocked the bumper out of place along with scuffing it up pretty badly. Of course they didn't have the common sense to leave a note. If you go ANYWHERE else, you may not get the QUALITY repair I got. Took in a 2024 Lexus IS300 (900 miles on it) factory color "Caviar" (metallic black). We got a gouge in the rear bumper on the corner from a hit and run in a parking lot. Brandon handled the repair explaining EVERY step of the process to repair. Fill the gouge, sand and feather it out, repaint that area with perfectly matched paint and then clear coat the entire rear bumper facia (off the car). It is exactly as new and you cannot tell anything was done. He was very up front, honest, accommodating and responsive. I will go NOWHERE ELSE for repairs and he was less expensive than other repair facilities. And "less expensive" doesn't mean "cheap". This repair wasn't done on the "cheap" The workmanship and materials are QUALITY and OUTSTANDING! VERY highly recommend Brandon and Bumper Doc! read more

Rear window was not tinted correctly on 2019 Audi A6. Technician tinted around third brake light, rather than removing plastic enclosure and tinting complete rear window. When I called to address the issue after comparing to many other vehicles exactly like mine (with complete tint on rear windows), I was told by manager that this was normal, and that if I wanted that area tinted they would have to remove headliner and charge an additional $199 for just the rear window. I then called the Audi (San Diego) dealer and spoke to a technician (Robert) who told me that removing the third brake light enclosure is simple with the right tools, and that it is normal procedure when tinting rear window on this vehicle. I further verified this online through Audi forums and on multiple YouTube videos. Manager lied to me and did not take responsibility for his shops lazy, mediocre work. Whether this was just a lazy installer or a mistake, a shop manager should at least offer to have a look at the issue, which was not offered, despite me telling him I had pictures i could send over. I see many good reviews on yelp for this shop, but that was simply not my experience at this business. Picture of the issue is attached. read more
