I requested an estimate from a different business for some repair on my CLS. Although Alvaro wasn't the original business I requested a quote from, I'm really glad that he reached out to me. Not only did he have the best quote, but his work is top of the line. He's was great at scheduling quickly, and not only that, but he actually came to my house to pick up the car and take it to his shop, and then he dropped it off. You can't tell where the damage was other than, of course, the paint being shinier where the damage was, but that's expected since is new paint. I was planning on getting ceramic coating done soon, and now I will definitely schedule that with Alvaro as well soon. Used Al twice already and that should tell you he does good work for a fair price. First time he fixed my bumper for a tenth of what other shops would charge. Other shops wanted to buy a whole new bumper that would be expensive and then paint it. Al made my existing bumper work and look decent as my car is old. Second time he fixed the two panels of my fiancé car that had some scratches when she scraped some wall out of medical office. Don't ask me how. Al fixed and blend the paints for a lot less than other options. He understand it's an older car so the goal is not making it perfect but presentable and he certainly did that for us. read more

I know getting an estimate based on pics only is not ideal and not always accurate. Al gave me the best bid and stayed very close to the original estimate after bringing my van in to see in person. I brought my van in to see in person to the original shop i requested an estimate from and their bid went up tremendously. Working with Al was a great experience. He is very up front and honest. Got into a car accident back in Apr and I was frustrated because I was in process of moving to a new place.
