Each time I've been here I've booked an appointment online beforehand yet still end up waiting 15/20 minutes to be serviced. They do not prioritize appointments over walk ins which is frustrating when you're in a time crunch. The quality is never that great - I always catch bubbles and lint in my gel manicures afterwards even when I tell them during the service when I notice them. Today, the lady doing my manicure filed my nails uneven and I had to stop her half way through and request a different person to fix her mistakes. This place is clean which gets them 2 stars but can't say much more than that.

Enter Briana! I found her on here, went to her instagram, checked out her photos, and booked an appointment pretty much immediately. Her suite being in montebello and only a 10 minute drive from me was also a huge plus. So I went on 4/26 (Sunday) at 10am. Location has plenty of parking since it is in a big shopping center. Upon entering I realized there were other services at this address (brows and hair). Anyway, Briana arrived promptly and we got started! Since it was my first time I was super curious and asking a bunch of questions and Briana was very kind and answered them all for me. She was super friendly and professional and we had a great conversation going throughout my appointment. Speaking of appointment, let me share what I had done! I ended up going with a gel manicure and pedicure. I was unsure about what color to choose so Briana helped me decide based on the dress I will be wearing for a wedding I will be attending (in Hawaii).
