If I could give a zero i would. I believe everyone deserves the same treatment. You shouldn't walk into a business and all three workers look at you and don't acknowledge you (black). It took 5-10 mins for someone to say something. I thought it was me until someone else walked in. But as soon as a white couple walks in they all stop what there during and acknowledged them. The same guy who didn't want to help me was embarrassed by the white man of the couple when he stated out loud "I don't want you to help me, I want someone else". The place got quite and that guy got his feelings hurt and walked to the back behind the curtains of the store. If it wasn't for my friends wedding I would have left and I will never wanna go back and I will tell others why. I would rather you pretend to be busy than to stand around during nothing making it obvious (the guy who got embarrassed) Update After a couple of days the regional manager Jay called and apologized for the incident and the next day the president of the company Greg called to apologize. After them taking out the time to address the situation and handle it, I feel more confident knowing that the foundation of Friars Tux is about respect and great customer service. This is not a full review, however I felt to write something immediately in case someone is on the fence in choosing to Friar Tux. In short, YES, you must come here for your suit/tux needs. I've been to other places and Friar Tux is fantastic. Customer service is big with me and from the moment you meet an associate you completely feel like you're in good hands. 0I rented a Tux for my sister in laws wedding, and had an awesome experience.. On the day before the wedding, I picked up my tux, but the pants were to small. With an hour before they closed I flew down with my skinny jean style pants,,and busted through the front door. I was only there 5 seconds before being greeted by a young lady, and allowed to explain my dilemma. The young lady was Alex (the name badge said Alexandria) and after I finished my rant, she quickly looked up my order, had me try on 3 other pants, just to be sure, and asked what I preferred. She was quick, efficient, cool and calm under pressure, and did all this while helping another party of 5 people that had just walked in. I never once felt in the least bit slighted or neglected, and after a brief wait of about 7 minutes, I was out the door with pants that fit PERFECTLY. In this day and age, it's truly hard to find good customer service, and don't even bother with great customer service, because it is almost non existent. But in this case, I had fast and AMAZING customer service. Thank you so much!!! read more

Came in to buy my first suit for my wedding coming up (Courthouse wedding) and Cisco was super professional got me all measured and gave me sizes to try on really quick. The color suit I wanted wasn't in stock but i left a deposit and ordered it! Went in for my brothers prom suit. We looked around and all super expensive for rentals only at other places. Walked in here and Cisco was amazing. Return policy is not clear. Back of the receipt tells nothing. I was short $20 because I did not realize all of their accessories are numbered (shows discount applied) and could not get the full price I paid -- as I was picking up accessories for someone else when he paid in Corona. They also got a couple of orders wrong, which was the reason for the returns as they don't talk with other stores. Also, suspenders were not the same color for the groomsmen, therefore, we had to go back to pick up the right colors later. They could have inspected everything before giving everything to the customer. read more

All I can say is great place to come for a tux. My husband and I were invited to a formal dinner and came here to rent a tuxedo. Although hey were busy with fittings for other customers, they managed to assist us without an appointment. The young man helped us pick out something nice, and measured him for the perfect fit. He was given choices in length, fit, and ties. They also had different types of shoes and vests. Tux was ready on time and my husband was actually given two jackets in case one was a better fit!
