Finding my dream wedding dress felt like something out of a fairytale, and this shop made that moment truly unforgettable. From the second I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely celebrated. The staff was so patient, attentive, and understanding--they really listened to what I envisioned and somehow brought it to life even better than I imagined. When I finally found the dress, I instantly felt like a true princess. It was everything I had ever dreamed of and more. The way it fit, the way it sparkled, the way it made me feel--it was pure magic. I'll never forget that moment. Thank you for making such an important experience so special and emotional. I will forever cherish the memory of finding my perfect dress here. read more

D'arca - Bride and flower girl's dress was purchased with Maria - Formal Wear Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I'm giving this place a ZERO for customer service! The suite we ordered was incorrect and not compete. We paid $150 for a child suite ( shoes, tie, and handkerchief NOT included) and I should be able to think this place is competent enough that I don't have the responsibility of double checking their work. It's not rocket science people. We were given a size 10 suit with a 5T button up T-shirt. We did not notice until day of. When we returned the suit, my husband asked not for a full refund, but maybe a partial refund due to the inconvenience and stress of not having our order correct and complete. We were denied a refund or discount of any kind. According to the owner, it's our fault because we should have checked before leaving the store. Same could be said for you D'arca. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JIMMIE HANCOCK'S FORMAL WEAR read more

Very disappointed! My daughter's big party in one week and Marla didn't have the dress. We went in October 2023 plenty of time and she said she would have it done Event is end of April . I called every month and weekly to ask how dress was going . She gave me excuses. Finally the week of event , she said she didn't have the dress! This ruined my moment with my daughter. No excuse to not have the dress the week of the big party! Especially telling me monthly she's almost done with it and never even had the dress. This was a horrible experience! We got our money back and thankfully we found another dress. My daughter feels better and is now excited for her day read more

Who knew this store can be found among the ruins that is present day San Bernardino. So my buddy is getting hitched in October and he came here for the suits and I'm part of the entourage I had to get measured for my tux. I came in on a late Monday afternoon & the place was humming, the bees were frantic...spring weddings or sweet 16 parties? The manager that helped me, I think his name was Roy, was fantastic, totally unfazed & kept his sense of humor about him. It is refreshing to be working with a true professional. read more

I have been coming to D'arca since HS so this place has a special place in my heart. Aside from having a variety of special event attire, they are a family business with great attention to detail. Marla worked with me when I was in HS and modeled one of her dresses for a prom fashion show and now she is working with me on my wedding dress. Her attention to detail is incredible! She uses her expertise to ensure that you have your tailoring vision come to life without compromising the quality of the material. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for special event gowns or for any special event attire tailoring. read more

D'arca - My beautiful wife and I - Formal Wear Near Me - San Bernardino, California

I was in need of a suit for a school formal event and was initially looking to rent a suit. I looked at a couple different places based on their ratings online and D'arca stood out. When I got in I was instantly greeted and my questions were all answered. They went out of their way to help me try on different suits. I liked one of the suits so much that I decided to buy instead of rent. I tried it on and John sat down and pointed out where the fitting could be adjusted. I have longer legs and longer arms so I needed an inch or so for the sleeves and pants each. I told John about my tight deadline and he said he could have it adjusted for no extra charge. The price they offer is the price you're going to get. No hidden fees. I picked up my suit today and tried it on: it was perfect and on time. I have told all my friends about D'arca. I'll definitely be back! read more

Mr. D'Arca was a life saver with our wedding! Having had absolutely no experience with weddings, my husband and I were a bit lost as to what to do. However, he helped us pick out the perfect ensembles for my husband, our officiant, my husband's groomsmen, and my man of honor. The quality of the suits and shoes was amazing. My husband bought his suit, and the rest of the guys rented. With the rentals, you would have no clue that they were rented. They looked brand new and just perfect. And the guys loved the shoes! They all said they were the most comfortable formal shoes they've ever worn. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Our wedding parties definitely looked on point thanks to D'Arca. Would definitely DEFINITELY recommend! read more

Fantastic service. I was a groomsman for a wedding so I was sent here to get fitted for a suit. The process was quick, accurate, and the gentleman working not only was polite but was nice to have a quick chat with as well. Certainly knew what he was doing and I was in and out very quickly. The suit looked and fit amazing without any adjustments necessary. It's a bit of a drive out from where I live, but it was certainly worth it! read more

It was amazing, last Saturday I was going all over for a wedding dress, really discouraged from the other places I went to, while I felt safe at the other places their customer service was not great and as much as tried to explain what I was looking for they weren't able to understand. My mom recommend this place (where she got her wedding dress many many years ago) I not only felt safe by their sanitizion measures but after explaining what I wanted, Marla was able to show me a dress that was exactly what I said wanted, comfortable and at a reasonable price. The adjustments she made were also perfect. read more

We came to this place to get an emergency dress for my daughter's 15th birthday celebration (quinceañera) because the place we originally ordered it from 4 months prior, was not responding. The nice lady there was super helpful. Although they didn't have her dream dress, there was one that would suffice. The lady there said she would place it on hold for us for a few days. In the meantime, she would pray for us to get her dream dress. We found the dress at a different store and when we notified her, she celebrated! This place is also a tuxedo rental. We sent all 7 boys from her court to get their tuxes here. The prices were very reasonable and the service was exceptional! read more

I came to this store with the intent of having alterations done to a brand new $900 Hugo Boss suit. I was recommended this place by a few of my friends so I took their advice. I also appreciated that this place was open on Sundays which you'll find is rare with tailors in the San Bernardino. I arrived their at around 1:30pm and it was busy. A tailor was with a family setting them up for a quincenaera. The way they have the front desk positioned so the lady clerk cant really see you. Once she did see me, I was told to talk to the other tailor Eric in the other room. I explained to the lady clerk I need my suit altered and pants hemmed. Erik yells out tell him to come back tomorow when Marge is here. I was willing to wait since I saw it was a little busy. They didnt bother asking me that or any other questions. Plus to get properly fitted wouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes and then drop off for a pick up a week later. I work a 9-5 job during the week and to be asked to come back on a different day didnt sit well with me. Needless to say I wont be coming back. Call before you drop by the store if you absolutely must go to them. Otherwise, dont even bother. read more

Excellent customer service, very good deals! So glad I chose to get my tuxedos from there. I was not disappointed.

I needed a tuxedo for a wedding and they were able to provide one for me in the same day. Very reasonable prices and great customer service.

What an easy, stress free way to get ourselves ready for a very special day! We have been patronizing this business for over 40 years (tuxedo and dresses our high school proms, high school proms for our children and our own wedding; and now our daughter's wedding party). The 5 star service level hasn't changed, it remains too notch; it's the kind of service that keeps you coming back... the knowledge of the employees, the ability to help bring our visions to reality, the friendliness, it can't be beat. What a wonderful gem in our community. I highly recommend D'arca's for all of your special occasions and tailoring needs. read more
