Closed Tuesday In…read morethe Palm Court shopping plaza , same shopping plaza as Target in Slover / Sierra street area of Fontana . I was greeted warmly by one of the friendly staff, she later stopped by to see if we had any questions and needed to try any garments on. As I proceeded to walk through the back I was approached by another friendly smiling staff. Great selections of formal occasions dresses . From bride dresses , quinceanera , school dances , bridal wedding parties etc. Unfortunately none of the dresses has price listed on the tags. One of the staff informed us , to choose a dress and they can look up the price, the price of the dress also included for the in house alterations . Although I didn't purchase anything from Princess Bridal today , I definitely will patronize this establishment again. My only reservations is the lack of price listed on the dress. It would seem a nuisance to always ask how much something is.

My mother purchased her outfit for my wedding from Princess Bridal in Fontana. The owner didn't…read morehave the color she wanted in stock but assured us she could order it and that alterations would be included free of charge. When we came to pick it up, the outfit was huge. The woman doing the pinning for alterations barely put in any effort--I had to repeatedly ask her to place the pins properly so my mom could even visualize the fit. She expected us to tell her exactly where to pin as if we were the professionals. When we returned for the fitting, the alterations were horribly done. The stitching was uneven, the inside was bunched up, and it looked sloppy. When I pointed this out, the owner admitted she isn't a seamstress and dismissed my concerns. She only offered to give my mom a different dress with no alterations, and no refund. She even suggested the poor sewing "could be cut and steamed out," but anyone could see the workmanship was unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially with something as important as a wedding. I would never recommend Princess Bridal, and it's clear why they already have so many negative reviews.

Everyone told me it would just happen, unfortunately it wasn't. I saw pieces of dresses that I liked. I met JC at a bridal expo and didn't think that would be the route to take, but after a consultation I was convinced this is the only way I'd get my dress. My mom came with me to every appt. and helped me out. She gifted this dress to me. We both loved working with JC. He is an absolute pleasure to be around. He maps out a timeline for the dress and stayed on schedule. It was also nice that he was able to give me tips on what would compliment my body style. You will not be disappointed with his work. Thank you so much JC!!

Dream Day in a Dream Gown THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WEDDING DRESS…read more I couldn't have imagined myself in another dress. I am not the typical 20 something bride, and shopping in Bridal Boutiques was not a comfortable option for me. I met JC at a bridal expo and after our first consultation I knew my dress was going to be more than I could have ever imagined. 18 months of planning, several drawings and changes the dress came alive. He truly became my "Fairy God Mother." I loved every appointment and working with him. His ideas were honest and outstanding! He understood my style and idea that I was hoping for perfectly! The moment I saw my finished grown I instantly started crying, I was in awe. The dress fit me like a glove and truly emphasized my personality and style of our wedding. It was adorned with Swarovski Crystals that made it radiate in the sunlight. The dress was not only stunning, but also very comfortable. I still have people complementing on my dress months later wondering where I got my gown. I felt like a queen on my wedding day! JC also helped throughout the entire day with my gown. He went as far and holding my train as I walked down the aisle. It was magical. And he didn't stop there......JC also cleaned, preserved and Framed my most Beautiful Grown for me so that I could fall in love with my dress all over again. I could never Thank you enough.......you are amazing JC!!
