Just follow whatever directions you might rely on but know that Cesar's is on the side of the Carpet bldg furthest from Spruce .... And it's all the way down to the last door on your right. Parking will be on your left and in the rear. ENTERING: Go through the door and through the small office into Cesar's open work area. He's a no nonsense kind of man and he is serious about his work product. He is pretty much laser focused and cares about ensuring that the boot he's currently working on will be just as glossy/shiny as the one before it Cesar's finished product will not have you recognize your own boot. I called this morning at 11 am to make sure before driving all the way from Fontana that I could drop the shoes off at 3:30 pm, and they would be done by the end of the following day. A very nice lady on the phone said, yeah that'll be fine. I drove over here, confirmed that I could get them back by the end of tomorrow, and then you said no, because you got a whole entire Academy drop off. Okay fine. However, then Caesar was rude to say "well if you want to pay a rush fee, we can cut someone out." No, I shouldn't have to pay the rush fee, because I lost gas driving over here; you said it was fine on the phone. If there was any doubt at all that I couldn't get them back when I called this morning, you should have told me to call before I drove here. You should have lost out on that rush fee, considering that you lied to me on the phone. Caesar was rude. No wonder he has that nice woman helping him. Took my black dress shoes in for a shine and the turn around time was great. Unfortunately, and I didn't notice until after I left the store, they got black polish all over the leather sole of one of the shoes. They didn't mention a thing about it when I picked them up. The rest of the shoes looked great, but maybe they are not used to shining dress shoes and mainly focus on boots with rubber soles? Does good work but he is really moody. God forbid you lose or forget to bring your "ticket". He gets an attitude and threatens to not give you back your shoes or charge you extra. I wasn't sure if he was kidding or being serious. I laughed and told him he wasn't keeping my boots. He then claimed that he didn't know if they were really my boots even though my info is on the tag that he attached to the boots. I told him he was stupid if he thought I'd jeopardize my career by taking boots that were not mine. I will never go back to this place. Cesar does an outstanding job shining boots! Not sure how he stays in business charging only $20 per paid and works alone. If you drop off boots, you should have extra pairs and give him a break to get your boots done when he has the time. He works very hard and still gets ridiculous demands from many uniformed personnel. He's a hard working one man show, so give him a break or shone your own boots. I needed a boot shine fast. It was NO shoe shine places near my home. I located this place browsing through the site. It was only 15 miles from my house. I couldn't find it at first the building is a little tricky I called the nice lady(sorry I didn't catch her name) guided directly to it. It's literally located at the rear of the building. I got there and she took care of me right away. Due to me rushing that day(errands). I left my boots there for a next day pick.. She gave me a window of 2 hours due to service before me.. I was amazed they were ready within an hour me leaving there. Good fast service. They will give you a text once your boots are done. I arrived the following day. Omgggggggggggg my boots were glossy. Perfect shine. . I also was able to purchase shoes strings and insoles there. Nice spot. Environment is comfortable and safe. Parking is spacious. I will be returning....
