Paid $35 for two small salads. The ingredients weren't of good enough quality to justify the price. Won't be back.

The food is excellent. Fresh, high quality ingredients prepared by good people. The soup is really big. It was a meal unto itself. And the salads are delicious. I feel both full and virtuous, at the moment. I originally ordered this as a delivery through Grubhub, but I guess the food is so good that the delivery driver decided to keep it. That's not Freshii's fault. I went to Freshii and waited, hoping the delivery driver would bring my food back there. He didn't. So they remade my order and apologized for Grubhub's mistake. So yes, I will order from Freshii again, but I'll go get it myself. And, for the record, Grubhub sent me a coupon for 50% off the next order they lose for me. read more

I had a craving for brown rice and falafel this afternoon. I was thinking if I eat one more hamburger this week something bad might happen to me. I was thinking I deserved healthy & satisfying. I didn't want to go downtown to the Olympia food trucks, but I remembered visiting a little place called Freshii on the west side. The Bamboo was made to order for my craving for satisfying, lite & healthy! The trifecta for eating on the run. (It didn't take half the time as nearby Panera, which I like but it's not fast either.). The chicken is inedible. You would think for the price, you would get a better quality of meat. The tofu is bad, too. The main reason I don't like going here is that the protein options stink. The bowls are actually tasty, but the protein options always ruin it for me and I would prefer not to spend $13 for a bowl without protein. read more

There is no rating low enough for this establishment . I went in at noon and ordered two 12 oz smoothies . It took 9 minutes for the first one to come up and then as that one sat melting it took another 8 minutes for the other one to come up . 20 minutes to have to wait during lunch time especially is ridiculous for too smoothies . Then when I asked the girl behind the counter if you I could call to complain to she said there was nobody . I asked what about your manager . She told me I can't give that information out . Went here on Sunday Feb 5, noticed that their pricing is really high but ordered (3) take out meals. Got home and realized the Teriyaki bowl we ordered was incorrect and we received a Tex mex bowl instead. We live 12 miles away so I quickly called the restaurant to let them know. I was told that someone would call the following Monday to issue a refund. I have not heard back from anyone. I called 3 more times and was told that the manager isn't very good about returning calls. Poor management. Super expensive especially if you add a protein. read more

Wonderfully helpful and cheerful staff! I had the "Umamii" bowl and it was delicious. Anything with hemp hearts and I am THERE! The interior is bright and cheerful. Love the palm tree wallpaper. It's nice to have a healthy place to eat that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and is relatively quick. You can customize anything and after eating here a few times I am super satisfied with the quality and consistency of the food. read more

They need to season their soup broths. I had the lemon grass soup and it was basically 3 mushrooms floating in water. I think the only seasoning they used was lemon grass and cilantro. The smoothies are always good though, they just need to learn how to season. read more

Way over priced and the food quality is not great. I wanted to like this place but after getting dark brown avocados, wilted and slimy greens, dried out falafel, and a hair in my food, I was not giving them anymore chances. Plus they didn't really seem to care about getting my order straight before the stay home stay safe order so I doubt it has gotten better. read more

I LOVE their food options! I've been several times for breakfasts and lunches. My only complaint is that there is not nearly enough seating for the rush times. Coincidentally I had just watched the undercover boss episode of this place when I drove by and saw we had a Freshii here and decided to try it out for dinner. Got a Oaxaca bowl and a green juice. Juice tastes very nice and the bowl was delicious! A little pricey but it's fresh and good quality food, decor was nice as well! First time at a Freshii. Was greeted with a warm welcome. Told the server at the counter it was our first time and she offered some advice and popular menu items. The service was quick and food fresh and plenty. Price is a bit high, but to be expected for the quality of food. Lots of options. Clean and cute facility. They also offer a variety of bottled drinks and healthy snacks to go with your meal. Great place for a quick lunch! We'll be back. read more

Way (underscore WAY) too expensive for what it is, but a nice fresh bite and stop during our road trip. They weren't aware of how to toss a salad properly and just shook it in its package with a lid on it similar to what you'd do in a fast food restaurant like McDonalds. The food there is delicious but the service is terrible! 3 out of 4 times I've gone my order has been messed up and I'm not receiving items I've been charged for. 5 out of 7 co-workers I know who have ordered from there have had the exact same experience, often repeated. Although the food is great, I haven't been back because of the repeated issues I've had which is a shame becuase the food really is good. At first I thought it was because the restaurant was new but after talking with two coworkers, just this week, its still an ongoing issue. Get your act together Freshii. Hire and train your staff better before its too late or you're going to lose a lot more business. read more

First time here. Got the Buddha Satay bowl and a side order of falafel w/ranch yogurt sauce. OMG! Best falafel I've ever had and the sauce is just as good. So far the bowl is delicious too but they need to pick a temperature. Cold broccoli and warm other ingredients. But I'm not complaining because it is really good. read more

Go here! Ignore the stupid location in an abandoned strip mall on the Westside (where the Westside Post Office used to be). Right next to Jimmy Johns off of Cooper Point. Solid, healthy, tasty choices. Pricey, but worth it . Salads and breakfast bowls are tremendous! Fresh juices are just ok--for the price we recommend Zoe Fresh Juice, instead. Reminds us of a Sweet Greens front the east cost, but not quite as delicious. Nice that they offer vegan options like tofu and falafel with their entrees. Chia pudding and fruit parfait was a hit. Man I really wanted to love this place, I ordered togo after an exhausting day of being an adult. I ordered a freshii green smoothie one of the employees began making it and then started to clean for closing and they forgot about it, the other employee ask "what did you forget in this?" I didn't think much about it until I got in my car honestly a little hangry driving away and I go in for a big swig of delicious smoothie! Nope it tasted like banana yogurt. It was the pinapple, you forgot the pineapple. unfortunately some other things went wrong. I ordered a Mediterranean bowl with falafel it was alright, it was really dry. I guess it's supposed to have a red pepper sauce, maybe they were out? We also got the teriyaki twist with steak it was good. We ordered spicey lemongrass soup I think they ran out of broth or spicey it literally tasted like dirty water, we couldnt eat it, something is definitely wrong with it right? I hope it doesn't normally taste like that, there was no spice and it was cold?. So meh, it was expensive for so much dissatisfaction. read more

Fast, fresh, and very tasty! Olympia has been sorely lacking in quality, fast fresh offerings. Freshii is a welcome change from the standard fast food places that are tired and extremely unhealthy. Have been here several times and plan to keep coming back. read more
