I think I can echo that some of the grilled meat can be a little dry or rough. I do think that might just be the cut of meat that is used and maybe that's how it might taste? I hadn't been since the Covid-19 pandemic, but I stopped by the other day. The husband is running it by himself. I understand his wife is enjoying time with the grands. I went in for a regular gyro. He had some very fresh chicken that he seasoned up and made me a pita stuffed with the chicken and all the gyro fillings. So, I took both home. Both were delicious. I have no idea how long he will keep going, but I will stop by as much as I can when I'm in the neighborhood.
