    Gyro Zone Fries Large Bundle

We have been here a few times now and the food has been consistently good. We have had the chicken shawarma on a salad and as a wrap. Hubby has also tried the lamb & beef shawarma and said it was very good. The loaded fries are also very good. Servings are generous and I usually end up bringing home leftovers. Service is at the counter and the staff are friendly. Place your order and they call when it's ready. Nothing special about the ambiance. It seems a lot - if not most - of their customers are carry out of by a delivery service. There are a few tables to dine in. When we are in Tacoma and want Middle Eastern food, this place satisfies!

Every time I walk by this place, it smells so good. Now that I have got to try their food. I will definitely come back for more. The service was great. I initially wanted to see if I could order from the to go menu, but the gentleman was nice enough to tell me I could take photos of the menu thus I am able to provide it here on Yelp. I had the kebab plate and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for being here and for sharing foods from your culture.

My wife and I recently visited Gyro Zone and we really liked it. We were from out of town watching a game and stopped in. The staff is very kind and very attentive to customer service. The bring your food to the table for you, and you clean up your own table. The food was delicious. I had the falafel sandwich as a wrap and so did my wife. The food portions were larger portions. We shared an order of Greek style fries with tzatziki sauce and feta cheese that were also delicious. The food was warm fresh and tasty! This restaurant is definitely superior to some of the other quick Greek type of places I have tried in the greater Seattle and Tacoma area. The vibe is very relaxed and very casual. I highly recommend Gyro Zone for great Greek style food!

I can tell why this place is so popular and has great reviews. First time coming here!!!!!!! You guys give out so much meat and food. Pita is so soft, the meat is seasoned perfectly, rice and salad SOOOOO BOMB the hummus is great too. The dressing for the salad is so good. The gyro plate 10/10. So fulfilling. The wrap is 10/10 as well. Honestly might be the new spot for us. Such nice staff! The food comes out pretty quick but very fresh. The place feels kinda like an In n Out. Self clean up but very yummy here. Coming again :)

    Loved my gyro!

Very good restaurant located in University Place that specializes in Greek and Mediterranean dishes. I had to go with my favorite on this type of food and it's a good old fashioned gyro in a pita. The meat was very good in my gyro and the ingredients were very fresh tasting which is very important to me. I also ordered some French Fries dusted with some seasoning which was very good also. Steven and I then split a piece of Baklava which really was a nice finish and made very well. Would definitely come back for another meal and maybe try the falafel plate.

Gyro was tasteless and dry, and the fried cauliflower was burned to ashes. We wanted to love it but unfortunately won't be going back.

Tried calling to get menu/web site, but the phone just rings and rings. I double checked the number, too. Web site?

Menu is found in pic 43. It may not be the latest. But that is the price range and the menu has not changed much. Hope that helps.

But tidy and orderly and functional. Service - very courteous, friendly, and attentive. Food prepared in a timely fashion. Food - modest homemade tasting food. It reminds me of a home cooked meal in which you are having a large number of friends over and want to have the broadest appeal... but not really cooking for your family nucleus and going all out.. it's safe...but not really interesting win any regard...utilitarian....if that makes sense.
