Food truck outside of the Lewis PX. Walked past it many times, always smells delicious. Finally decided to try it today. I am not super familiar with this type of cuisine, but after looking at some of the pictures on Yelp, I decided to try the Combo Kebab plate. The food took a while to come out. The portions sizes were good for a food truck. I do see that they have online ordering, I may try that to lessen my wait outside since the weather isn't always as nice as it was today. The food was good. A break from the greasy fast foods in the PX food court. The meats were well seasoned and the salad was lightly dressed and fresh. The rice was good, could have used a little more flavor. The flat bread was good as well. I would definitely return. read more

The food here is amazing. There's nothing on there menu that isn't good . I love the chicken wrap with rice. The gyros are fantastic. The kebab meals are filled with flavor. You can have anything you order with spice or without. We always get medium spice. The rice is so good I could eat a huge bowl of it alone with nothing else. The service is very good. They play really good music while you wait. Everything is cooked fresh. The owner is very nice and helpful if you don't know what to order. read more

The food was very good. I ate there twice in the two weeks I was there. The adana kebab was really tasty.

We have been coming here for a decade . The service is always impeccable and Issac goes out of his way to make you feel welcomed. I recommend the kabab plate with a lil bit of spicy. Oh my goodness...this is an absolute must if you are in the FT Lewis area. I was stationed at FT Lewis for almost 3 years & I ate here at least once a week, EVERY week. The food is incredible. I always got the beef Kabab platter extra spicy. I was NEVER disappointed. Not only is it delish but the portions are large & filling. Best steak wrap I've ever had. Tender, seasoned just perfectly, the tzatziki sauce regular OR spicy is amazing! Everything hovers around the $10 mark, but the portions are huge. Omg they're food is so good!! We got the chicken kebab and the combo and both tasted great. The rice, the meat, the pita, all tasted just as you would expect Turkish food to taste. The only nit picky thing I can say was the vinaigrette for the salad is kind of bland but not a real big deal. I can't add a picture because I demolished it after the first taste. I was skeptical about eating here at first because of how long the wait was but I went during a lunch rush. The food is very delicious. My favorite item is the spicy chicken kebab. It comes with rice, vegetables, pita bread and good amount of chicken. You get what you pay for. It's on the military base so you have to go before the lunch rush! I will be returning. read more

This was a surprise stop while my mom and I looked for a place for lunch. The waiter was very nice and gave us ample-sized samples before ordering. The food was delicious and plentiful to share with two people. It's made the day of, and you can really tell how fresh that is. I'm not sure how recent this was, but they do accept credit cards. The portions make sure you leave full. The price is decent. The flavors are amazing for their meat. They are crowded at lunch time so you might have to wait outside a while for them to make your order. Just make sure to bring cash as they don't have a credit card machine for some reason. read more
