Falafel sandwich - absolutely amazing!
Kristen A.

I love a good falafel - who doesn't? And being a vegetarian, it's very hard to find solid vegetarian food on the road, so I was stoked when I found this spot in Yelp. I'll start with the set up - it's in this cute little area with two other food trucks (which also looked good...but not falafel good) and it was very much food truck clean. Bonus, they even had a bathroom nearby! The folks working there were super nice and cheerful - I love that. But the most important thing - the food. OMG. It was amazing!! Soft, pita wrap (I'm strongly guessing homemade) perfectly crispy veggies, a light delicious sauce and some of the very best falafels I've ever tasted. Ever. I can't say strongly enough how amazing this was - I wish they had one of these trucks in every city I go through. I could eat this sandwich every day. Go - just go, eat and be happy.

Shawarma wraps with beef and lamb

My husband and I were looking for food while our car was being worked on in the area so we walked up the street to check out the food trucks. I was told that this place has good Greek food, and they definitely did! My husband saw shawarma on their menu and instantly wanted to order. We both got the shawarma wraps with beef and lamb and a side of fries that we fixed up with feta cheese, sauce, and shawarma beef and lamb meat. The wraps were SO GOOD, better than a regular gyro in my opinion. They really pack it with meat and there's a nice variety of vegetables inside. The garlic oil sauce and seasonings they put in the wrap really made the entire thing come together well. The fries were great too, maybe needed a little bit of salt but the meat, sauce, and cheese made up for it. Definitely will return back to these guys the next time we have a Greek craving, I highly recommend them!

Super tasty lamb/beef shawarma, and while the fries could be a little more seasoned/crispy, the overall quality was great, go here!

This place is great! Coworker of mine showed it to me, they do chicken shawarma pretty well. Convenient location, there's parking in the back lot right next to it; some outdoor seating, little shade from the trees. Not too expensive, the coconut water and chicken shawarma sandwhich cost me $15.

Good food. Good customer service. Their outdoor seating is very limited as they share the area with two other food trucks.

Amazing food truck serving authentic food in Olympia. I wish I knew about this food truck before. Stopped by around noon to order and they are popular. We ordered their chicken shawarma sandwich, falafel sandwich, fries with garlic sauce, fried cauliflower and everything tasted fresh & great. Food comes out pretty fast and they also have some beverages to select. Their sandwiches are pretty filling even without the sides. The only one feedback - I asked them for hot sauce to be added in my sandwich and it still wasnt spicy at all. Nonetheless, the sandwich was flavorful. Highly recommend this food truck. Every time I am in Olympia I will stop by here for sure.

Very good Mediterranean food, stationed in a truck at a very busy location. Love the salad options they have and also the sides.

SO GOOD. I got 4 of these bad boys and wished I got all of them. 10/10 super cute area they are located as well. Outdoor seating.

MenuGreat food. The truck is nestled in an off-street spot with parking. There are a few tables available.

Not my favorite type of food but the falafel sandwich is excellent. Not a big Shawarma fan from any restaurant so no thoughts there.

This food truck is epic! It's my "go to" spot for ridiculously deelish Greek food, at a decent price. Love this place.

Absolutely outstanding food and the freshest I have ever tasted in a while within Mediterranean…read moretype food in Seattle/Tacoma area. This was a good restaurant in another name a few years ago but the new owner and name is a notch above and worth the drive wherever you're coming from. Absolutely delicious!

It was my first time in and I wasn't sure what to get so the server recommended the mixed grill which came with chicken and beef on a skewer charbroiled to perfection and a log of kafta which is ground lamb and beef mixed together. It was SOOOOOO good. I ate it the next day and it was equally delicious! I am not a huge hummus fan but I loved theirs. There was something very authentic tasting about their olive oil drizzle on it. The hummus was the perfect texture and flavors. It was amazing. The salad was great they don't skimp on the dressing. I would order a whole salad next time to get more onions and olives that's how tasty it was - left me wanting more! They don't give you a bunch of rice like other places which is fine with the mixed grill plate because there's already so much on this $35 dish (worth every penny). The pita was not too thick, not too thin and perfectly chewy. Everything about this meal seemed very authentic to me, however I don't have a great gauge on authentic Lebanese food. It was seat yourself and I found a spot right away. They weren't busy for dine in but plenty of people must love the place because there were a lot of pickup orders. The ambiance is clean and beautiful with colored lamps hanging from the ceiling and just enough decor. My dinner meal was large enough that I was able to enjoy it today for lunch. Omg I almost forgot about the sauce ! It's served with two white sauces. One is garlic the other is idk but they were both 10/10 but the garlic would be my #1. I have had this sauce before and I thought it was amazing then but at Beirut bites it's even better ! Ok, I couldn't stop thinking about it today. So I called in a kafta sandwich with fries, a lemonade and baklava to go. It did not disappoint. The fries were delicious and the bare look of them fools you because you think they have no flavor. You'd be very wrong to think that! I might like them more than five guys fries... the lemonade is fresh made in house and very tart with a hint of mint. It's refreshing. The kafta sandwich was packed with yummy veggies and wrapped up tight and clean! At first I thought the sandwich was small but I think that's misleading because of how tight it's wrapped because I was very full eating it! It was the perfect portion for me. I haven't tried the baklava yet. I have already recommended this place to a few people and will definitely return. The flavors are unbeatable.

Which was part of the reason I visited a few weeks ago. I actually have been wanting to try Yalla for awhile, and just recently figured where it was located. A bit out of my way from work and home, but the day I decided to go was perfect. I was meeting friends at Sake Nomi which doesn't serve food so you're allowed to bring some in. I had two hours to waste so it gave me plenty of time to get up to Capitol Hill and back to Pioneer Square. Yalla is a walk up window with a bench outside to sit but I imagine most people take the food to go. I was sharing the food with five other people so the three mezze dips was the perfect option, I also added the special dip of the day that had 100% proceeds going to help those in Nepal. I also added one of the pressed Saj, the grilled Kefta a lot easier to share. One of my friends wanted the Lamb wrap so that was included in the order as well. Love how fresh the ingredients were. Each dip had distinctively different flavors and textures. Saj was included two different ways to enjoy with the mezze in its soft flatbread form and as a cracker perfect for dipping. My favorites were the Muhummara and the Nuraniye (Zuchinni Dip). I liked the tanginess of the Muhummara and the fresh lemon forward of the Nuraniye. The Kefta was delicious, I need to carry a knife for situations like this when sharing food we ended up ripping off pieces this came with Labneh. I definitely want to try a wrap next time and well their toum sauce. Service was friendly and helpful when I was explaining there was a group of us sharing the items.

The signature saj bread is cooked fresh on a hot stone and is almost like a Middle Eastern flour tortilla with the way it's super thin and satisfyingly chewy bite. The only seating options are a few large benches on the sidewalk, but there's a poster saying you're welcome to sit at the neighboring bar which opens in the late afternoon provided you purchase a drink as well. Ended up sampling 3 of their wrap options and the Zaatar Wrap was deliciously nutty and fragrant, but texturally there was so many herbs that the center ate a little dry. The Lahme Khuruf (Lamb) was my favorite by far with super juicy ground meat with some tang from the labneh, sweetness, freshness from the tomato, and texture from the pine nuts. Absolute home run on this one! The Awarma and Cheese was a close second, but personally, the flavor profile was just a little less interesting than the lamb. Tip: grab some extra napkins as the wraps can fall apart a bit at the end!
