We found our new favorite burger stop!! There is only one picnic table, so we ate in our car. There's a port a potty and hubby said it's pretty clean in there. The fries. Yes. Yes. Crispy and perfect with that little crust. The fry sauce...... someone give me that recipe!!! Homemade deliciousness. Would have liked a little more but you can pay for extra. The burger was messy as heck but delicious. I had the big bad mamma jamma (can't remember what it's called) and wow it was a lot of food and SO GOOD. The cheeseburger come with pickles, lettuce, onions and sauce.. we will be back again.. I would have gotten the angry bird chicken sandwich but would prefer pickled jalepeno vs just raw. Very pleased.

If you're looking for white glove service and fine dining at Bins of Glory then what's wrong with you? It's a food truck on the side of the road with a muddy parking lot. What they serve are flavorful burgers. I tried the basic burger and asked for grilled onions, no pickle. It's $6 + taxes and boy is it a flavor bomb. The sauce might be a combo of bbq sauce, Mayo with a hint of chili? Not spicy at all but completely delicious. I'm not sitting in the parking lot, finished sandwich and I'm stuffed, but I also want another burger. You know what? Why fight it? Let's do this!

Great food truck to get burgers. Good prices too. At 5:30 we were told a 20 minute wait but actually only took 15. Their fries are okay but burgers were good. I had a double bacon cheeseburger and my husband a double hamburger. I think the singles would be too small. We got one side of fries to share and wish we would have gotten two orders. Not really enough to share. Hope this food truck sticks around.

Have you ever had a burger experience transform you? Buns of Glory did that for my entire family tonight! We decided to swing by this food truck off of the highway after seeing a line gathering outside and a line of cars in the parking lot. There is a large gravel lot to park in and a covered area just in front of the truck which is great for staying dry while ordering on those rainy days. There wasn't any seating but we could comfortably wait in our car for our order to be ready and it looked like there was one portable bathroom behind the truck. The workers were super friendly, informing us about the longer wait time. When our order was ready they called our name over their handheld megaphone and we sat in our car this evening to enjoy them. These burgers have won my heart and my future patronage. They were incredible, epic, delicious, juicy, fresh, filling, and perfect. The meat was seasoned to utter perfection, juicy and flavorful. They use locally sourced, fresh never frozen beef which is an impressive and excellent choice! The bacon was crisp and cooked through and the toppings just brought this entire burger to one outstanding culmination! The fries were textbook fries! Crispy, flavorful, and golden and they paired well with their unique fry sauce. It tasted like it has a touch of chili powder, not enough to overpower but just enough to enhance the flavor, and the base of a perfect fry sauce. Buns of Glory arguably has one of the BEST burgers I have EVER had! Absolutely amazing and worth the stop and wait.

I was really excited to try the burgers after hearing so many good things. Fries were pretty good, just seemed like a small amount (4/5). Burger wasn't anything special. Was expecting to be blown away based on what I heard, but definitely wasn't (3/5). Maybe I need to try again sometime. The sauce was very good! (5/5)

First off, I love Olympias growing food truck Culture. We have a lot of really great options! Burgers, I think are the one thing I actually haven't had out of one of our local food trucks yet. When looking for a good burger option locally my wife suggested BoG. We ran into an old friend while we were there, who made his way over from Tumwater because he found the burgers here to be worth it. It didn't take me long to see the reasons why. They are one of those kinds of places that are set up to deal with customers equally whether you're going to take the food on the run, or to eat while you're there in your car. Their ordering system is orderly, and once your order is completed, you are notified via one of those flashing light pagers. They will also call out your order by name. So operationally I think they did quite well. Being a food truck there's not much to say about appearance of it, seems clean and simple, nothing to make me feel negative. Now, the best part, onto the food! My wife and I both got cheeseburgers and fries, mine being only slightly different, taking my sauces on the side, having no pickles and no ketchup. My wife is an everything on it kind of girl, and that's the way she had hers made. I normally consider the french fries @ 5 guys to be my favorite, the fries at BoG threatens to take the title! Amazing texture, and flavor and undeniably fresh! Easily in the running to be among the best fries I think you can get locally. Burgers had excellent flavor, we're juicy, fresh, hot and obviously made by skilled staff on the grill! The onions here are not grilled, but, for me that's just simply not a problem. I found the service here to be above standards, with everyone that we dealt with being exceptional. Being just down the street from my work, it's tempting to not go to BoG on a regular basis. They are good enough, however the next time a burger comes to mind it's far more likely that I will think of these guys first. Overall, an exceptional visit for being a first time, the folks here can absolutely 100% expect us back! Highly recommended! Additionally, I sincerely hope they're not going to be open just seasonally.

I finally got to try Katsu Burger with my son earlier this week (weekday afternoon), and I can…read moreconfidently say it lived up to the hype! When I initially walked in, it wasn't too busy, but it filled up quickly while I was still figuring out how to order. They use a kiosk system where you choose dine-in or takeout, and it's nicr that each menu item had photos and ingredient descriptions so it made it way easier to decide, especially for our first visit. The space itself is small and quaint with a couple tables, but full of lovely art. There's lots of cute anime and Japanese-themed decor, including figurines, plushies, and artwork, giving the place such a cozy, cutesy aesthetic. I also noticed they might be hiring, based on the sign at the entrance. I came here because my cousin-in-law (who lives in upper Washington) mentioned the place, and I needed a redemption meal after being disappointed by another chicken spot recently. Katsu Burger definitely delivered! The burgers here aren't your typical American-style burgers. They don't taste as greasy and sub cabbage instead of lettuce, similar to garnish for a tonkatsu plate. And surprisingly, the photos on the kiosk actually match what you get (no false advertising here!). The employee behind the counter was super kind and helped guide us through the ordering process. I don't think they take cash so maybe that's why orders are placed through the kiosk. For food: My son ordered the Tokyo Tower burger as-is, and I tried the Umami Burger with light cabbage (not a huge fan of crunchy water veggies like lettuce/cabbage/etc.). Both were AMAZING. I have heard of tonkatsu but I had no idea what beef katsu was before this. Thought it was just a regular beef patty, but wow.. it was crispy, flavorful, and just overall delicious. We ordered takeout and didn't even get home for about 30 minutes, but the food was still warm enough to enjoy without reheating. Portion-wise, my burger was perfect: filling but manageable (i think i made the right choice with light cabbage). My son's Tokyo Tower was massive (almost too big for him to handle xD), but we both agreed everything tasted incredible. I was tempted to try a bento box, but I knew I wouldn't finish it if I was already ordering a katsu burger. Next time though! My son already has his eye on the enormous Mt. Fuji burger, so we'll definitely be back. Parking is decent, though it can get busy during the day since it's near a gym and other businesses. Overall, if you're in the Lacey area, you HAVE to try this Katsu Burger at least once. It looks like they have about 8 other locations too in the other towns so if you're not in Lacey, there still might be one nearby you. The burgers are absolutely the star of the show :) I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

I recently moved back to Lacey from Seattle and am glad to see great restaurants from Seattle choosing to open up shop here. I absolutely love burgers, I actually prefer mine no frills and class. But I also love Japanese food--Katsu Burger is the perfect solution when I can't decide between something Asian or a burger for dinner. The Lacey location is at a spot that once served great burgers when I was a kid and was also a Thai joint for a while.
