I came here this morning for a change of pace from an eggs Benedict. There was no line at 10 in the morning, so I was in and out in two minutes total. They are cash or check only. They are a little hard to see-but they are worth it. The gyro is wonderful-I had the classic with no tomatoes. This gyro was so good-their meat is so tender, and their ingredients are really fresh. I would definitely come again :)

All right! Chip B. already added this place! :D I came here on opening day and saw people walking around with Gyros. Gyros?! What? I had to investigate! There it was--Pithos Gyros! I had a great Classic Gyro and a drink. The sign on the window asked for customers to be patient while food was cooking. It honestly didn't take that long. The Gyro was big and tasty. I had a difficult time finishing it. I'll be sure to come again earlier in the day (rather than near-closing !) to try out the other items on the menu. Method of Payment: Cash Only. Small bills preferred.

Took the whole family down for lunch today. I am still sold on this place. We had the Classic, Pithos and the Cretan gyros. WOW WOW WOW! Each was spectacular in it's own way. I had the Cretan which has LOTS of meat and no veggies. After tasting all three, I think I like the Pithos the best because it has just the right mix of meat and veggies. The tzatziki sauce was delicious. We also ordered the Hummus Platter which had a generous amount of hummus with pita points, celery, carrots and pitted kalamata olives. I am quickly becoming in love with this quaint gem at the Market.

An excellent gyro! Lots of business means high turnover which translates into fresh succulent gyro (beef & lamb) meat. One of my favorite weekend lunches at the Farmer's Market is the "Classic" gyro.

A hidden gem! This place is off the beaten path, but my husband ALWAYS wants to try gyro and Greek…read moreplaces ... this small but modern restaurant is awesome. Their family-run atmosphere and homemade noms are definitely worth checking out. We tried a little of everything and had tons of leftovers! Our daughter loved the soup, and she very much enjoyed the gyro meat. Their service is excellent, being friendly and warm, even though we were the only customers at the time. Bringing the food to our table, chatting with us about the food, and checking in on us halfway to make sure we were good. Thanks to this great family-run restaurant for an excellent meal and great vibes!

Had an itching for a gyro salad for lunch and for some daft reason, lentil soup (only 88…read moredegrees).Temperature inside wasn't much cooler,to my partners chagrin. The soup was disappointing.Lacked the flavour of say,an Indian lentil soup. But the salad! No problem.Generous portion of lamb/beef gyro meet and fresh lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc.Grape leaves were also very good. This is a small cafe with maybe eight tables.A lot of the business is takeaway. No alcohol, just soft drinks.I've been coming here for years...definitely one of the best Mediterranean style food establishments in the area.Just a little language barrier with the staff but they were genuinely keen to know if we enjoyed our meal, which is a nice touch.
