I only got a burger and fries. Both were alright. I'm happy my shake was nice and thick, exactly how I believe a shake should be made and served. Service a little slow l. Not sure if it was busy because of the service or because it good. My boyfriend loves the goup sauce which was just alright to me. Tasted like a mayo mustard mix.

I was looking for a new burger place to eat . Saw this place listed not far from me , so I decided to give it a go. I was a little is appointed about the the burger and fries . Don't really feel like tell what I git since , I it was a let down. I talked to a friend about this place an they liked what the got and compared it to Hasty freeze or Dicks. Maybe I will have to try some other time.

I've been once, and that was enough. There's better options in the area. Try Herfey's, or Buzz's for better quality and flavor.

They told me I need to wait 15 minutes more but they were supposed to be open for breakfast. Maybe I am early (11 am) Being one of the only people here the food will be really hot when I get it right off the grill. The food was good I got the fajita chicken burrito. I was kinda hoping for something with shrimp but there that was not on the menu. The place was clean outside which I would be probably enjoying if it was not so cold. Thanks wind.

It's about what I saw. This truck charges extra for lengua and certain other meat items that are higher on the "cost" side so they compensate by adding a charge. In this case the burrito itself was $15.39(or something close). The total that I was given was $19.17 with the extra charge. I saw that I had exactly $20 in cash. I just said to put the change in the tip jar. There was nothing in the tip jar. So I was taken aback to see the lady working put what looked like $4 in singles into the tip jar. My change was .83. Just an observation. On a final note, this truck is now charging .50 and .99 for salsa cups(depending on size). My burrito came with a bag, no napkins. No salsa. No plasticware. Nothing.

I love Sonic, but this location really needs help…read more Have been here half a dozen times over the summer traveling between the beaches and Seattle. Every time, the line is super long, slow, the receipts have to be asked for and the ink has never been changed, they had a sign posted half the time of having no ice cream and the order was wrong once. I've had to ask for napkins, straws and the drinks.

The time is now 2:12 and left after the manager(?) claimed a happy hour drink, alone, at 50% off is $11....now being understanding that the young lady was in training who was taking the orders, have not yet felt like disregarded guests or anything of that nature; the wait time wasn't the worst part of that experience. It's wasting 30 minutes for 2 (TWO) D R I N K S...after being extremely patient DESPITE the absurd wait time for 2 items that require quite literally pushing a button to create, the manager or whoever on duty 5/4/26 (posting around 2:20pm after leaving off put by the customer service and empty handed) Wait times happen, People are in training. That is understandable. What isn't is the "upper" management attempting to say one limeade slush is $11 during happy hour......it's not that serious but it is, do better. Stop playing with people's time and money, her dishonestly and apparent ignorance to her job was extremely off putting and this particular business will not receive another dollar from me or my family alike. You should probably practice knowing your prices, customer service and time management if you expect people to hand you money for your job....the experience I just had let me know there is clearly a disconnect between whoever was the "upper management" today and the care they seemingly have to not only avoid wasting customer's time, but also being knowledgeable/honest about pricing.....there is not a single $11 limeade during 50% off happy hour that she could show me so now instead of just "oh they had a bad day" it's moved onto "you're liars and not getting my money" because how difficult would it have been to just be logical in that moment and realize AS MANAGER training a new employee is not an excuse to lie about prices or try to rush people off because YOUR LINE TOOK 20 MINUTES and we are not the only customers who had to leave empty handed. If management hates their job, quit. Just wasted my time, which affects my money; which yes, some of us DO actually care about. Much love and encouragement to the young lady who was in training and doing her best, I can see why we just sat there around 30 minutes and left empty handed because she clearly isn't receiving any help from management.....whatever woman was "in charge" today seriously needs an evaluation. That was the worst experience I've had at ANY Sonic. Hope those $11, "50% off happy hour" singular slushes are coated with real gold because what....0/5 no stars if I could because they couldn't manage to just pour a drink in a cup today.

I have been ordering their Bacon Egg Cheese breakfast sandwich and the breakfast potato wedges frequently for years at this location, and they have never failed to serve me anything but perfectly crisp fried potato wedges and fluffy warm breakfast sandwich every time. A good, warm breakfast makes your day off to a great start and their meal always give me that feeling. Also, most importantly, they always include ketchup and buttermilk ranch as they probably know those are my favorite sauce! The bottom line is that there are some hardworking people at this Wendy's because they always deliver. Did I mention their delicious Frostys? Chocolate one is the best, but don't forget the seasonals like Strawberry Frosty during Summer, and Peppermint Cane Frosty during holiday season. P.S. a pro-tip: if you're ever just craving a warm, fresh, plain biscuit during breakfast hours, Wendy's got you covered. Order it with butter and some honey packs. Yummmm!

Usually, if I can't say something nice, I don't say anything at all…read more If I could contact the owner of this Wendy's (#00001555 at 2427 Harrison Ave, Olympia, WA), I would, because they need to know how many customers they're losing, including myself and everyone who was waiting in the lobby with me, I would imagine, just based on the comments I heard. Even people in the parking lot were complaining as I was walking out to my car. This is the fourth time I've been to this location, and out of that, my order has been wrong twice, and I've had to wait between 20 and 30 minutes both times I've come into the lobby to pick up my order. I have never waited even a third of that time for any order at any other Wendy's in the state of Washington. Or any other state, for that matter. While I was there, I watched one of my fellow sufferers finally get their order, check the bag, and then, have to wait even longer for her missing fries. What I witnessed, both times I elected to come inside, was a complete lack of urgency on the part of the employees and manager. Everyone...every single person...looked like they were wading through quicksand. No one looked to be at all concerned that they had a lobby full of customers on a slow boil, and a drive thru line looped all the way around the parking lot. Everyone was moving in slow motion. There were a couple of lukewarm, pro forma apologies/promises to get to me once they had done other things first, given by the ONE person working the front register (and packing orders for delivery), but not a single employee looked to be in a hurry. I think that is what had everyone so mad...waiting three times as long is bad enough, but to do it while you watch people work in slow motion, as if they couldn't care less? That would grind anyone's gears. At first, I assumed it was because they were understaffed, but during the time I was there, I counted five employees and one manager just in the visible front part. I don't know how many were in the back, doing the cooking. I feel like that's enough people to get an order to me in less than 20 minutes. And I'm talking 20 minutes from when I arrived inside...that's not even counting the time from when I placed the mobile order and drove over to pick it up. Then, to top it off, they gave me the wrong order! I had ordered two Dave's Singles, and when I got home, I had two Double Stacks (an inferior item, if you're unfamiliar). I looked in the bag before I left the parking lot, and I saw two burgers (though smaller than I remember Singles being...I just figured that was due to "shrink-flation" and maybe running out of the foil wrappers), so I didn't realize the problem until I got home and unwrapped them. I'm done calling them back, only to be told I can "come back and get replacements". How is that making it up to me? I have to use my time and my gas to go all the way back, just so they can maybe manage to give me what I originally ordered? Has anyone at this Wendy's location ever heard of "good customer service"? I'm absolutely done with this location, and since I can't even get a complaint through to corporate due to a lame website, I think I'm just done with Wendy's in general. Because, honestly...it's just really becoming not worth it. Everything is getting too expensive, and I should just be cooking at home, anyway. But, for the sake of others, I hope the location's owner sees this and fixes the problem. Maybe they could take their employees on a field trip to Chick-Fil-A to see what efficiency with a smile looks like. I don't love Chick's politics, but they definitely know how to run a shop. Or, if it's a problem with the owner, themselves, maybe they could consider buying one less Mercedes, and using that money to pay for better training and incentives.

We've now been here multiple times, solely out of convenience. I generally avoid this location, as…read morethe "make it make sense" factor doesn't apply here. Example: Today the B1G1 sign for drinks is huge and in your face as you walk in the door. Since nothing gets left out side at night anywhere in West Olympia, they clearly set this stand alone sign outside intentionally today. I let the cashier know I want to use the B1G1. She confirms that's an option and then asks which 2 drinks I'd like to order. I ask if she can please verify which drinks are included. She didn't have a clue (and had an annoyed and confused look like the last time we came) so she said she'd look on a paper in the back that she remembers seeing... and walks away. She comes back to say her manager said the deal has expired as of yesterday so it's no longer possible. So there is a large sign next to the door advertising the deal AND she already confirmed it was active and possible to use before walking away. I ask her to please make sure the manager understands they're still advertising it up front on a large sign and ask that she honor it. She walks away annoyed as usual (couple visits and it's her vibe with all customers) with an "I don't really know anything and don't like my job" attitude. She returns saying it's still not possible and shrugs her shoulders. I ask to please stop doing the back and forth and please have the manager speak to me directly. She says that's probably not possible, but ok fine she'll try. Manager comes over also annoyed. I note the sign and ask her directly. She says the only thing she can do is move the sign. Which they never actually did while we were there. I mention it'a false advertising and ask if there is any other type of compensation for the false advertising since she refuses to honor her sign -- that for the record has ZERO dates or expirations on it. She says she can comp a cookie. So... my kid enjoyed her cookie. Which on a 90 degree day isn't all that useful compared to the cold drink that was already agreed to by the cashier, was advertised, and should have been. PS The HP location usually has dark dragonfruit flavored liquid in this drink.... what is this nearly completely orange drink? The only actual thing I ordered and it doesn't seem quite right. This location also refuses to make avocado toast outside of morning hours. They claim it's a breakfast only item. Avocado on bread with some sprinkled seasoning. Hawk Prairies's location on the other hand is efficient with great customer service and they're even quick to tell you if there are any deals, or rewards attached to your account. Drive the extra distance and steer clear of this location. HP location serves avocado toast through out the entire day. DO NOT waste your time or money walking into this particular Panera... unless you want orders not made right and customer service with zero consideration for customers with false advertising.
