Great fresh food. Wasn't sure what to expect when we went but the food was great. My wife is a vegetarian and I love meat and there was plenty of options for us both. read more

Fresh food. Service is fast. It has a good variety of different toppings and sauces. Delicious :)

Absolutely love this place for lunch! There food is very fresh and full of flavor. The staff is always very friendly as well and I love the interior of the restaurant. You can choose from a four bowl or 6 bowl. A six bowl is what I usually get and it comes with 2 bases,2 greens and 2 proteins. I am in love with the sweet potato mash and sweet potato noodles. There citrus chicken and bbq chicken are delicious proteins. I recommend the coconut siracha sauce or the creamy white ginger. Overall the food is very healthy and refreshing and you can mix it up differently every time. read more

Great place for a healthier lunch or dinner. Puts chipotle to shame. Great items to choose from. BBQ chicken, steak, coconut rice, veggies are all great and consistently good. read more

This was an interesting, fresh, trendy place with unique menu options. I had a four bowl with Parmesan Broccoli, Roasted Mushrooms, Buffalo Cauliflower, and chicken. It was very tasty and a nice new combination of flavors. Overall, it was a great lunch experience. read more

The taste is ok. They're very healthy food options, which I love. I like the casual vibes here but I am not obsessed.

Just okay. Way too salty and overpriced for what it is. Steak dry as dust. And watch ... Everything is an up charge.

Well, July 3rd at 7:30m we decided to walk in and check this out. With so so many good restaurants in this area such as Lee Roy Selmon's, we were sure this would be good. We walked in with no one in line and walked up to the food counter to see the food. We had to ask how you order, one thing it's too confusing. 2nd of all with people now behind us we were rushed listening to the server explain the ordering guide. Really? Menu says steak, no steak. They said kale and I knew this is not the place for me. Everything was okay but the carbs killed me because the dishes all included rice. Rice is well over 30 grams of carbs in one cup, you get two choices and this now means 60 grams of carbs. BS, really ticked me off. I should've just ate an entire pizza. Hated this place. All kinds of weird drinks and weird sodas and weird people eating inside. Oh well, tried it and hated it. Walked next door to Eats something and again, weird food diner stuff. Owned by the same people as fresh crap. read more

Decided that I would give them a try and I am pleasantly surprised . The food was amazing and also the Brussels sprouts were amazing I have to admit that it's worth trying and a good healthy meal read more

I just moved to Sarasota and I am absolutely obsessed with this place! The tuna is by far the best protein and I love all the amazing and fresh combinations! I moved from the west coast where everyone is into eating healthy so it was nice finding a place that reminded me so much of home! Definitely coming back! read more

Yummy and healthy! This place has all hormone and gluten free options. Very yummy. They serve "bowls" and you choose between 4 or 6 options. I got 4 options and it was just right! Everyone was very helpful and patient when ordering. You must try this place!! read more

Great fast food option. Get come vegetables! It is possible to get a bad mixture of foods then its almost inedible. But once you learn the tricks it becomes craveable. read more

Outstanding! I call it the 'Whole Foods'Chipotle. They have incredible produce, wonderful sweet potato pasta and a variety of fresh juices. You make a bowl and choose what you want inside. Very pleased with my meal and they cater to vegetarians and vegans-woohooo! read more

Definitely a unique place. Love the steak, chicken, and quinoa. This will definitely be one of my go to places to eat a little healthier.

We'd been living on takeout waiting to move into our new home I found myself craving a vegetable that was not deep fried. We stumbled upon Fresh Kitchen (thanks Yelp!) while wandering the UTC plaza. The menu gives you a ton of options- you can build bowls on a variety of greens, rice, quinoa, mashed sweet potatoes and add veggies, proteins, and a sauce. I love that they have a poke option which is hard to find and everything I've had so far has been great. The stand out for me has been the Turmeric cauliflower which I have actually started craving (something I never thought was possible) They also have a nice variety of cold pressed juices in a cold case and high chairs available for those who want to eat healthy with their babes in tow. Plenty of options those with dietary restrictions (vegan/GF/ etc...) read more

I'm in town for work and decided to give this place a try. I'm always looking for a healthier options when I travel and this was a great choice. The food was unique and really tasty. Loved the atmosphere and the people working here were extremely nice. It was a great change up from the usual healthy restaurants, Panera, chipotle, Zoe's etc that I frequent so often while on the road. Get the quinoa it is so good! read more

Fast healthy food! I always go for the 4 bowl that includes two bases, 1 vegetable and 1 meat. The bases that I always get are the sweet potato noodles and the kale. Both equally delicious. I love their brussel sprouts and mushrooms. The seasoning for both is on point. For the meats I really like the tuna poke, the almond baked chicken, and the pork. The bowl also comes with a free sauce. I recommend the holy kale and coconut sriracha. I have yet to try their drinks but assume they are delicious as well. If you need something quick coming from the gym across the street, go to fresh kitchen to get the protein and carbs you need. read more

Love this place. Always fresh, delicious and super helpful and friendly service. Today for lunch I got quinoa, kale salad, mushrooms and BBQ chicken with kale sauce. Add sriracha sauce on my protein and enjoyed the entire bowl (wish the portions were a bit more). Light, fresh, healthy, what more can u ask for? Go try it out today! read more

The vegetables were Extremely chewy... like they had been over cooked in a microwave. Then, they and the base items were lukewarm, like they had been sitting out a long time with no heat... very unhappy about the experience. read more

This is my new favorite restaurant. I just discovered it and I'm happy that I did. The food taste like the food I prepare at home. I love the fact that it's gluten-free and you can select from an assortment to create your own combination of vegetables, proteins and "base" foods, like quinoa or gluten free noodles or kale salad, etc. I got the cucumber ginger lemonade with my meal. It had just the right amount of sweetness, unlike most places that put way too much sugar in their drinks. read more

Love this place! From the decor to the menu to the food it's my new fav spot. I love eating healthy and clean but still feeling full and satisfied. Addicted! read more

The food is great for a quick bite. Very clean and healthy. Been here many times and love all the different combinations. One time they were out of an an item, let me know that it would be only a couple of minutes but took way longer. They made it right through, great customer service! read more

Always delicious. Only downside is that you can't switch a base for a vegetable. I always end up not eating all of the base, and wanting more vegetables! it would be great if you guys made two vegetables and one base an option in the four bowl. read more

I have severe dietary restrictions and it's the only place I knew of in the area that might have SOMETHING I could eat. They were very knowledgeable of their foods and were very helpful and patient. Thank you! read more

I stumbled upon Fresh Kitchen while visiting the area. The food was healthy, delicious and inexpensive. I highly recommend if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. read more

Great selection, super vegetarian/vegan friendly. The food had excellent flavor and we got quite a bit of fresh food for the money. We had the six bowl with 2 base (quinoa, sweet potato noodles), 3 veg (mushroom, carrots, green beans), and 1 protein (tofu). Definitely plan to be back! read more

I just learned about this place yesterday as we took our office there for a lunch. I was very impressed the degree of quality in their food not to mention it tasted great. The meat is artificial hormone free and antibiotic free. I'm always looking for good healthy options in the vicinity of my office feel like I struck gold this time. read more

The food was so fast(9 minutes from door to fork in mouth) and , well...fresh. Everything was yummy. My friend and I loved the lightly sweetened teas and natural sodas. The sauces were delicious. This could easily become a frequent go to lunch spot. read more

After flying in from Texas, my husband as I just happened to run in to this place. It was amazing! You get to pick your salad, veggies, protein, sauce, etc. in a bowl. I added chunks of steak in my bowl. So delicious! We will definitely be back before we leave back to Texas. read more

Yeah! I really love they are gluten, grain (and I hope soy) Free. Kudos to this restaurant for cooking natural, but great tasty dishes!! My only dislike was the menu said romaine lettuce and they were serving mixed greens (which were a bit brown & wilting). Other than that I will return. read more

Food was very good. Similar to Chipotle but with more vegan options. Healthy eating option for sure.

Yummy and healthy. Get tons of food. Can't eat it for leftovers. Great for vegetarians. Lots of choices.

The best way for me to describe it is imagine chipotle but with much healthier options. Including no white rice, no tortillas, or cheeses, or sour cream. Basically the only thing not vegetarian are couple of the protein choices. Now I am basically a carnivore almost all my meals have meat in them of some kind. So I was a little apprehensive when my wife's aunt suggested this place, but I figured I would try it. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I did brown rice with mushrooms and steak with a sriracha coconut sauce. It was delicious the steak and mushrooms were well seasoned and the sriracha coconut sauce was full of flavor but not super hot like regular straight Sriracha. I almost got the Parmesan broccoli but passed on it since I really like mushrooms but my wife got them in her broth bowl and it was very tasty not bland and flavorless. Her broth bowl was very tasty I'm assuming it was vegetable broth. She added green beans, broccoli, chicken and sweet potato noodles. The chicken was a little dry but that's ok most boneless skinless chicken breasts are. I would definitely try this place again and maybe try and switch it up a little more next time. Oh and the zucchini brownie bites were off the charts too. read more

Food is always delicious. A great option for healthy quick meal. Service is always friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return.

I travel all over the country for work and live in NC, and I dream about this place when I'm not here. I wish there was one where I live. The food is healthy, fresh, and flavorful. I've recently started making some copy cat recipes at home because I love this place so much. The staff are always friendly as well and it's just overall a great experience. read more

We are visiting in Bradenton and were looking for a healthy food option for lunch. The food we ordered at Fresh Kitchen was THE BEST FOOD we have eaten out in a very long time! It was like heaven knowing EVERYTHING offered on the menu is gluten free!!! Two of the three of us need to eat gluten free, so it was a blessing not to have to overquestion the staff to find out a hand full of options we could safely eat. The tasty desserts, which are made fresh daily, were delicious and an additional gluten free bonus. Speaking of the staff, everyone who served us was joyful, upbeat and patient while explaining the ordering process to us . My two girlfriends and I ordered different meals and all of us could do nothing but rave about each bite, LOL. We ordered the large bowls; the servings were generous enough that we took half of the bowl home and enjoyed it a second time along with the leftover desserts. Another important benefit of the Fresh Kitchen menu is that it is oh so healthy for us!!! The ingredients were so fresh and there were many different choices. The recipes they use in all their proteins, vegetables, side options and bases make your tastebuds dance with joy! I asked the young man at the register to please pass on that we would love to have a Fresh Kitchen in Blaine MN. That would be delightful! We will be back to FK another time before we leave Bradenton. Thank you Fresh Kitchen Staff for the excellent dining experience we had on our vacation. It is definitely a highlight that we will refer to for a long time. May your business be richly blessed! read more

Great place I discovered with my family during a sporting event we attended. Aside from the food living up to the name of this joint the staff was friendly and keeps the place very clean. Take pride in your work and keep the great vibe going in this location. Wish this would migrate down south to Miami! read more

Love this place. Sweet potato noodles are great! Love the immunity juice shots so much. Wish we had one in Naples. The sauces are killer!

Great food. Veggies, meat, and sauces were excellent. We got BBQ chicken, Brussels sprouts, nushrooms, and spicy rice. All the food was great. Sauces were really tasty even thoigh we didn't actually need to add any sauce. It was good enough by itself. Definitely will come back read more

Honestly, this is one of the better restaurants to eat at. The flavor is awesome and the ingredients are fresh. Portion size was generous and the staff was very friendly. I had the "surf and turf" bowl - steak, poke, mushrooms, broccoli, spiced rice, kale, and coconut sriracha for 12 bucks. Usually the bowls are 7 to 10 bucks, but the poke and steak are extra charge because they're considered "premium proteins." It was worth it. read more
