This was a quick, tasty, fresh and healthy option for dinner or lunch. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it is not very clear for a new guest as to what combinations you should add in your bowl. It might be nice if there were some suggested flavor combinations as you order your bowl. read more

Our new FAVORITE place!!! What a great concept and what amazingly tasty and healthy food. Love the main food choices and desserts too. A MUST try for everyone. Food is very flavorful and completely natural. 10+++++ read more

This was my first visit and I will definitely be back! The food was outstanding! For the same price as other quick service joints this is by far one of the best! Service was great Prices were very reasonable and the food quality is fantastic. An all around exceptional experience! read more

Is there a war I don't know about? Why are they rationing the sweet potatoes? My friend told me that this place was A1, and that I got a free t-shirt. So far have not experienced any food that is A1 caliber, and the staff refused to give me the t-shirt. Wait...why am I in a garage? read more

Pretty good, pretty good. I like the clean options. The Parmesan broccoli is really nice.

I could eat here every day, seriously good food! The Brussel sprouts are some of the best I've ever had a few for dessert the almond butter rice krispy is divine!! You have to try this place it's awesome! read more

Fresh Kitchen is yet another place where I can dine with my vegan AND non-vegan friends. Due to my own personal allergies, I LOVE that the entire restaurant is gluten-free and all dressings are dairy-free. The only vegan protein they offer is a pretty boring tofu (not fried or punched up in any way, barely marinated). I would love for their vegan options to expand. Their Brussels sprouts are fantastic and their creamy green dressing is my favorite. They have a nice selection of cold pressed juices and natural teas. Parking at FK can be a pain in the butt, even though they have their own dedicated parking lot, just because Cooper Creek is always so busy. read more

Top quality food and service. I eat here about three times a week. Love the rotating menu and high quality food.

Fresh Kitchen really isn't so fresh! The vegetables sit on the stove for too long & are therefore over cooked. I had a very upset stomach after my meal. Small portions for the price! Will not be returning! read more

food was good but the drinks suck a lot. like a lot. the coffee just tastes like cinnamon water and was a big fat disappointment for a $4 coffee that i took 3 sips of and threw away. i got the kids meal and ended up paying $12, i understand that it's a healthy meal option and if i wanted to pay $5 for a meal i could just go to McDonalds, but $12 for 1 base, 1 protein, and 1 vegetable seems like a lot in my opinion. read more

Recently discovered this place - food is good, service is fast. Worth a shot if you're looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat. Try the Buffalo cauliflower - it's a nice twist on a rather bland vegetable. read more

Fresh made healthy food. Taste good and made me happy eating. The restaurant is big, tidy and quiet too.

Love having another healthy option in the area! Lots of options to create a delicious bowl for lunch or dinner. The seasoning of the food is well done. The brussel sprouts, turmeric cauliflower, sweet potato noodles and coconut rice are yummy. The green juice is great as well. The service is quick and the staff is friendly and will let you sample something before you build your bowl. For those who are gluten or dairy free there are lots of options to choose from. I find the four bowl is filling and my husband gets the six. Writing this review makes me want to pick up dinner from here tonight! read more

I would eat here every day if i could afford it. Fast, delicious, healthy food! Try the Brussels sprouts. Even if you're not typically a fan, trust me. They also make their own juices in house which are all yummy. read more

I really like this place because it has unique healthy options in a fast paced way. Only thing is that it's overpriced and employees are not always friendly/helpful and my food was a little cold one time too. But I like the selection of food they have here and it tastes good. They do let you sample too. read more

Was looking forward to this place. A few weeks ago I brought the family there for lunch on a Saturday. My wife ordered the tuna as her main protein and became EXTREMELY ill for an entire week. After looking over everything she ate we are confident the illness came from the tuna. I've never seen her this sick over food. Unfortunately will not be recommending or going back. read more

I love this place. Great food and always consistent. Only drawback is I am sitting in here now and there's a guy wearing a shirt that says "savage as fuck" in big letters, and this is acceptable by their policies. We are living in some strange times. read more

Not sure about this place as a concept. Starting from the beginning, the menu is a bit confusing as you have to create your own bowls but in rigid forms. The cafeteria line didn't allow you time to actually figure out what you wanted. My husband wound up with very dry baked almond chicken though he really wanted the other chicken but the server couldn't understand him (it is a very LOUD place). We were rushed also to decide our sauces so with the line backing up the manager gave us all of them. All of them were pretty spicy which is fine for my husband and I but not so great for my parents who hated them. Some of the side and bases dishes I thought were good and it would be nice to just have them as an option. We received free cookies to try and those were great. Can't say I will be back though as I didn't care for the concept and thought it was overpriced. read more

Food was great... The employees on the other hand were uninviting and at times rude. The "base" guy seemed detached and I felt rushed even pressured through the line by each server... While I was deciding which sauce I wanted the cashier was already asking me what I wanted to drink. Good concept, just need to work on their staff. read more

Good food that is very healthy and has a nice flavor. The Parmesan broccoli was really good. The line was relatively quick.

Meh. Food is ok. Good concept but random mix of flavors. Two songs in a row on their radio dropped the f bomb...is that really necessary?

Great vegan options! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for some healthy take out food. The drink options were great as well, lots of unique teas and sodas. read more

The food here is always a win for me! It's delicious, healthy and creative! Always go for lunch when I'm in the area!

I'd like to start off with saying that the food here is good. It's adventurous and unusual, but it's delicious, and I also like the commitment to properly sourced meats/produce. Good stuff. I'm writing this review to comment on the service. I walk up to the counter (first time eating here) and the first person I dealt was patient and friendly (she probably recognized that it was my first time). Next person, same thing. In fact, all of the employees behind the counter were kind and friendly, until the last guy. This jack*ss had zero sense for any form of customer service. He literally seemed irritated at the fact that I was asking questions about the sauce options (they aren't exactly normal, but that's not necessarily a bad thing). Anyway, he rudely points to the small sign obscured from view on the front of the case that lists all the sauces. It was as if he was insulted that I would dare ask the person working about the product. Message received, guy, you don't like people. Then my buddy politely asks for just a side of oil. This idiot goes: "no we don't do that." My buddy: "oh actually last time I was here the guy... I think he was the manager, went and got me some from the back no problem." Idiot: "Oh well he's not here right now." I started laughing at this guy's stupidity, which is only further amplified by the fact that all he would've had to do was walk around the corner and fill a small ramekin with oil. My buddy never got his oil, and this one a**hole ruined what would've otherwise been a pleasant experience. Considering all the options for food in the UTC area, I doubt I'll be back. read more

I love this place. It's a little expensive but the food is great. The sweet potato noodles are my favorite and all of the sauces are delicious too. A great way to get my daughter to eat healthy food too! read more

While driving thru Sarasota we stopped in here about 2 weeks ago. They place the food you select into a bowl. You basically choice what you want in there to eat. Some of the options are rice, noodles, chicken, sweet potato mash, sweet potato noodles, broccoli and green beans. They had more options just can not remember them all. The food tasted good and I felt it was a healthy meal to eat. We also got the Matcha green tea in the bottle which was good. read more

This place is the best! The food is always good and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a guy named Zach make my bowl tonight and he was very knowledgeable about the foods ingredients and just health food in general. He even let me taste test every single thing I asked about. Very pleased with all the experiences I've had here read more

I visit Sarasota every other month and every time I come here I feel rushed and unable to make informed decisions on what I'm eating. The food often looks far from fresh but the service was usual good until today. I asked for cauliflower mash then changed my mind once I was told it was a mix between cauliflower and potatoes. I'm on a keto diet and definitely can't eat real mash potatoes. The menu mentioned nothing about what was in it. When I asked that it be switched out the lady told me she would do it this time but next time she wouldn't. AS IF she was going to force me to buy something I don't eat!! I would've liked to see her try! I'm giving it 2 stars instead of -2 because the gluten free cookies were good but then again the macros are missing so I have no clue what I'm eating. I suggest adding the calorie content to the entire menu for the ppl who care since this restaurant is marketed as healthy and "fresh". read more

I was visiting this area from Orlando for a work meeting and we randomly choose FK, not knowing any prior knowledge of it before. My CEO personally selected it as he is gluten-free and they have a full gluten free menu and I am so glad that he did! A few things that I LOVED - the open space floorplan with the option to sit inside, while still able to enjoy the weather outside (the windows are all open), the service from the very happy and pleasant staff, the marketing strategies (the staff shirts and branding around the space is genius!), and last but not least... THE AMAZING FOOD! This bowl concept isn't new but I can say that FK definitely perfected it! We spent our lunch raving about how great everything was and even questioned why one wasn't in Orlando... which then we checked the website and were pleasantly surprised that we have two already! Bravo all the way around guys... well done! read more

I initially wrote a not so favorable review of this place, but I've been back twice and the food has been great both times. Quality ingredients and quick service. read more

Love it! I got the steak kale salad. The steak was flavorful and moist. Very reminiscent of Just Salad or Fresh and Co in NYC...Probably why I loved it. Great pit stop if you want a healthy meal and too lazy to cook at home! Clean and the staff was nice too! Only neg the menu can be a little confusing to read read more

When you walk inside you would probably think about turning around. But when you eat the food you are going to learn your lesson. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. You can find a mother lode of drinks. If you live on the moon, you will probably ride in a space shuttle for hours just to try there orange cream soda. Do not go anywhere else except here. GO HERE............. read more

I go to fresh kitchen at least twice a week! I've been dieting for the past month and eating at fresh kitchen was a convenient and fast service to get healthy food for a decent price. The staff is very friendly and they always remember who I am which is awesome since I go there so much. 100% recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something healthy and quick. read more

This place is great! Low calorie healthy options. Great place if you are vegan or paleo. They even have DELICIOUS paleo desserts! This place is a must go. Kind of like a healthy chipotle. I recommend getting the sweet potato soba noodles and barbeque chicken! The paleo cookies are a must as well! read more

Love the concept and what appears to be cleaner eating options. However it would be great if they provided calories and all ingredients like fats and sugars. It's the best healthy fast food option around. The other thing I notice now that they have been open for a while is that they are getting sloppy with the way they chop up the chicken... more fat and Chewy gristle then when they first opened. Stay on top of your quality game please! Want them to stay around. read more

Great place for something quick and healthy with actual decent portion size. I do the 6 bowl with Kale and 2 of the chicken options with the mushrooms and buffalo cauliflower. Will definitely be a regular here. read more

Absolutely fresh, tasty and an excellent place to eat! The staff wes very helpful with helping us make fabulous lunch slectuons. Please open in IL! read more

So I didn't think it was possible to have a "fast" food that was healthy, delicious and affordable - because no one has done it - until now. Yes, it feels a bit corporate and hipster, but I can tolerate that for some protein and veggies that don't break the bank. The concept is similar to chipotle and other casual places where you pick options as you down the line. But as opposed to Mexican or Mediterranean, the emphasis here seems to be more on fresh, healthy and flavorful. I expect it's just a matter of time before this goes national. If I lived here full time I would eat here all the time. And there are so many options I don't think I would get tired of it! read more

Amazing!! Vegetarian and vegan options. So delicious. I love that it is fast and the food is fresh and cooked perfectly. They have something for every type of eater. read more

Fresh, quality food in a build your own chipotle-style format. Reasonable price for what you get. As a celiac, I also truly appreciate the fact that this place is 100% gluten free. This is a great restaurant... I hope you franchise and open a location up close to me! read more
