First time customers. Large selection of menu offerings in a lively sports themed setting. From this customer's perspective, what went wrong is less important than how the business corrected the problem . Note to management: Thank you to our server JESSICA! She turned what could've been a disastrous first encounter into a surprisingly welcoming experience--thank you for stepping up and fixing things.

This yard house located at the University Town Center exterior restaurant. Parking never a problem for this restaurant and convenience. This is the second yard house I have been to. I got the tuna nachos and the nachos were crispy. The tuna is good and good sauce on it. I also got the shiitake garlic noodle. But this dish is a bit let down in comparison to Yard House in Tampa. The noodle is not fully pan fried with a bit burn. A lot of watery juice came out. Overall service is ok. Ambient is good.

The food is really good! They have happy hour menu that is good value. Keith was our server today and he was really attentive and nice. The restaurant decor is pretty.

While attending a nine day course in the area, we stopped by as a group to celebrate passing a test. We were a large group, arriving at the start of the dinner rush. A couple of us had a beverage at the main bar, and within 15 minutes, they had a table ready for the group. One of the reasons we picked Yard House is you know exactly what you're walking into. Their extensive selection or beers and cider on tap, combined with a solid menu that satisfies folks who want a full course meal and bar aficionados who want to take in a game while snacking on starters. We chose a combination. I enjoyed a draft beer of the sour berry variety along with, pizza, one of my favs... fried cheese curds. Others enjoyed burgers, pizza, wings, and pasta dishes. A congratulatory dessert concluded our celebration. A hit and run review is fitting for an establishment you can get in and out of as quick as you'd like, while enjoying consistent beverages and food.

The food was delicious. The wings were really good. I would definitely come back. The server was really nice.

We love this place. We ordered appetizers for happy hour. We got Miguels Queso with ground beef, Wisconsin cheese curds and Korean glazed Brussel Sprouts. I orderd an alcohol coconut drink that was amazing. All the Apps were full size and and absolutely delicious. Our server was so good. The friendliest and very kind. The ambiance was great. Clean and spacious.

Was in Sarasota for a work event and ended up at Yard House twice in the same day. For lunch I started with the Spicy Edamame and the Blackened Ahi Sashimi and loved both. After the event we made it in time I order happy hour food. Love the half of appetizers and pizza options. I had some Calamari and Loaded Pepperoni Pizza also loved both. I had to finish with a Chocolate Lava Cake. Service was great both times. For lunch we sat inside at a high top near the bar and later in the day we sat outside. The restaurant is huge and has plenty of parking.

Vampire Carnitas Tacos, loved, so good! Appetizer, Edamame - yummy

September 2025 Came here on a Sunday afternoon, it was busy but not overwhelming. Sat in a big booth in the bar, very comfortable. Football games were on and it was nice. Our server was very helpful & friendly. There is a lot of choices, the ones we narrowed down & ordered were all great choices. My husband got the barbecue chicken salad, said it was the best one he's ever had. Also ordered carnitas tacos, perfect and appetizers - edamame/ guacamole & chips .. two cocktails.. this was my favorite dining experience in a while.

Rolled into Yard House for some fuel before making the dreaded trip into the mall. Smartest decision of the day. The steak bowl was legit, and the poke salad was so fresh I half expected it to swim off the plate. Even their Coke deserves a medal. It was cold, fizzy, and absolutely on point. Yes, it was packed. No, I didn't wait forever. Huge win. The vibe is wild: classic rock videos on the screens, sports everywhere you look, and enough noise to remind you you're not at grandma's house. And of course, Yard House claims to have the "world's largest selection of beer on tap." Adorable flex...but I'm pretty sure Guinness might want to have a chat. All in all, solid food, fast service, and a great pit stop before mall chaos.

Living in central Florida on the Gulf Coast, we usually don't frequent restaurant chains as there are so many local places that are phenomenal. But, when it comes to Yard House, we make an exception. I have been to these in several parts of the country and they always outperform. Sarasota location being no exception. Atmosphere is always fun, service is always quick and friendly and just a great atmosphere to hang out with sports in the background. They also play old MTV videos with the music at just the right level to enjoy but not overwhelm. Food is always top notch. Lots of selections no matter if you're looking for appetizers, regular bar food or main dishes that are creative and well prepared. Obviously, beer selections on draft can't be beat. Never disappoints!

Second time here.... Food is awesome and service is above & beyond. Walking in gives you a lively jump and quite welcoming. Bar was full and we sat at a high top for lunch. James was our server and was polite, pleasant and very accommodating on our orders. My husband ordered their hamburger (without a bun). Our daughter ordered 10 wings, 1/2 spicy, 1/2 with an Asian sauce. The wings were of decent size & quite meaty. I ordered the Double BLT & sweet potato fries. Whatever we wanted to change... he was all in to make us happy !! The BLT full of nicely cooked bacon. I wanted extra crispy sweet tator fries.... No problem. I asked about the sauce for the sweet potatoes. He brought us a sample plate with Honey mustard, maple syrup & most surprising was the Blueberry ketchup. It was delicious and became the favorite. We all would order the same in a heartbeat.... AND ask for James. What a great guy !!!

Stopped by the Yard House while in Sarasota for dinner and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful everything was! We kicked things off with the crispy Brussels sprouts, and they were absolutely addictive. Perfectly roasted with a tangy glaze and a little crunch--honestly, one of the best Brussels sprouts appetizers I've had. For my entrée, I ordered the Lobster Garlic Noodles, and they did not disappoint. The dish was rich, buttery, and garlicky in the best way possible. The lobster was tender and generously portioned, paired with shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, and thick noodles that soaked up all that amazing sauce. It felt indulgent without being too heavy. The portion size was very generous (definitely enough to take some home!) The service was friendly and on point, even though the place was fairly busy and lively, but not overwhelming. Great spot if you're looking for a relaxed vibe and bold flavors. I highly recommend if you're craving something comforting but elevated! - The appetizers alone are worth the visit!

Good variety, consistent & tasty. EXCELLENT waiter, Caleb made the outing perfect. He knows this place and what it offers. He is an excellent spokesperson. On the ambience , comfortable & spacious. A bit loud but upbeat. A ''must do-drop-in ! A solid 3 stars & worth every sparkle.

Branden our server was awesome...attentive, friendly and very efficent. He was right on. Soups and my salad were delicious. Soups were nice and hot. All of our entrees were over the top delicious. I totally enjoyed the shrimp and grits...we don't get grits up north. Hubby thought his pork chop was Incredible and perfectly cooked. The Seabass also a winner and the crabcake was enjoyable for our fourth person. Usually just one meal is a standout but honestly all meals were standouts...but if I had to pick one it would be the pork chop. The restaurant is very comfortable, modern and a huge bar with comfy booths and lots of tables. Outside dining as well. Parking is tricky if the mall and Restaurants are crowded. I did see valet parking for $10 Saturday night. I would give lots more stars if I could bc this place hit the ball out of the park for us.

There were at least three hostesses/waiters/tresses greeting us at the door. It's more of an adult environment. Very nice! We ordered an app, the cornbread, their claim to fame. And it certainly was fantastic!!! I had the cowboy salad. It was all chopped up just how I like my salads. Perfect amount of ingredients, they didn't skimp! The only issue, and I could have asked for more, was they should bring a small side of dressing when they bring the salads out. Regardless the salad was yummy! The prices were steep but not any more than you would expect to pay in an upscale restaurant, $23. And, what I appreciated was they DO NOT INCLUDE AN AUTO GRATUITY! YAY!!! All of the food was delicious. They have a full bar and they also allow you to bring your own wine. No corkage fees. Great idea. I would say there were quite a few tables ordering drinks and drinking their own wine. The deserts are sinfully delicious, and huge. After a rich dinner, we shared two of them. The banana cream pie and key lime pie were equally good.

It was beautiful outside and luckily were offered an outdoor table (which was perfect as in inside seating area was very cold). We were sat (2ppl) and were about the 5th or 6th table outside. There was a table sitting next to us that had clearly finished their food and we're waiting to pay their check after about 15 minutes. The mother took the two other children and left the father there to pay the bill. About 10 minutes later, he ended up getting up and going inside to find a server. His new sword ever came outside. We sat at our table for probably 30 minutes and watched the host. Continue to see people outside filling it up. After about 35 minutes of nobody ever even approaching our table, we got up and left. I don't understand if you are short staffed why you would open an extra receiving area if you cannot service it? I have been there in the past and it has not ever been this bad. But after almost 45 minutes, I'm not even being acknowledged, we had to leave and find lunch somewhere else. To me, this was 100% on greedy management. You are not gonna increase your sales by filling up the restaurant and then not having enough service staff on duty to take care of it. I noticed another table also get up and walk towards their car after they saw us get up and leave. Not a manager in sight, not a server insight, just the continuing seating by a young man who was only doing what he was told to do, obviously without direction.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight…read more Earlier this week, I visited this establishment on both Monday and Tuesday and received attentive service. However, my experience on Wednesday was completely unacceptable. When I walked in and stood at the bar, there was a white female bartender and a Hispanic male bartender working. The female bartender made no effort whatsoever to acknowledge my presence. She did not greet me, ask if I needed anything, or even make eye contact. Instead, she simply moved to another register and ignored me entirely. The only reason I was eventually served was because the Hispanic male bartender noticed me, because he came in, greeted me, and promptly took my drink order. He was professional, attentive, and the only bright spot of an otherwise terrible experience. As a patron staying at the hotel next door and someone who has spent money at this establishment multiple times this week, I find this level of service unacceptable. There are plenty of bars in the area with staff who understand basic customer service and know how to treat guests with respect. I don't know the name of the female bartender who ignored me, but based on this experience alone, I would not recommend visiting on Wednesday nights--or any night she is working. Customers deserve to be acknowledged and treated with courtesy, and unfortunately that was not the case tonight.
