His first plate came out incorrect, but our server fixed it right away, and the manager personally checked in to make sure everything was perfect. They didn't just correct the order, they made sure he had everything he needed to enjoy his breakfast and gave him another french toast. As we were leaving, the manager literally ran outside to hand us extra dog treats. Small gesture, big impact. These are the little acts of kindness that make you want to return.
