My company catered food from here earlier this week. First off, the food here is actually pretty good. The mushrooms, green beans, carrots, and brown rice were all really great, and would recommend these items in your meal. As for the meat, (I'm a vegetarian) the tofu has a good taste to it, but they don't cook it. The tofu had that gross super soft texture like it came out of the packaging. If you like that kind of tofu, you will enjoy there tofu, but I don't care for it. Overall, a good place to eat. The food is here tasty, but I prefer my tofu fried, and not soft. read more

This is one of my main "go-to" places for healthy food. The concept is based around bowls, where you pick your base (noodles, rice, quinoa), then your vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, green breads etc.) and then your proteins (range of chickens, tuna...). Everything on the menu is gluten free, and freshly sourced and everything is cooked on premises. At peak times there is a line but service tends to be fast. You can get a big bowl for around $10. They also have a range of smoothies and juices too. The only downside is that portions can vary from server to server, so sometimes it's more filling than others, but I've always enjoyed the food here. They also have a parking lot with lots of parking spaces and it's very close to a range of shops and other other eateries. read more

Best option for quick healthy meals. The team there is very efficient and kind. The almond chicken is fantastic and the steak is always cooked perfectly. I could eat here daily and not get sick of it! read more

The food is amazing, especially if you are gluten free. Thd almond chicken is delicious with sweet potato noodles...I have noticed the portion sizes decline tremendously which is irritating. read more

i love fresh kitchen and come here often. the only protein i will eat is the steak so i am always okay with paying the up charge, there was a wait for steak today because it is a very popular choice and with my very small wait of only about 3-5 minutes for the steak to finish cooking the manager came over and was very apologetic of the time i had to wait for the steak and offered me a drink on him. i absolutely loved the hospitality of this manager and was very pleased with how attentive he was. it didn't go unnoticed and it was very appreciated. i turned down his generous offer because i thought it was wrong of me to turn down a drink at the register and then turn around and get one for free but managers like him are what keep customers and employees happy. thank you so much! read more

I like Fresh Kitchen, I don't love it. For me the 4 bowl is fine. I like the kale salad, brown or coconut rice, Almond chicken is really the best and the basil mushrooms. It's right in my neighborhood and I do go every few weeks. Sometimes walking in it smells funky. I do not like when restaurants don't smell like good food. I have also seen the staff add fresh food to food that was sitting in the bowls way too long and stir it up. This was a turn off. They have a very young staff who are friendly, but I don't know how "clean" they are. read more

I worked with a collegiate rowing team. We traveled 35 people to the Sarasota area in late May for the NCAA championships. I ordered a team meal from Fresh Kitchen with about a weeks notice and the team loved it. All the food was hot and ready to go as we ordered when I arrived for pick up but bowls were not labeled. Other than that the team loved it! I highly suggest Fresh Kitchen for a quick meal when passing through or visiting. Lots of nutritious options for athletes- especially those with dietary restrictions! read more

Awesome food! Super quick, order at the counter and then sit where ever and eat! 10/10 recommend

When I take people here I always refer to it as a "healthy chipotle." It's really refreshing eating at an establishment like this. The sweet potato noodles and the Parmesan broccoli are cult favorites, highly recommend trying those two. The chicken is almost always a safe bet here especially when accompanied with the creamy white ginger sauce read more

We came here a few months after they opened. Everyone got food poisoning after eating there. Including our 2 year old toddler and we all had different meals. I ordered the tuna with yam noodle, husband ordered the chicken with brown rice and baby had the broccoli, chicken and mushrooms. read more

This place is a rising star or should be. If you care about real food, eating clean, healthy, and doing it all while tasting good then you need to stop going to Chipotle and start going to Fresh Kitchen (if you have the option). Currently this is only an option for residents of the Greater St. Pete/Tampa area but hopefully this will continue to grow beyond this region because I would go here all the time if I had this in Charlotte. I went and had the steak bowl with almond chicken and quinoa and it was magnificent! Not to mention the fact that for under $13 I was able to get fresh cooked steak, chicken and sweet potatoes all in the same meal served in less than 5 minutes. They also have some very creative items like sweet potato noodles and a vast array of tasty dressings to which you can flavor your bowl with. Food: 9/10 Health: 10/10 Value: 9/10 Overall: 9/10 Will return! read more

I usually love fresh kitchen but today I went to the one in Sarasota. I was very disappointed in the food. Blackened Chicken was dry and the food was tasteless. My friend had the noodles and again it was not very good. I will not be returning to this location as the food is not good compared to the St Pete location. read more

Favorite place ever! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is always super helpful. Everything on the menu is great, especially the kale slaw and almond chicken. I definitely recommend if you want a quick, healthy meal. read more

Excellent food, excellent flavor, good service, good portion size, and was able to accommodate our nutritional needs. Highly recommend.

Quick, fast, effective and great food. Teas and lemonades are amazing. My kids love it.

Pretty disappointed. I didn't realize that everything was going to be a one flavor note. The Sweet potato noodles that look like rice noodles, were saturated in a smoky, sesame oil flavor. The mushrooms had a teriyaki flavor to it and the green beans had sesame seed and teriyaki. Since I am vegan I couldn't eat the broccoli because they put Parmesan cheese on it. Almost all the sauces were of Asian flavor. My mistake was having the coconut and ginger rice before I realized how the veggies were prepared. The kale slaw was ehhh because it was the last scoop. Didn't take cauliflower potato mash because it was nasty looking last scoop. Husband waited for fresh which was good but the rest of the meal was cold. Waited almost 8 minutes for them. The sweet potato slices were pretty dried out. By reading the reviews, I was really looking forward to seeing Fresh and tasting fresh. It was not. I must of missed the description where this was an Asian type restaurant. BTW... all the proteins had teriyaki or some type of hot spicy flavor to it. Not sure I would return. read more

This was such a nice stop for a filling and satisfying lunch that wasn't too heavy!! The atmosphere is super comfortable while still being nice and open, very modern and cute decor. Ordering was very simple and they had just enough options to give you variety yet not overwhelm you. I would highly recommend checking this place out!! The entire time my friend and I were there we were talking about how we want one where we live! read more

This place was incredible! As soon as you walk in you can see the fresh ingredients. As a new customer feeling very unsure about what I should get the offer samples! Which was such a plus because I knew I would like my bowl prior to eating it. Everyone was very friendly and the juices were so refreshing when paired with the bowl. I food was well priced and I honestly believe Fresh Kitchen is the healthier taster version of chipotle. read more

FOOD POISONING BEWARE. View other customers complaining about food poisoning in photo attached. I ordered the six bowl yesterday, bbq chicken, parmesan broccoli, basil mushroom, cauliflower mash, sweet potato noodles, and coconut Sriracha dressing. The chicken was very burnt I ate half of it it was crispy and dry and something was off. About ten minutes after eating my stomach instantly bloated and was painful. I was sick all night. That was my last meal FROM FRESH KITCHEN. I reported it to poison control. Please review the several food poisoning reports already and food violations of undercooked meat. In this case I don't know what was wrong with the food other then it made me violently ill. read more

Simple healthy food with good knowledge on flavors and spices. Not too heavy on the stomach and plenty of options to choose from. Price is high but food tastes real and drinks are pure. Overall a good place if you want to keep things light and healthy. Just keep in mind the calories are still high on their foods considering the amount of sauce they use on the proteins. Cant blame them because it makes the food taste better for the majority. I recommend this place if you want "healthy". However the only right way to have a clean diet is to cook your own food and see what works for you. read more

Fresh Kitchen is definitely a great option for fast, healthy food, especially in comparison to other nearby options. However, as a vegan, I find it odd that their romaine and kale salads aren't vegan. They add honey to it, which ethical reasons aside, I don't like because I don't want unnecessary sugar with my greens. Their veggies also feel overly oily a lot of the time, but I'll still stop by in a pinch. Love the added salsa and avocado at the end. read more

We catered a staff lunch at Church of Hope. The Catering Manager delivered it personally. The food was amazing! It was piping hot when it arrived! Salmon, steak and BBQ chicken were all very delicious! Definitely will call Fresh Kitchen at Cooper Creek to cater our events again! read more

Stopped by here while visiting in Orlando. We opted for this place because of the veggie options. The food was pretty good. It wasn't the tastiest food I've had, but it was quick, healthy, and fairly well seasoned. Just not the best seasoning I've had. Also, I don't feel right giving this place 5 stars because none of the employee were super friendly. It was your mediocre "Hi, what do you want?" Would I visit this place again? Probably if I were in the area and wanted something quick to eat. read more

Lots of good healthy options here!! This was my second time back here and I always enjoy it! They let you taste things and everything has good flavor! I got the noodle base, cauliflower and broccoli and chicken in my bowl. Really tastey and fun after! There is a wide variety of drinks too! If you're looking for something quick, healthy and yummy this is you're place! read more

Omg! This is amazing!!! Food is incredible and YES Fresh LOL. SOOO MUCH GOOD Food! I'm busy eating so I will say you must come if you love fresh veggies, chicken, tuna and more. It can be difficult to find the first time. Across the street from UTC mall and directly across from Pier 1 Imports. Park in back. Sooooo good!!! Gotta go and eat this amazing food! read more

This place has huge potential. The flavors are excellent and it's a good menu. However, everything is ruined because its burnt. Not just a little charred on spots, but big pieces of burnt charcoal food that dominates the flavor of everything. Too bad, because on the nonburnt pieces the flavor was really good. And, I'm not sure what the thinking is here, but the salad greens are put on the bottom of the bowl beneath the hot food, which makes it a wilted mess. Not sure what to do with the salad dressing because the greens are inaccessible. MILLENNIAL ALERT: Good luck explaining the problem with the food to staff or to get the greens out from under all the hot food. They're millennials and unable to comprehend anything but their process. They tried to say it's a flavor preference but it isn't. I had fruitless conversation reminiscent of the conversations Luke Wilson had with people in the movie Idiocracy about how to hydrate crops. Recommend you look at the food before you commit. Everything is black/burnt and staff thinks that's a preference. read more

I would give this establishment a five star rating if it were not for the fact that I waited almost 40 minutes for a family meal that I ordered upon arrival. That kind of way for food that's basically already made is completely unacceptable. read more

Just stopped in for the first time to one of these places had a almond chicken sweet potatoes and brown rice everything was very good my wife had blackened chicken with brussels sprouts and quinoa no service a line like chipotle has long line but everything moved really quick we won't even in the line 5 minutes easy five star read more

I am not a big eater but I can honestly say this place gives very small portions for what you are paying for. Food is decent but a better meal with larger portions could be found elsewhere. Would not go back. read more

What a find. This place was excellent... super fresh food, vegan options and speedy service. It's a walk-thru service counter, like a Chipotle, where you start with base greens, add veggies and protein. I opted for the steak ($1.50 extra) but it was excellent. The regulars in line could whip thru the selections and be eating in less than five minutes. Looks like a local chain (Tampa?) but I sure wish they'd expand to the Norheast! read more

While the healthy food is appreciated and the see through cooler shows all the fresh veg I found the staff to lack experience. Food looked very dry. It was tasty but it was like it was sitting too long. We were rushed through the small line and found the same as another reviewer that one staff member was asking what we wanted before the other was finished. The cashier was in the moon and even charged us for the customer behind without asking. Then left our food in the back and we had to reach over and grab it as he just left without even saying anything. Then as we were filling our drinks they came over and mentioned that they over charged us. Took my credit card and returned. No receipt so I can only assume I was charged correctly this time. My wife loved it while I just did not care for it and probably won't return unless the staff improves. Maybe just opening week fumbles but I think the opening week needs to be stellar otherwise bad marks stick. read more
