This neighborhood coffee and pastry shop has become a regular visit for us. I'm normally not a big pastry eater but some friends brought us a box and now I'm addicted!! I can't stop :( the staff is always so friendly and on point. Thanks for all the great extra calories I don't need read more

I'm a big fan of Fresh Flours and this location is great. Right near the Beacon Hill light rail. The coffee is excellent, and the tasty pastries compliment them well. My husband is a huge fan of French macarons and he can't go in here without getting at least one -- definitely try the yuzu and the cappucine...just not together. My only complaint is that the space is particularly small and when folks are holding ground with laptops and headphones, it can be tough to find a place to sit. read more

One of my favorite cafés. Food is delicious. There's a variety of sweet and savory pastries. The croissants are warm and has a flaky texture. Fresh Flours consistently makes delicious coffee. Flavor fresh and strong (just right and not too much). The setting is enjoyable. The tables are next to the windows. So I get a bright view as I work here. There are also blinds if you like the dark. The people are very friendly. I don't know how they can work long days and still have so much charisma. read more

Yasssss!!! LOVE their croissants and bake goods. It's incredible and I will say they make the best croissants in town! I have been there so many times after I moved closer to their Beacon Hill location. Even I tried to control my intake of carbs... I just can't but to have one or two every week. The fact that I still crave for their bake goods even I always go there is crazy! Their vegan coconut oats cookies and plain croissant are probably my two favs there. The croissant is so flaky, so buttery but not too much that make your hands oily, great fluffy in the middle and the flavor! Blew my mind every time. Light but satisfied. The coconut oats is a perfect amount of almost cakey but crunchy. Coffee is pretty good too. They use stumptown coffee and that's a stable good one. Now much about it but def good enough for the Seattle standard. Definitely recommend! I actually brought my friends and family here and they all love their pastries. COME! and come early... they win out quite a lot during the day and you might not able to have as much to choose from! read more

The best chai lattes!!! We kept coming back, even after buying a latte elsewhere we were disappointed and went to Fresh Flours. Thankful to Yelp that we found FF on our first day in Seattle. Truly #1 in that part of town. read more

This coffee shop and bakery is definitely a gem in West Seattle. Their bakery items can't be beat, and their coffee and lattes are authentic. There's nothing I hate more than espresso soup, and this place gives me a CREAMY yummy latte with real creamy espresso. The patio is dog friendly and they have dog treats inside. It gets busy on weekends, so get there early!! read more

Fresh Flours is a modern cafe bakery with an industrial ambiance within. I did not get to try the pastries today, though they do look like flaky goodness. I stopped in to meet a friend and just grabbed a latte. They do have a nice selection of non-dairy including: soy, oat, coconut and hemp milks. What's also nice is they have a rotating menu for flavored lattes. Currently on special is eggnog, pumpkin pie, and lavender honey. Aside from coffee drinks, they do have a small selection of teas on their menu. The cafe is clean with friendly staff. On this Saturday parking was easy to find on the street and free. I'll plan on coming back to try something from their bakery selection. read more

A nice lil coffee oasis in Beacon Hill. Got that grunge, I like that with my coffee sometimes. Creative coffee shop grub. Nuff said.

This is my new favorite bakery/cafe in Seattle!! I love their matcha cookies and danish pastries which are not too sweet and nicely crisp on the outside. Service is super friendly!!! Love this place and am so happy to have discovered them!! Will be retuning on a regular basis read more

This place is so cute! My drink (8 oz oat milk mocha) was $5.25, which was a little much for my pocket. It was delicious, though. The bathroom is nice and clean and we appreciated their efforts to be environmentally friendly. There is not a ton of seating inside, so the tables outside were our only option. It was cold and windy but honestly, that's what you can expect with Seattle weather. It's a cute little spot in Beacon Hill, and they have free WiFi! read more

Cute little place. Quiet, decent for getting some work done. I first discovered it when I was trying to waste time before my hair appointment across the street at Salon Nouveau. Now I'm addicted and go every time I'm in the area. Pastry selection is great! Last time my mom and I got almond croissant and the pear pastry. Both were very delicious. Almond croissant was a bit sweeter than I was used to. I personally love the French bakery almond croissants, but these were still pretty tasty. Latte foam art was beautiful. I got a picture of their green tea latte and it was equally delightful. Till next time Fresh Flours! Thanks for feeding my caffeine and macaron addition. P.S. Macarons are $1.40 people! Fresh Flours - Almond croissant, Green Tea Latte & Pear pasty. Three of my favorites. Green Tea Latte is just one of the reasons I come back for. - Bakeries Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Simple pleasures. Nice clean corner coffee shop with a tasteful selection of fresh baked edibles. Free wifi and comfortable to lounge around for a bit, although there are not enough places to sit. Has what you want, while being different enough from the Starbucks mold. read more

Finally stopped in the Fresh Flours on Beacon Hill with the kiddo. He was drawing and me Yelping on their free WiFi. Clearly a well visited neighborhood location with both indoor and outdoor seating. Stuffed from other earlier stops in Columbia City and Beacon Hill. However, they do have a great variety of baked goods...same product line I'm familiar with from their Phinney Ridge site. They are the ones who taught me to be inventive with tea in shortbread and adding chocolate chips to banana bread. A big plus, they use Stumptown beans for their coffee drinks. Fresh Flours becomes another recommended stop on my list of favorite indie cafes in Seattle's Beacon Hill, Columbia City, Hillman City, Rainier Beach, and Seward Park neighborhoods. Maybe I should rethink being in the northend! read more

This is hands-down my favorite café in all of Seattle! The espresso drinks are nothing special, but their food and pastry offerings make up for it plus a ton more. I was instantly addicted to the Azuki red bean croissant and the red bean bars (because I love red bean in almost anything sweet). The sandwiches wee also delish and the perfect portion sizes. I also recommend the ham and cheese croissant and, well, let's just say anything edible in this shop is good. read more

Cute coffee shop in North Beacon Hill. I decided to pick the prettiest thing in their pastry case and went with their kouign-amann. For the uninitiated (basically me before the pandemic when eating became my only hobby), kouign-amann is rich, buttery, and basically a crispy caramelized croissant. This is good, but I've had better in the International District. The barista here was super friendly and the coffee shop itself was cute, so maybe I'll come back and try something else. read more

Best coffee shop I've had during my stay in Seattle. I stayed in Capitol Hill during my whole stay and was around Downtown a lot. Let's just say i was disappointed with the coffee everywhere I was trying. Don't get me wrong, the coffee was good, just not to the expectations I had after everyone consistently talked up Seattle coffee shops. Then I came to Fresh Flours in North Beacon Hill and my mind was blown. It was very very delicious. It's hard to find a shop that has it's pastries and coffee on the same level playing field. They go hand in hand and if I'm treating myself out to a nice cup of coffee, I'd like a nice pastry to go along with it and complete the experience. Fresh Flours is incredible. It's a small shop with indoor and outdoor seating. A lot of bright natural lighting and easy access to the North Beacon Hill Link Station. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful. My personal favorite pastry is the Twice Baked Chocolate Almond Croissant :) Highly Recommend this place. read more

Came in and was out the door within minutes! So quick there was not a line on a wednesday afternoon when I came in, but since I work at the salon across the street I do see that it gets pretty busy in there! I was happy to see they still had a lot of their macarons left and almost all of the pastries stocked up. They have matcha items here, iced and hot matcha lattes (yay), matcha cookies, matcha macarons, and matcha and red bean muffin! The staff was really nice as well and they have some seating, but nothing to really depend on if you wanna seat in. I like how the pastries are behind the big clear glass so I could easily see all of it and the labels as well. read more

This place is so great I was compelled to write a review-- just so I could give them five stars. Great selection of delicious pastries and single serve baked goods. It is not quantity over quality, but quantity and quality. I recommend the rhubarb gallete! Guys working behind counter also very friendly! read more

This place sucks. They are always out of the GOOD pastries and left with the stuff nobody wants. Almost every time I go, there are customers in line who have to change their order based on what is available. I don't understand why they don't produce more of the customer favorites. After getting fed up with this happening at every location (west seattle, SLU, beacon hill), I have decided not to go back here anymore. When they ARE in stock, they have a few really exceptional pastries. read more

Oat milk latte was delicious. It was so smooth and creamy. Not too pricey either. Parking seems a bit challenging but it's all neighborhood so it's free for 2 hours. This place is such a gem in Beacon Hill. I've been here 5 or 6 times. I've gotten something different each time, and am consistently amazed and content. Okay this cafe has been my favorite cafe up until now. And I've never been one of those ppl who leave bad reviews of some places they don't like, but here's what happened today (3/27 wed) I went in for a green tea latte and there was this person who the barista was talking to. And I thought 'okay. The barista must be making the drink this person ordered.' Turns out I was wrong. This person standing before me never ordered anything and yet, their conversation went on. In the meantime, the barista never even acknowledged me. After five good minutes, the friend the barista was catching up with finally left. And it was my turn to order and I thought she'd at least say sorry, but no she asked me how my day was going and just took my order as if nothing happened. Any decent person would've taken my order first and paused their conversation for a min, but this barista didn't even have the decency to say sorry to me after making me wait for five freaking good minutes. I hope she has some decency to say sorry when she needs to and provides better service. read more

It is so lovely sitting outside Fresh Flours while eating delicious pastries and petting all the dogs. Beacon Hill is lucky.

Cute little coffee shop to get some great coffee and delicious pastries. Stopped in really quick to get a small chai, almond croissant and the twice baked chocolate croissant. The chai had the perfect amount of spice and it wasn't too sweet. Both croissants were delicious, cream inside was sooo good, and even better when warmed up just a little bit in the microwave. I shared the croissants with co-workers since they were both pretty big in size. The twice baked chocolate croissant was by far the winner. I don't know man, maybe it's the chocolate that got me, but I'll definitely be back for that! They also serve Japanese fusion pastries and drinks if that interests you such as matcha cookies, matcha muffins, etc. There is free wifi if you need internet to study and do some work. It seems like it would be a relaxing place to study or get some reading done with your coffee. However, seating is limited since the place is not that big. There is outside seating available if the sun is out! Finding street parking is kind of hard since it's located in an apartment complex but if you get lucky you'll find a spot in the surrounding neighborhoods. read more

This little spot has a wide array of baked goods and drinks. It seems like a good place to study because there are outlets for your laptops and has free Wi-Fi. It's a small place so seating areas may be limited when it's during peak hours. Onto the food and drink I ordered: Green Tea Latte: At first glance, the latte art was not appealing where it looked the barista gave up 2 seconds in, but that's the least of my worries. Once I had my first sip, I didn't care about the appearance of it because the taste made up for it and more. Some places skimp on the matcha powder, but not this place. It was earthy and had the perfect amount of sweetness where it wasn't drowned in sweeteners so that's a big thumbs up. It is a must-have if you're into matcha! Almond Croissant: It has a flaky and extra crunchy top outer shell contrasted with a soft bottom and inside. It's denser than your average croissant and has a cream filling. The cream filling is sweet with a slightly grainy texture. The croissant is huge! It might be good to split among two people because it was filling and I personally got tired of it halfway in, but it was still a delicious croissant. Macarons: I bought the passion fruit, earl grey, caramel espresso, yuzu, black currant, raspberry, and green tea flavored ones. The macarons are slightly smaller than the average macaron, but they're only $1.50 each so it was fair. My favorites are the yuzu, earl grey, and green tea. They are very sweet and packed with flavor. read more

I'm writing this as I'm enjoying their chocolate almond croissant. What is going on with this thing? It's so crispy, flaky, buttery, tender -- and the chocolate inside is perfectly bittersweet! It's genius. All of their pastries are perfect. Their cold brew is consistently strong. And their staff are always kind, warm, and generous with their words and presence (it's like they've brought them in from the Midwest their so wonderfully friendly). read more

I was excited to hear that a coffee shop was open in Beacon Hill. It's bright, spacious and they have outdoor seating. The staff seemed preoccupied the day we stopped in. We didn't order any, but the baked goods looked tasty. They serve Stumptown Coffee. I had an Americano and I have to say I'm not a fan of this coffee. Maybe it was the particular variety or roast? The location is convenient so I'll probably come back to try the pastries and perhaps some tea. read more

Ok, I know it's a chain - but what a perfect gem Fresh Flours is in Beacon Hill. Close proximity to the LINK station earns this location extra points. Baked goods are all so delicious. They offer yuzu and green tea flavors for macarons and delicious matcha, sesame and almond cookies. The matcha latte is great too. I didn't need to use Wifi there so I don't know about the reliability, but it seems like people were working diligently while I was there so I guess that's a positive too. Will be back! Their baked goods are just too delicious to resist. read more

Updated! Even though I was over charged the first time, it never happens again. I become a long term customer. Their baristas are always very friendly and make me feel they want to build a good relationship with customers. The experience you have here is not what you will get from Starbucks. Too bad I don't work in that area anymore, but always stop by when I am around. The food was good but they over-charged me! :( I didn't know they had a happy hour with 50% off pastries so I didn't catch that they actually put two more pastries on my check which offset the discount I received. I feel they are not honest doing business. read more

This is just opening up and should be on the radar in a week or so. Got some macarons to nibble. Brown and red ones (yes, I should know the flavors.) Super soft and maybe a wee bit sweet. Still, we're talking goodness. They were a bit pricey, but you have to pay for goodness. read more

In the area and stopped by to get some macarons. I just got them to go so didn't really stay in the store or order anything else. They had a good selection of bakery items as well as the macarons. We picked and assortment and they were delicious. Each flavor tasted like they were supposed to but with the utmost freshness and buttery like filling. Earl grey was delightful the black currant sensational and passion fruit out of this world flavor. I will be definitely stopping by again to try some of their other items in the near future. read more

I was looking for a nice spot to take a meeting, and so I decided to meet my friend and collaborator here. We purchased a pot of green tea and found a spot outside to set up the laptop in the sunshine. It worked out super well, though we didn't get super great wifi outside. Inside, the menu is full of glutenous items that look amazing. I wasn't eating gluten at the time (and hardly do now) but couldn't really eat anything there though I wanted to. The tea was AWESOME though and I'm so glad they had a super good kind. The space is cute and modern inside. They only had a few tables available so that's why we went outside (and we didn't want to disturb anyone else with our call). The restrooms are well kept as well. And it's located just a block away from a bunch of other restaurants (Tacos Chukis anyone?) We stepped over there for a quick bite after our meeting :) I'd definitely return here for a chai or another cup of tea! Or to spend some nice time taking a meeting out in the sun! read more

What can I say... Get the Azuki red bean croissant. It's seriously one of the best croissants I've had in my life, and I eat a lot of croissants. The red bean and the croissant just works. The powder sugar on the outside of the croissant adds a delicious sweetness to the croissant when you bite in and haven't hit the red bean goodness yet. The red bean is sweet, but not overly sweet where you have to sip coffee to prevent sugar overload. I wish we had this croissant in Boston. Boston has a lot of bakeries, but no croissant can even compare. Heck, I like this croissant more than the ones I've had in France. I bought one Azuki red bean croissant to-go before leaving Seattle, but I'm scared that it's not enough. As I'm on my way to the airport, I'm seriously scared that I'll regret not buying 5 of these to-go. read more

Stopped in for coffee. First time visiting this location. Ordered my drink and waited, noticed several "customers" sitting in comfortable seats near windows, looking at Phones reading the paper etc. Then one of the people, I thought was a customer gets up, sipping his drink, walks behind the counter and starts making drinks. "I'll help you with that, he tells the Barista". NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS, NEVER TOUCHED HAND SANITIZER. REALLY!!!!! We are still in times of Covid people!!!
