Their green tea latte and almond croissant are amazing! The latte is not overly sugary and still has that refreshing green tea flavor. The almond croissant is perfectly flakey and layered with crisp almond pieces on top. I'm a fan of most of the baked goods here - they're a blend of French and Japanese baking styles and flavors that's right up my taste buds' alley. Definitely recommend!! read more

I can't believe that we actually have to have a discussion about what coffee house to go to on Beacon Hill. Fresh Flours is a welcome addition to the dilemma. Good coffee and a tasty bakery selection, we head here for special treats. read more

Today was my second visit. This is next to the beacon hill rail stop. The staff are very nice and there are no customers at 7am!! I've had a latte each time and the coffee is sublime. They recommended a custard almond pastry that was delicious. I will probably spend a fortune here, and I will gain a few pounds with all the good looking baked goods read more

This sweet coffee place has become my all-time favorite. Great cold brew, tea, baked goods and lunch items is extra wonderful thanks to Renaldo!! He's friendly and kind, and always smiling. It's baristas like Renaldo that make an establishment a real destination. Thanks, Renaldo! For your happy competent service and always making my day. Cheers!! read more

Great tea lattes, and vegan sandwiches and bagels with cream cheese for the vegans. If your diet is a bit more flexible, the pastries look amazing, too. Plenty of power outlets. read more

So cute! I wish I lived closer. Yummy macaroons and nice vibe inside. Cons: hard to find parking

This place is the best! I come here and have wonderful breakfast sandwiches on a bagel or a flaky croissant!!! The coffee here is great, with cold brew you can't go wrong!! They have tons of fresh baked goods to choose from, if this place was next door to me I'd always be here!! read more

Delicious pastries, yummy coffee! What's not to like? I had a cinnamon bun and it did not disappoint! Light, fluffy bread with a thick, delicious cream cheese frosting-to die for!! read more

Drove by the bakery many times. Discovered the new bakery after hearing so many good reviews! Great variety of breakfast pastries, small treats plus coffee & tea on the menu. Macaroons are very very tempting next to the fresh pastries. The green tea latte was just perfect! The chocolate croissant was amazing! Good, patient and polite customer service by the barista. Going back for another visit to get macaroons! read more

Beacon Hill location- Enjoyed their pastries. Particularly fond of the twiced bake croissant and green tea latte! Tried different croissants too, I thought they were flaky but lacked a little bit of buttery taste that I got with other croissants. Green tea cookie and muffin were so-so. Oh and the server was a little snarky too. Definitely didn't give me that "good morning" vibe. read more

The chocolate almond croissant is my coworkers favorite! I always stop by for a nice latte and delicious pastry to treat myself. The staff is pleasant and welcoming. Wish it was a little faster service but when it's a crowded cafe they can only do so much. Favorite coffee spot around my home! read more

It's always shocking to me how unfriendly the people are that work here. Maybe being new to Seattle having recently moved from San Diego I'm just more used to sunnier dispositions? But I've been to other shops here and am greeted with a smile and hello. I literally am the first one to say hello and ask how are you every time I walk into this place. The last time I went the guy looked up at me as I walked in and then looked down until I approached the counter and I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE! So strange. Also they're doing what a bunch of places have caught onto which is keeping the check out dock on the other side of the glass (as if that's really keeping them from getting COVID) when we all know it's just a trick to get you to ackwardly put a tip on the tab since they ask you- would you like to add a tip *for my bad service*? Either way the coffee is good and the treats are no le painer but for a local shop it's fine read more

Great place! Awesome pastries! I tried the pear Danish and it was scrumptious! My husband had the twice baked almond croissant and that was so delicious! I will definitely be coming back daily while I'm here. read more

Made a stop here because my work day was a bit slow since I had to wait for a client. Anyway, I came in a bit skeptical because I was wondering, given it's located in Beacon Hill, if it was going to still have that community feel. I walked in, ordered a snack, had some tea, and sat for awhile. They had art made my local artists on the wall, music wasn't too overpowering... it felt nice to sit here AND their chocolate croissant was soooooo good. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area. read more

I loved this place. It has a nice calm vibe with decor to match. The coffee is great, but the pastries are the real treat here. I love it because there are good vegetarian options. read more

This place have great coffee and delicious hot chocolate. Pastry is also very yummy. I'm in love with outdoor sitting area. The only problem I see is lack of garbage outside ( you have to go in to clean up)and missing changing table in the bathroom. Had to change my baby on the floor and it wasn't cool. read more

They have such yummy macaroons!! I love them, they're fairly small but still so delicious I have to buy a bunch of them. I really loved the raspberry or passion fruit macaroon the best! Although the green tea one wasn't how I expected. Cute little shop, I stop by for macaroons and sweets all the time! read more

been spotting this place for many times and finally tried it today. first I really liked their wide range of pastry options. Half of the options seems to be croissant variety like almond croissants or chocolate croissants or croissants pretzels and etc. but I happened to love croissants so works for me! ( makes me wonder if they bake their own pastry thou looking at their shop name....) my 8oz latte was good too. Two shots of stumptown without extra charge. I recommend this place. read more

Was visiting and stopped in here for a quick coffee and breakfast. The coffee was great and their pastries were yummy as well. Pretty decent service. The cashier was super nice, the barista seemed a little meh, as if slightly impatient. I would go back again. read more

I love the pastries and coffee but the poor service is frustrating. I've let past issues slide. Today I bought two croissants and 8oz coffee to go. The drip coffee is self serve which is fine, but the counter was out of 8oz lids. When I asked the "worker" behind the counter if they had the appropriate size lids, he acted as if I asked him for a kidney. He seemed irritated that he'd have to go to the back room for a lid. This type of thing happens a lot at the Beacon Hill store. read more

The macaroons absolutely crushed it. They are serving the best coffee (stumptown) with the best pastries and goodies all while have a great location on the hill. Love it! read more

This place has delicious and unusual pastries. Good service, as well. A great addition to Beacon Hill.

Love everything about this place! The staff is awesome, so friendly and fun. Good coffee and AMAZING pastries. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend! read more

Great coffee, outstanding pastries, great views and a great neighborhood feel. Just a great little spot all around.

Service & Wait Time was quick, and quality was great! I'm so glad to have a local coffee shop that makes amazing coffee! Also they have macaroons, who says no to macaroons? read more

Being brand new to the Hill (vicariously through my daughter) I was looking for a favorite bakery (first things first!) and hit the jackpot with this one. I LOVE that the goodies are reasonably sized and priced, allowing me to indulge on a regular basis. When a treat is $6 and a day's worth of calories I'll go very seldom, but at 80 cents and a handful of delicious bites??? I'm SO there every time I'm in town! Can't wait to return. read more

A wonderful new addition to the neighborhood. They are using Stumptown roasts and the baristas know how to pull a proper latte. The baked goods are outstanding and near irresistible. So far the staff has been friendly, focused and welcoming and they keep the place clean. I only wish they had a bit bigger space for more seating. That being said, I've always found a seat. read more

They serve Stumptowm coffee, neat and comfy new coffee place. Nice selection of pastries, French style. read more

A lovely little coffee shop with skilled baristas and a great selection of delicious pastries and macarons. The lattes they serve up are perfection. Try the caramelized onion croissant; it is an absolute delight! read more

I downloaded Yelp just to talk about this place, I loved it that much. This cafe has everything from pastries to breakfast sandwiches to lunch items, all of which are simply delicious. For all my fellow coffee lovers, the drip coffee is absolutely fantastic. Located just a short walk from the Beacon Hill Link station, Fresh Flours is very convenient for commuters. read more

Nice atmosphere to stroll into pre-coffee. Beautiful sun light. Good coffee and plenty of seating. Great pastries and breakfast foods!!

Green tea latte.. YES. I enjoy the variety of baked goods with creative flavor options. The macaroons are a nice touch. Nice service, but a slightly small space. Well designed though. The outdoor seating is great but on a busy corner so not necessarily peaceful. Overall a wonderful neighborhood cafe! read more

I went with my BF to take his mom to the dentist. We dropped her off and decided to have breakfast somewhere close by. This happened to be close. We did have to park quite a way, but the actual location was not bad. The shop was super cute, but small. we ordered our food and drinks, but quickly noticed that there were not many places to sit. There were quite a few patrons and none looked like they were going to be getting up any time soon. Many seemed like regulars and almost all were focused in other things besides eating (working on computers, etc.). There were a few tables outside and the cutest dog attached to one of them. One of the barista's let us know that we could sit outside if we didn't mind and she was nice enough to clear the tables for us. She had let us know that the dog belonged to someone who was already inside and no one was using the table the dog was next to. We were able to enjoy the weather and hang out with the super friendly dog. It was like he wasn't even there. I would definitely come back. read more

I love the pastries here and the friendly staff who greets me every morning as I come in to pick up my daily azuki bean ration. I'd love to stick around, linger a while to people watch or stare at traffic and enjoy my pastries but the VENTILATION in this place is just TERRIBLE! I always leave the place smelling like burnt oil even if I'm just there for a a few minutes. read more

The workers are nice and the bread. I like how it's small and there are chairs outside

This place is adorable and a welcome addition to Beacon Hill. The coffee is great and so is the food. My ONLY problem is the acoustics in this joint. It is SO loud if the employees are bussing dishes and people talking. Also, they could seriously use some sort of window blinds. The sun shines right in and it's hard to see when it does. I feel like an turd complaining about sunshine in Seattle, but they need something on the windows. Try the baked almond croissant! read more

Nice neighborhood coffee spot - friendly and talented baristas. They do good macchiatos and have great baked goods. Not as wild about the breakfast and lunch options (sandwiches, yogurt, hard boiled eggs) especially if you're trying to do low-carb. (To be fair, most people don't go to a place called "Fresh Flours" if you're trying to go low-carb). Gets crowded quick, especially on rainy days. A couple of guys hang out and do crossword puzzles every morning. read more

Let me just start off with the customer service. It was very exceptional and they were very kind. I unfortunately was not a fan of their macarons and green tea latte. I kept reading really good reviews and seeing the pictures made me drool lol! I finally stopped by and bought these two items that I've been eyeing. I purchased 12 macarons. Mocha coffee, earl gray, passion fruit, Japanese ( some kind of Japanese fruit I can't remember the name) vanilla. Passion fruit was super sour! I think I threw those out losing about 3 bucks lol. Earl gray did not taste like early gray (sadly, this is my favorite flavor macarons and it wasn't up to par) yeah and all the other flavors were ok. I think what killed it for me is the size..they are about an inch each and the macaron cookie part was very thin and hard and breaks easily. The filling is pure sugar..didn't taste like a regular "cream filling" Amit taste kind of like sugar and butter stirred together and stuffed between the cookie and not only that but there was more filling than cookie which made it seem like all I was eating was a flavored rock candy. :( sad to say I would never come back. But thank you for the excellent service. read more
