Checked it out, because I was waiting around killing time. Was greeted by Shawn who was very helpful. They have bay sports gear mixed with current street wear. There are also classic kicks, possibly on consignment if you're a collector. I saw my friends old brand "Suckafree" at the shop. Asked of it was the same one from back in the day, and it is. Refreshing to see that brand again. I also met Corinna who explained how they got SF in the store. The prices look standard for this type of gear. 2 stars, not for the clothes but the service!! I know of only the two locations one in San Bruno the other in San Mateo, at this specific location, regardless of what your wearing or who your with should not deviate from getting your questions answered, if you don't know something ask someone who has been there longer if not just tell me straight out that you don't know. Their clothing selection is various, alot of custom type shirts and jackets few jerseys, they do have jersey jackets supporting local teams mostly SF niners, Giants etc. I guess it mite of been just the person who was helping me or not trying to help me was the problem, been to this store several times before with no issues must of just been the worker clothes **** service * price $$ in a mall in San Mateo shirts are average 20 and up everything else jackets wise 250 and up read more

This is a store that pretty much resells street wear at marked up prices. Kind of funny these stores exist. But for a rich person that doesn't care and just wants that 2x marked up supreme/hanes socks it's a great place to buy authentic items without having to wait for the mail. That's how resell goes, they may have old stock on a rare item from years passed. The older a clothing item is the more the price goes up because all pairs have either been un-dead stocked or used up. For me personally I dont pay resell anymore and just try to buy on release date. I wonder how these stores stay open since very little people ever go in. read more

I came in to get a last minute gift and I was greeted by Angelo. He immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to help me. He helped me find the sizing and items I would be purchasing. The entire time he was friendly and smiling . He was very helpful . Corine Who was working at the registers was also very nice and kind. They both went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a pleasant one . Good customer service is hard to find now a days , but Angelo and Corine are on point , and are the definition of that . For that exact reason they will have a long time , repeating customer . Never come to this store or the one in San bruno ! My husband came and bought a track suit. Matching sweater and sweats. The sweats were defective and we told the manger right away. She told us to bring it back for the inconvenience they would fix it and call us when it's done. Never got a call from them again. We called back and they always said she was busy we finally go back to the San Mateo location where she told us to go Bc it's closer for us. We go to the store explain the situation. And suddenly she has no recollection of saying that. Are you kidding. We spent almost over $200 on that suit. Worst experience ever. They avoid you and won't solve the problem. That's there fault. NEVER GO HERE ON THE SAN BRUNO BRANCH. Waste of money. And lack of customer service. Would've gave this place 0 stars if I could. read more

Since "favorite male friend" thought he had bought every Giants World Series Champions hat design imaginable even he was surprised to find some exclusive New Era brand fitted ones with totally unique designs. Fresh apparel..... Before I just thought this was another one of those clothing shop with the usual sports stuff but after coming here a few times it's actually a great store that caters to the bay areas sports team plus some of a few others. Seems like it's customized or designed with the cool colors and sayings on the garments. Since the opening of the new location inside Hillsdale Mall, it looks more modern and inviting. Come to this store if you want to hear about 18 year old girls and how hot they are. Walked in and was looked at while associate was talking about high school girls. Took a lap around store and I might have been interrupting his conversation so I walked out to his foul language the entire time I was in the store. Stopped in quick just to take a looksie and walked out a happy customer. I quickly strolled through the store and before walking out, spotted with my little eye, a Giants jacket. It was their last women's jacket in that style, and it was my size. The jacket fit perfectly. I truly believe it was fate. Really. It was. I believe that jacket was waiting patiently for me to take it home ;) The gentleman helping me in the store was the friendliest ever. He advised me that if I decided to take the jacket back that it would have to be on an exchange only basis as that's store policy...yada yada yada. I'm not taking it back though. It's mine forever. The clothing offered in this store definitely caters to personas and personalities of all types: there are the more urban/street wear labels, up-scale labels (True Religion, MEK), sports gear and more. The clerk sold my son a bracelet and put the $40.00 in his pocket. When we went to return it he said this was not possible (of course he is a fraud!). After an hour trying to get this fraud sales person to give us our money back he took $40.00 out of his pocket!!! No tax money returned. Obviously this store is going down! read more

Great shirt designs but pricey. Some sizes don't fit like what they say I bought a 4xl shirt as a gift but it fit like a 2xl. The Return policy is bad no refunds only exchange. Watch out for the cash register guy the lady that helped me said all the shirts are $29.99 I bought 2 shirts and when I went to pay I was charged $29.99 & $32.99 when I asked about it he said it was because it was a new design. Maybe that's why there are no prices anywhere around the store because they change it at any time or at the register when you're not looking. read more

I'm actually writing about the Fresh Apparel in the Tanforan Mall. I was walking around with my girlfriend and I saw the dopest Manny Paqcuio shirt on display. I have never heard of Fresh Apparel before. So we went there and not only were we both amazed with the awesome selection of clothes. We were just astonished with the great customer service we expeirenced from this person named Ronya. I think she's like the manager or owner or something. She was seriously the best customer service person I have ever had in my life! I am recommending this place to everyone! Not just for the cool clothes but the service! 5 star service! This is the place to go to for Nor cal, Bay shirts.nona white tees, lrg,blac label etc. Everytime i go to Hillsdale and step for in the store I find me a Bob Marley t-shirt for me and my lady. The quality of the shirts I buy are rare since they're thicker than the rest of the thin zion brand t shirts (which they also have if you like them). I like my shirts on the thick side. Its officlal when I step into the store. The bay shirts are pretty expensive, since my homies hook me for $15(metal mouth, ryc,etc) but the I"ll pay more for the thick zion teez.The homie Salem hooks it up and remembers a face of a returning customer.
