Kyle greeted me right away, listened to my needs, and patiently helped me try several HOKA models. He explained the differences between each pair without any pressure and made sure I found the right fit. I ended up buying the HOKA Bondi 9 Wide, and it feels amazing. He also told me they have a foot-scanning machine and more professional insoles available. I didn't try them this time, but I would definitely like to come back and try them next time. I could have bought the same shoes at REI or Sports Basement with my member discount, but I chose to buy them here because the service was so professional, patient, and thoughtful. I was in and out of the store under 15 minutes including trying on two sizes and getting rung up at the cashier for my purchase. Thank you to Maria for greeting me within minutes of entering the store, assisting me in the fitting room, and finalizing my purchase at the front counter. I really appreciate that the whole team helped each other communicate applying the discount and then getting a sleeve protector in the back.
