I love this Francesca's location. It is so nice and they have a lot of nice stuff that is quite cute. Their jewelry and clothing are very trendy and chic. A wide selection to chose from is something that I always look for when I go to Francesca's read more

While the staff was great and it was so nice to be out I noticed no strict social distancing measures in there. No limits on amounts of people. There were girls shopping not wearing a mask at all and no one was asking them to put a mask on. I love Francesca's but you have to think about what could be spread in those dressing rooms or even roaming around in the store when the restrictions aren't being followed. read more

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes people greet you and sometimes they don't even acknowledge your presence. Today was a great day because Lety was very welcoming and even helped me choose a few items! She spent her time equally among all the customers in the store and checked back in with you. Not to mention there was also a big sale on jewelry. Lol If you've read any of my other reviews, I don't need someone to hold my hand as I shop, but at least acknowledge that you have a potential customer. You don't have to help me shop or even recommend anything, just be courteous. However, I definitely thank Lety for a great shopping experience! I've shopped with Francesca's online and in store and I love their selection of unique gifts and clothes, so having a good shopping experience makes it an even greater place to shop! read more

Francesca's is always an attractive store, no matter the location, and you know you will get something cute not trying even hard. My girlfriend and I entered this morning 'just to browse' and, of course, we left with something in bag...mostly because of the 60% sales on top of the already discounted items. You can really find great deals at Francesca's, just need to keep going and going until you get that awesome double discounted something you don't need but you must have. Store is big, spacious, items well organized and arranged. read more

the staff members are very polite but the manager made me and my girlfriend very uncomfortable with the way she was pressuring my girlfriend to sign up for the rewards program. If it wasn't for that, I'd have a much better experience with this store. overall i'd give this store 3 stars . read more

Love this place...people and customer service are great . And merchandise are very organized

No greeting from the ladies that work here. When going to a store your suppose to feel welcomed by the workers. From the moment when my daughter and I walked in and started looking around we didnt get no greeting from the 3 ladies working here this afternoon. I would rather take my buisness elsewhere, where customers are treated warm welcome in. read more

What a find! Adore this place. Now reading everyone else's reviews, I see I missed out by not spending time at their clothing racks. I have a good excuse, though. I was on my lunch break and I had to peruse their cocktail rings! They had so many that I didn't even have time to look at their necklaces and bracelets. I planned on doing that the next time around. I see now that I must also budget in time (and my pocket book) to check out the clothes and shoes! What a very cute boutique. I wish I remember the woman's name that helped me. I even asked her so I could mention it in my review. She was very nice, friendly and made me feel welcomed. All I can tell you is that she's blonde. Guess I'll have to ask her the next time I shop! read more

Bestie and I always come here when we're in Burlingame.....and we always walk out with something. Today I was in the mood to buy scarves and bought a pretty lightweight scarf for a resonable price. I love their accessories here; I purchased a turquoise necklace and am always on the lookout for more costume jewelry. The clothes here are cute and also well priced. Staff are friendly here and helpful and I've never had a problem with them. Francesca's is a cute little boutique that's definitely worth a look if you're in Burlingame. read more

This is a nice little store with lots of jewelry, candles clothes and limited shoes. They told me if I buy I pair of shoes the second pair was free. That is what I did.a month prior they had the same deal and I bought two pairs of shoes. I got back to my office around the corner and was showing them to a co worker and noticed one pair was to large.(Remembering their sizes are not always accurate )so I went back with in an hour, receipt in hand to-get a smaller size. I was told by a different cashier the shoes were not free as there was no red tag, and they were taken from me. ! I was never told about a red tag and since the purchase was made and I left the store they should have honored it. It was their error .I did not see one red tag on any of she shoes .I then offered to buy them but not for $60. I will never go back to this store. This is Not good customer service read more

I am sooo happy to see Francesca's has finally made it's way into my neighborhood!! I was once introduced to this store when the closest thing to the peninsula was in San Diego. Needless to say, I only got to shop there if we were on vacation. On a trip there last year, one of the girls added me to an email list, and I eventually found out they were recently moving here. This boutique has some of the cutest clothes. Many things are pretty trendy, but I love their overall style and feel. Price wise, I think they are pretty moderate. This isn't a pretentious store at all. You feel really comfortable shopping here and the sales girls are really sweet too. The best way to explain this boutique is that it's like walking into a treasure chest. There's so many hidden things you'll find every time you walk in. The store may be a bit to digest at first, but then you find the area that you're drawn to, and won't walk away empty handed :-) Welcome to the neighborhood Francesca's! Hope you'll be happy and stay awhile. I will surely come by to visit! PS - I had to write this review so the store would be on yelp. I lost a check in 'cause my phone didn't have them listed when I visited earlier. They also have new stores in Stonestown Mall (SF), Bay Street (Emeryville), Palo Alto (on the college main street),and San Jose (in the other mall that isn't Valley Fair). read more

I've spent many workdays skipping eating lunch, and instead browsing through racks and racks of cute clothes at Francessca's. I love that their store always highlights clothes and colors that are in season, so I don't have too think too hard ;) They have cute little accessories too! Earrings, rings, scarfs, purses, shoes, and most times you can find these items on sale =D I deducted 1 star because of the service. Sometimes when I'm here, the workers don't acknowledge me which makes me feel awkward ESP when other customers come in and get a warm greeting and asked if they need help a few times....while I stand there wondering if I recently was blessed with the gift of invisibility =\ Currently, I'm rocking a winter sweater that I purchased from Francesca's, so I can't be too mad at them. :) read more

I love the store, but whenever I go there after work (which is around 6) you're closed!!! I went last week after 6, you're closed...today I went at 6:16 and closed again! Your website says you're open till 7, really? When? Is there special days where you really are open to 7? You should change your website accordingly! It's so annoying to look forward to going shopping, only to get there to find out your closed! read more

As much as I want to like this place, their customer service is terrible. Never have I been greeted by any of the girls, maybe only once who I think was the owner. Cute stuff, but shame that they can't give two seconds out of their busy texting and standing behind the register to say hello. Go to Therapy instead, you'll thank yourself later. read more

Came in here the opening week and I continue to make frequent visits to view whats new in the shop. They offer cute day dresses and clothes at reasonable prices around $30-40 (that's cheap when it comes to burlingame ave.) and really cute jewelry. The sales associates are extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience going here. I need to stay away though cause i always fall in love with their items and i have an urge to buy. I always end up leaving the store with one item whether it be a necklace, a dress, or random trinket! read more

What a great find! Francesca's, to me, is a gem between Anthropologie and ShopRuche, which means the prices are great. They also carry "Miss Me" jeans.. LOVE! The staff was very friendly and helpful; the floor plan is inviting and customer friendly. The selection if goodies are plenty from apparel, denim, trendy costume jewelry and accessories, handbags, shoes and oh-so-cute sandals as well as an assortment of gift items. Become a Fan on Facebook and you can get exclusive "Friends Only" deals and discounts. For my San Diego readers - find Francesca's Collection's in Fashion Valley, Horton Plaza, North County Mall and in La Jolla on Prospect St. read more

I have yet to find a boutique curated as well as those I frequent back home in Honolulu. Strange as it sounds, it is true. Francesca's Collections is the next best thing. I usually go to the Stonestown location, but decided to visit this one since it's closer to home. I wasn't greeted when I walked in - maybe because it was busy that day - and I shrugged it off. It was initially off-putting, but hey, whatever. When I asked to use a dressing room, I was assisted promptly, and at check out, the girls seemed pleasant, if nothing else. No complaints there. The clothes here are cute, mostly flirty and whimsical. They're on top of all the latest trends without being excessive and are able to provide high quality product at affordable prices. They also have an extensive jewelry and bag collection that can literally take years to go through! I love that they have so many options. The store can sometimes get busy, especially during the weekends, so if you're looking to browse in peace, it may be safer to go on a weeknight or early in the morning. This store definitely doesn't fill the void left by the likes of Bamboo Sky or House of Aria, but it will certainly do for now. I will continue to be on the hunt for a boutique that addresses all my fashion needs! read more

Hate going to places like Forever 21 or H&M where the place looks like a tornado blew through it? Or going to en event and seeing that someone is wearing the exact same dress or outfit? I love boutique shopping. I LOVE REASONABLE boutique shopping even more! Francesca's boutique isn't overwhelming but more inviting. Yes, there are multiple sizes in the dress that you want but not an entire rack which then multiples the possibilities that 5 other girls are going to have the same dress. This store isn't HUGE but it's very well maintained. Easy to find things and easy to shop. It's a 'grown up' selection. Classic, modern but fun. Reasonable pricing. They often have sales such as buy one get the other half off an accessory. Just recently they had a 50% off one item via Internet which was a GREAT deal! I bought a dress online but would've loved it if they had offered the same deal in store. Website is decent. $5 flat rate shipping for 5-10 days. read more

I am a Francesca's fan, and have frequented their Danville location. I love the boutique feel without the boutique prices. This location is similar in set up and merchandise to their others. The girls there were sweet and friendly-no issues there. Originally I had went in to purchase a gift, which I found-a cute journal for a friend. I literally could spend all day looking at their jewelry-AND they were having a buy one get one 50% deal. Alas, my boyfriend was with me just frowning by the door, so I didn't get to look at everything. I did score a cute peasant top for spring, which was well priced and unique. I don't get to frequent Francesca's as often as I like, but when I do, always find something fun for myself or others. Bonus star here because they giftwrap for you! It was an extra $1.50 for a gift bag, which is an awesome price. They provided a classy black and white patterned bag-which, if it were given to me as a gift-I wouldn't even want to open it because it looks so nice! Yaaaay Francesca's! read more

How cute is this place? I have walked by it a few times and have never walked in, until a few days ago. My friend told me she liked it and said it was like Therapy, but not as expensive. She was right. They have some really, and I mean really cute dresses and accessories. If I wasn't trying to be good and save some money, I probably would have walked out of there with a ton of stuff. My friend was right though, their prices are reasonable, and doesn't make you feel like you have to have a ton of money to be fashionable and trendy. The girls that were working were always talking to customers that came in, and seemed really inviting. If you are around the area definitely stop in, don't wait so long like i did. read more

Maybe I went in at the wrong time but noone greeted me or even said hi to me when I was paying. The only thing the girl said to me was how much I owed (thanks, I can read numbers) and sign here. Bye. Other than that, I do like the store itself, Francesca's has a lot of cute things. I def. will come back but not expecting much customer service from this location. read more

There's a good selection of jewelry and cute clothes here. If you want to get a cute little gift they have a ton of little items. Pretty girly. I went in one evening, and it was actually a few minutes until closing. The manager was nice to let me continue browsing and try on the dresses I was interested in. This was perfect cause I ended up leaving with two dresses for around $40/$50 each. Pretty happy with my purchase. I'll be back! read more

I love this place! I've browsed around a couple of times and they have the cutest purses, clothing and accessories. They even have pretty cute gift items that you can give to your friends or family. It's awesome. I've came here 2 times to purchase 2 purses. Loveee it. Keep doing what your doing Francesca's Collections! :-) read more

I like the whimsical jewelry and accessories here and it's a great place to browse and find gifts for friends. However, I have to agree with other posters who say they weren't greeted or helped much here. I realize I look young for my age (not bragging, pros and cons to this in my industry) and I don't dress to the nines when I'm shopping but what the sales people don't know is I live in the neighborhood and have money I could used to patronize the store more if I was just acknowledged. Interestingly, I don't have this problem with many of the other stores on Burlingame Avenue. read more

Just love the cute artsy collection of clothes and especially accessories. Wait for the sales and there will be bargains. The colors are unique and patterns are limited so you will be buying limited pieces. My teenagers love the accessories. just right for the teenage trend. Drop by at least once a month .. read more

I went to Francesca's yesterday and today. I do agree with a past review that there were no strict social distancing rules. Today the cashier said that even though there is a sign that says "everything 60% off" the candles weren't and there was no fine print saying otherwise. While that is the stores fault, the cashier had a rude tone and looked at my mom weird. PSA for management, I didn't ask for her name but she was tall, petite, fair skinned and has wavy medium brown hair. read more

Oh no, my hard-earned dollars and lunch breaks will now be spent at Francesca's. Cute dresses at prices that don't make me cringe in styles that I absolutely adore. read more

One thing I had observed the last time I had gone to Francesca's is that the further reduced clothing items were quickly snatched up by the employees working there. I thought that was totally unfair and against any kind of store policy. Not sure I'll be returning to this location (that is, once Covid -19 restrictions are lifted) if this issue goes unaddressed. read more

Very similar to the Hillsdale location. It's a cute, small store and the sale sections are usually pretty good. I really like their chunky jewelry, but I also feel like some of the clothes could run a little old/matronly. read more

You say shop local, I say go to Francescas! What a great place for you and the girlfriends to come to. Just look through everything for hours and end up trying to buy the store out. Do I really need a bright purple bag with gold attachments? Probably not, but for the prices they are charging you can't afford to miss out on the unique assortment of goods this store has to offer. Did I mention how inexpensive things are? You normally expect to walk into small shops like this and fall over the sticker prices for a pair of earrings, no not here. Come here for style, unique items, price and always shop local! read more

LOVE this Store!! I ordered a shirt online and the fabric snagged easily - I was able to return it to the store and they were soooo helpful. They also helped me find the most adorable dress to wear to a beach wedding. Thank You! read more

Great place for gifts and accessories (earrings, purses, necklaces). They also have some cute clothes and bathing suit cover ups. Really cute, funky things at affordable prices. Good sales as well! read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this boutique!! By far my favorite place to shop for clothes and accessories on Burlingame Avenue. They always have a great selection of jewelry that is at a good price. The clothes are similar to what you would find at Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe but they are better quality. They also have a couple of tables that are filled with just random things that are meant to be fun gifts, which are always fun to look at. They have a cute selection of purses too. I almost always pass by when I'm in the area! I'm so glad that there is one in Burlingame! read more

This place has the cutest accessories for MUCH less than Anthropologie! Each boutique store has different styles. Some sales items are totally worth it. I've been to the Burlingame and Santa Barbara locations and it's my new accessories/gift store from now on. read more

I love love this store! This boutique is quite new and has been around for a few months. It is simply located in downtown Burlingame which is close to Peets Coffee. What's also really great is they have a special sale section, which I absolutely love! I also signed up for weekly email specials which spotlight certain items for a special discount. Today I bought a strapless white dress that was one sale for $29.98 and a regular priced item which was a cute yellow cami for $28, not too bad. The material is also good and great quality! But I prefer boutique shops than commercial ones such as Forever 21 or Charlotte Rouse. Thank Francesca's Collection for being in the Peninsula! read more

Cute store, helpful employees .. Just wish they carried size xs ...

Came in today to shop for a much needed gift for a friend. If I didn't need a gift so soon I would have shopped else where. The customer service is horrible. The two girls working today stood at the cash register the entire time. They rather talk to each other than help the customers. Not once did they offer any assistance in shopping the store.
