Surprising for a sales professional. Her colleague assisted and was better. He did the measurements. He sold me 2 suits last year. Clearly a cut above the rest of the staff. To be fair, they accelerated the tailoring. I picked up my altered suit today. No issues. But nobody today could properly knot my 2 ties. Youtube here I come. The gentlemen I usually work with, apologies I forgot his name. wasn;t there and it showed. I'd give 4 stars if the service were better. No doubt I will return. We received little to no assistance and were simply directed to a rack of suits that were all the same size. When we asked if there were other options for sizes, we were told that was all they had available for rentals, or that we could look into purchasing a suit instead. We booked this appointment in advance and from confirming beforehand that we would expect there would be options available, especially after confirming rental availability beforehand. Instead, the customer service we got today and experienced was dismissive and unhelpful.

Now as for this location, just like every other hard working business, a good employee can make you or break you in the business's efforts to earn a profit. When you have enough people working things go a lot smoother, which is just the opposite when you have a lack of staff. When l come into this sort of business, l already know what to expect in as far as the Values of the my selections ; l have Not been disappointed as of yet; the parking is great also. Nice Job Burlington for doing the best you can with what you are working with. Nice deals at bargain prices.

The area was a mess and he was right, they don't carry any satchels or messenger/laptop bags here. I ended up leaving empty handed but depending on what I was looking for, (the selection of women's and children's clothing was decent and they did have graphic tees at 2 for $24) I might stop here again.

However, instead of listening, Alex repeatedly gave incorrect information about how I paid to the upper managemen. When I attempted to correct her, she put her finger in my face and told me to "WAIT," which was incredibly disrespectful. After the refund was finally issued, I began telling her that her behavior was inappropriate, and she told me she doesn't have to listen to me and walked away--leaving the other clerks to apologize for her conduct. The staff members were very kind and professional, and they made it clear they understood why I was upset. Rovina, the assistant manager, was far better equipped to handle the situation and showed the professionalism that Alex did not. The issue wasn't the refund process--it was the manager's rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior.
