Not a good place to shop and a bias doesn't have any good customer service only looks to win in all deals for hisself and treats people with no respect also a very self centered person and demanding not flexible with anything and shoe prices are skyrocketing for reps . Also you have to have a in store reservation but there's no one there when 95% of the time it's empty . Ben / Rico only cares about money and targets people like kids and woman for there money because that's his sells pitch. I don't think this buisness is a place that's safe for people to go and I don't think that it's appropriate for buying any Nike or other products etc . I've seen the news report , nice promotion but product that's being sold are high quality reps b grade item shoes from china and some be careful with your money cuz no refunds are granted and your not able to trade if bought and won't to come to a agreement on replace . The dude working in the store was friendly and helpful but not gonna lie the prices here are bananas. I don't mean just generally but compared to fair market value. There was a pair of Jordan Lost and Founds for 650 that you can get on StockX for 400. I'm ok paying markup because they're running an actual shop and I can see the shoe in person etc, but 250 over market value is way too high. In LA I expect like 100 over... 250? no way. What a useless group of employees or the management is lopsided. Had family visiting from Netherlands and their son is a sneaker fanatic as is my son. Their kid gets his shoes from their NYC location and was thrilled when we walked by and they had a store in SF. We wanted to walk in only to be told it's by appointment only. It's a freaking Monday and an empty shop. As in ZERO customers. Yet the 2 employees would rather seat outside chit chatting and warding off potential customers. Is that what you pay your staff to do? Man the store outside or sell shoes? So disappointing. We just walked off. Even D & G and other flagship stores do not behave this way, you're not special in any way. read more

This place is a terrible place to buy shoes. Way overpriced, the same shoes will run you anywhere from 100-200$ over retail like if you bought on stockx. And of course they won't let you return anything because they know they are getting over on people. There's a right way to do business and there's these guys that rape you on prices. BUY from anywhere else, you'll thank me for saving you $$$$. AND they charge you to swap out shoes even if you literally just bought them, they want to charge you $50 , this place is laughable. This is yet another small shop that is out to fleece sneakerheads and consumers by encouraging and promoting reselling and arbitrage of sneakers (and other goods). Wonder why you can't buy a PS5 at retail? Wonder why an average Air Jordan still sells out on release day and then goes for $50 over retail? Direct your ire at and avoid shops like this, the entrepreneurs (really, arbitrageurs) behind them, and the resellers who provide them with stock and exact a needless tax on the sneakerheads. Friscostocks' actual stock of anything worthwhile is quite limited, so even if you were willing to spend over retail, you most likely wouldn't find what you wanted here. (But if you want that GR Jordan that dropped last Saturday, they'll happily charge you 25% over retail for it.) Fundamentally, this is a store that should not exist and with any luck, it'll be out of business in a matter of months. read more

Owner is very bias and thinks he's slick, he will tell the people that he doesn't want in the store that he's having a reservation, but let in others a few moments later. I've been told reservation and I'll wait around to ask someone else who went in were they told the same and they say no. Security there is rude and no customer service, except this one black guy that's there at times and some lady that works there , prices are jacked up high and he doesn't really get new shoes how he claims to, if you don't want people in your store then MOVE OUT OF THE CITY. Sale your shoes from home but I was totally judged by appearance and looks instead of treated like a welcome customer TRUST ME PEOPLE GO THERE and YOULL SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT, and the Mexican security guy is a A-hole, makes the company look bad.
