I follow their two Instagram accounts (locker.sf & lockersf_deals) and you should too! I was just browsing my Instagram account one day and saw a vintage chalk line San Francisco 49er jacket. To find in my size of XXL, which is very rare, I had to pick it up. I contacted the store and they notified me that the jacket won't be in store until the next couple of days. I asked them to let me know when they get the jacket arrives. Two days later, I received a notification from the store, stating they had the jacket I was looking for in store. Right after work, I headed over to the store. Street parking can be a challenge, since it's metered and scarce. Once I arrived at the store, I was assisted by Nate. He was very friendly and helpful. The jacket looked in pristine condition, especially since this jacket is from the 90's era. I paid for my jacket through Venmo to Nate and headed back to the East Bay. LockerSF is a consignment store that sells & buys vintage/in-style apparel and sneakers. If you're looking for things of this nature, you should check this place out. Thanks again to Nate for the assist!

Hello all, as you may see I do not do a lot of reviews but this one is long overdue. LockerSF has been my go to spot for sneakers and clothing for a few years now and they carry a large variety of options and sizes. The prices they offer are seriously competitive compared to many shops I have been to. Yes for some items you may find them online for a tad cheaper but you will have to wait weeks for them to arrive and if anything goes astray good luck trying to receive help from customer support. Purchasing from private sellers in person may not suit most people because of the dangers and receiving non authentic items is always a risk but if you purchase from LockerSF you have the piece of mind they are there for you when needed. You know good people are working here when you walk in and they greet you. Many shops I have been to do not comprehend what customer service means at all. No greeting no may I help you with an item you're looking for. Actually a lot of shops act like they are there to do you a favor and you're an inconvenience. Stop by if you have a chance and look around there is no obligation to buy. Thanks read more

I heard about Locker SF through one of my friends. Not only did he give me a good recommendation, I found a place that has good customer service, fast turnaround, easy to get too. The owner and his wife are super nice, very friendly people. He gave me his opinion on what would be the best selling price for my shoe, and he delivered. My two pairs of shoes sold in less than a month. Which I was very pleased and quick! The store also has a very good selection of "heat" shoes. This place is a definite repeat place for me. read more

Shoe Wearer and now Collector here since the 80s. I've done business with LockerSF multiple times. I have Sold, Size Swapped, and Legit Checked my shoes here. In my opinion, when the latest shoe drop happens, I know LockerSF will have it if I need it. Prices are fair and the shoes are Legit. They consign shoes as well. They have a different variety of older and newer releases. So the selection is always interesting when I pay a visit. LockerSF also has a used shoe section were you can find some gems if you find it in time or if people are just sleeping on the shoe. I also like their throwback section. I think I appreciate that a little more than the shoes sometimes. Ownership is legit. Dennis is about his business and the community. He's always took care of me and was fair every time I did business with him. I trust LockerSF solely cause of that. Sum it up, If you haven't been here you should check it out. Can't believe this store is trying to charge me $40 fee to swap the same shoe for a different size and the shoes is the same price at the store. I actually believe they keep that sign up to prevent the public from using it and them having to clean it. She responded by saying sure, but she wouldn't give me the sale price.

A few years passed and I just had another foot issue and a different doctor told me to go there. Great customer service, no pushy sales and I realized that my interim buying on the web was risky because of the difference in seeing an expert fitter who knows what they're doing. Your feet change and those subtleties are only discovered by dealing with people who can help you work through the changes/issues. Another great experience and I can't imagine buying running shoes off the web ever again. My mistake. The difference is like day and night when buying from On the Run. The person I dealt with this time was Rahnsom. He was great and patiently listened to my unique questions about my issues. Happy customer again. BTW- my doctor shamed me for buying off the web after after having such an initial great customer experience with On the Run. I can't emphasize enough how your feet change and you need to go to an expert rather than mindlessly self-diagnose and make a web purchase. It works that way for a lot of things in life. Unfortunately for my feet and back, my sneakers of choice are Converse. I have no less than 10 pairs, but not one of them is suitable for the type and volume of walking I'm doing now. I could have easily gone to a DSW or Foot Locker for walking shoes, but knowing myself I would have spun into a spiral of analysis paralysis, second-guessing, and doubt. Instead, I decided to visit On The Run, which I knew about from a former boss who was very particular about her footwear due to her own orthopedic issues. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by sales associate Rahnsom. He led me to a chair and began asking exploratory questions to get a sense of my needs. He took measurements and had me walk around a bit in my socks to see what my feet and ankles were doing. With this information he was able to immediately pull 4 shoes that fit perfectly. He helped me into each pair and had me walk around the store and go up and down a little hiking simulator to test how they felt. He chose very well. Out of the first three pairs, I could have easily walked out with two of them and been happy. Even the pair that I would have passed on was comfortable but a little too high for clumsy me. When I tried on the fourth pair, though, the Goldilocks in me knew that these shoes were just right. Regarding pricing, my particular pair of New Balance was $199. Coming from a Converse budget that may have seemed high, but I was determined to invest in my comfort and safety. Additionally, I place great value on the personalized service and information that Rahnsom provided. Had I gone to a "regular" retail store, I am certain I would have wasted money on the wrong shoe. For example, I had zero idea I was actually an 8 wide. I would have bought a size 9 shoe like I usually do then would have suffered - like I usually do - with a pair that was still too narrow in the front but with my heels moving up and down in the back as I walk. Out of curiosity I just checked online for prices elsewhere on my shoes and I consistently found them at $199. So, in my personal experience so far, On The Run isn't necessarily pricier than other stores. Even if it is, I can't put a price on being able to find the perfect shoe for my situation, in record time and with zero angst and indecision.

I had to go out of my way to the Stonestown location, and thankfully the staff there handled the return professionally and took it seriously. They were respectful and understanding, which I appreciated. So shoutout to the Stonestown team for fixing a problem they didn't cause -- but Serramonte really needs better inventory storage and inspection before selling items to customers. Definitely check your shoes carefully before leaving this store.

I was told the pricing error was due to an "intern" mistakenly listing the item incorrectly. While I understand that mistakes happen, I don't believe customers should bear the consequences of a business's pricing error. Given Grails SF's reputation, I expected them to honor the listed price or, at the very least, offer a reasonable solution. I even asked if they could provide a discount on a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, but I was told there was nothing they could do. That response was especially disappointing and left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of the business. Because of the lack of customer service and willingness to make things right, I won't be purchasing from Grails SF again.

Everything about my visit to Locker SF was incredible, especially the service. one of the staff immediately greeted me, measured my foot size, and found the appropriate shoe size and style for my needs. He was kind, helpful, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about every shoe type and accessory I asked him about. I am a kind of person who takes hours to make any shopping decision, and he was exceptionally patient and helpful with my many questions and deliberations. He gave well-informed answers to every inquiry I had, and ultimately helped me to make a confident decision on the shoe with the best fit for me. yeah not sure why people are giving this place 5 stars, these reviews were probably "forced" by the employees, overpriced merch and shoes as well as unprofessional and staff members that really don't have any knowledge about anything Here's a tip, if you plan on selling your shoes here. DONT I repeat, DONT. They will rip you off worse than Manny Pacquiao getting robbed of a win off Joe Horn. You are better off selling on sneaker forums, but if fast cash and getting ripped off is your thing, yeah go for it. I advise you to check out other consignment places.
