    Ham and cheese croissant
    John M.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon. Was warmly greeted into the very charming bakery store front where the kitchen is adjacent. Several items sold out or were low on stock (always a good sign) so grabbed the ham and cheese croissant as a light lunch with a cold brew. The croissant dough was light and flaky as one would hope. The ham and cheese was standard, not any 'wow' factor there. The cold brew was very good, and I probably did not need to have any dairy added to it, but that's become my norm for a first time anywhere as many places do not execute a cold brew smooth enough to not need in my opinion. Prices seemed fair and they also offered light lunch options.

Wonderful bakery in the heart of Needham. It's of a quality patisserie level that I don't find enough in Massachusetts. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of pastries, baked goods, and hot food, like their quiche, that we selected to bring home.

Absolutely was the best experience I've had in a long time as a small bakery. We had just come from a wake up the street and just want a cup of coffee and something to eat so we weren't sitting in the rush-hour traffic going to Needham center put it into my yelp app and I clean up here so really was excited about trying it. The food was excellent. We had a spinach and feta cheese type of Pastry like a designer croissant, off those called something else they heated up for us. It was delicious. We also had coffee and I had a mulled apple cider, which was out of this world. I'm really looking forward to going back and trying some of their other items. They have a chicken and waffle dish on Fridays that sound quite interesting and then they also like specials. They also sell their own coffee. They have not very many seating they have one long table of like 10 seats and they have like another five or six seats at like a bar like a breakfast bar in the window. They also have several types of chairs and tables outside, which just wasn't warm enough for my husband to sit outside. We sat inside and they said not to worry don't rush, even though they close at 5 o'clock not to rush to take our time which I thought was really very nice. They also carry gluten-free pastry as well

Breakfast sandwich was all right and the coffee was good, but the service was horrific. Jules, the manager, was shockingly dismissive when I didn't want an order that had been sitting for 10 minutes (I hadn't heard it called, though I did hear them call my other order). Her behavior came across as entitled and disturbingly unprofessional. I traveled from afar to visit this café -- it was on my bucket list after seeing it on Phantom Gourmet -- and the experience was incredibly disappointing. As an aside, they also allowed a customer in there with a dog - that jumped up and put their paws on the counter.

Stopped by to catch up with a few friends. I only trieda dessert and my brother tried the coffee. The raspberry based pastry looked really appealing and was decent. But definitely had better. Coffee was nothing special. But after reading the reviews I think this place is more known for croissants maybe next time will give it a try. Limited seating inside and have some outside as well. Was quite full on the inside and had to sit outside, I would say everything here is slightly on the pricier side. But still decent.

Super yummy drinks and hot food like sandwiches and tartines. Unique flavors put together in many of their meals that are just sooooo good. The chicken sandwich on Fridays is perfect. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I would love to be more impressed with their pastries and baked goods. The pretzel croissant is delicious, but many other pastries are mediocre in my opinion. A monthly special would be fun.

Amazing ham and cheese croissant! Just stopped by for a quick breakfast and knew I was in for a treat when I saw the kitchen through the window

I have been going to French press for years and it has changed a little. The drinks are great and have always been high quality. I think their baked goods have gone down though. I wouldn't recommend, most of the time I am disappointed. Although, my dad really enjoys the pretzel croissant and says it's the best he's ever had. Their food and oatmeal/yogurt parfaits are good. Service is always great. Good location.

Smoked Salmon Tartine with an egg on top

I stopped in here after my morning, workout to get to get breakfast and support a local black owned business. When I walked in, I was greeted right away and asked if this was my first time in. It was, so they gave me the rundown. Everything is freshly baked daily and she pointed out the sandwiches and tartines menu which I had missed when I walked in the door. I ordered a smoked salmon tartine and a chai latte with oat milk. The chai came out right away and shortly after so did my food. Which I was amazing! The Tartine was also delicious, the salmon tasted fresh, the egg was cooked perfectly, so I got the right amount of drizzle to cover my whole tartine. The mixed greens on the side was a nice touch and rounded out the meal nicely. I ordered the tartine to have their since I had today off, but they also had sandwiches available that would travel better than a tartine with an egg on top. The café was a lovely place to sit and have breakfast. I chose a window seat to enjoy my meal, but they also had a larger table which got a lot of use by other customers while I was there. They also had plenty of outdoor seating. I had noticed the macaroons in the bakery window when I ordered, so on my way out I ordered two macaroons to go. These were baked very well. Sometimes in the states when you get macaroons, they taste kind of chewy or gummy. These macaroons were light and almost melted in my mouth as I took a bite, very good. Highly recommend this spot!

Street meter parking in front of the bakery can be found. They offer some lunch specials but more known for their pastries and drinks in the coffee region. We ordered a cappuccino, raspberry danish and peanut butter cookie. Slightly on the pricey side but food isn't too bad and not too sweet.

Great drinks (matcha and coffee), good sandwiches and friendly service. Small place but great atmosphere.

Cold coffee, super rude staff, dirty everything and stale pastries. Coffee tasted fine but not nearly good enough to go again.

The process begins about three months in advance with a consultation, where you sit down with their talented designers to bring your vision to life. From that meeting, you're presented with several different flavors to sample. Pro Tip: have a few helpers ready at home when you receive the samples--you get more than enough for two people! For our wedding, we chose a Boston Cream Pie and strawberry combination, and it was absolutely delightful. Not only was the flavor incredible, but the design perfectly matched our cultural theme. The decorations were placed with precision, and it was clear that the team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. One highlight was the "topper piece", which is cream-based and made for a perfect treat the day after our wedding. While many couples save their cake for their one-year anniversary, ours was simply too good to wait. By the third day after our wedding, the cake was gone--leaving us only with the tasteful memory of how special it was. If you are working with The Lenox Hotel, you'll benefit from their partnership with Dessert Works. I give them only when something has, in the truest sense of the word, surprised me. In a world oversaturated with mediocre coffee shops and uninspired baked goods, Quebrada Baking Company stands apart, not merely as a café, but as an experience worth seeking out, returning to, and telling everyone you know about. Quebrada has surprised me. We begin with the iced coffee, because it demands to be addressed first. I have endured, over the course of a long and largely joyless life of coffee consumption, more iced coffee than any person should reasonably be subjected to watered-down, over-sweetened, catastrophically over-iced monuments to mediocrity. What Quebrada produces is something else entirely. The balance is immaculate smooth, bold, and refreshing in equal measure, with a depth of flavor that lingers in the best possible way. It is the finest iced coffee I have encountered. I do not expect to encounter better. Whatever craft goes into that cup, it is something to be protected. The baked goods are equally deserving of distinction. The banana bread and pumpkin bread, in particular, are a masterclass in what these classics are supposed to be. Moisture, in baked goods, is not an accident it is a consequence of discipline and intention. Each slice arrives perfectly moist not dense, not dry, but exactly right with a richness and warmth that suggests genuine care in every step of preparation. These are not afterthoughts set out under a glass dome to accompany a drink order. These are the reason to come. The space itself is worthy of note. Quebrada has cultivated an atmosphere that is at once refined and deeply welcoming the kind of environment that invites you to stay longer than you planned and leave more restored than when you arrived. The staff contribute enormously to this. Consistently kind, not performatively so, but in the quiet, assured way that indicates it is simply who they are. This, too, is rarer than it ought to be. What perhaps speaks most highly of Quebrada, however, is this: for the past six months, I have returned nearly every week alongside a close friend. It has become our standing ritual, our preferred backdrop for conversation and quiet alike. In that time, not a single visit has disappointed. There is a rare integrity to a place that earns your loyalty week after week without ever becoming complacent, and Quebrada has earned ours completely. I have come to understand that a visit to Quebrada does not merely accompany a good day, it creates one. There is something almost alchemical about it. A difficult morning becomes manageable. A quiet afternoon becomes something worth savoring. I have walked through that door weighed down and left feeling, without quite knowing how, lighter. That is not something a menu can account for. That is the result of a place built with genuine warmth and purpose. For the food that has never once let me down, and for the comfort that has carried me through more days than I can count. I am, sincerely and without reservation, grateful. Quebrada has given me more than coffee and bread. It has given me something to look forward to. There is no higher standard by which I measure an establishment than this: that it earns your return, again and again, without ever giving you reason to reconsider. Quebrada Baking Company has earned mine unconditionally.
